This place is the best. I have been to at least 4 different detailers in the Pasadena/Burbank area and once I came to Downtown Auto Detail, I have only been coming here. Great service. Owner was very nice, agreed to work within my schedule, and didn't try to upsell me on services. I went for interior detailing only, but he also threw in a basic wash on the outside, it was very kind :) Prices for interior detailing are very competitive (I called around many nearby places), so you can be sure you are getting a good deal there. The best part was, when I went to pick up my car, the owner was just happy to show me what a good job he had done, and my car indeed was the cleanest it has ever been! It is nice when you can tell the person doing a service for you actually takes pride and joy in his work. Would highly recommend

My mechanic told me that I had an oil leak, and the only way to fix it would be to have the engine steam cleaned so they could determine where the leak was coming from. I could not find any other detailing business in Pasadena that still steam cleaned engines, so I brought my car to Frank. When I arrived, he up-sold me on getting my head lights detailed/polished. They were pretty dirty so I agreed. I pointed out my air filter as something to be careful of during the clean. When I returned to pick up my car, the headlights looked amazing, and the engine was much, much cleaner, but I immediately noticed the damage to my air filter. When I pointed it out, he first told me it was like that when I dropped it off. No, it was not, I had a picture. Then he said it would go back to normal after it dried out. No, I am pretty sure it will not. The he said it looked old and it probably needed to be replaced soon anyway. No, this is a performance air filter that is designed to be cleaned and re-used for the life time of the car. He told me to give it a few days to see if it goes back to normal then I could call him to work something out. In the meantime, his staff could not get my car to start. Eventually they had to open the spark plug cover box and use a leaf blower to dry it out before it would start. I called him a few days later, and long story short, he reluctantly agreed to replace my air filter, and after a month and a half of me following up with him each week he finally came through with it. Within that time I had to take my car back to my mechanic for a complete tune up because it was misfiring. I had less than 10,000 miles on my spark plugs, wires and ignition coil, distributor cap and rotor, but they all had to be replaced because they had corroded. My mechanic said it could have been a combination of the steam clean and the car having not been driven for a year during the pandemic, but it didn’t really matter anyway, because I signed a release of liability agreement with Frank that stated “Frank’s 2000 Detail Center does not take any responsibility for Mechanical or Electrical failure after steam cleaning motor, which is requested by Owner of vehicle.” Ultimately, Frank and his staff did work hard to clean my engine, and my headlights look beautiful, but if I had to do it over again I would not. I found Frank to be dismissive of me and the damage his staff did to my property, which he only took responsibility for after I forced the issue. Frank never returned my calls when he said he would, he never followed up with me when he said he would, and only purchased the exact replacement filter when I finally started showing up to his business 4-days in a row to make sure this issue was correctly addressed and properly resolved. He may do great auto detailing work, but I would never bring a car to him for an engine steam clean again.

Not only does this auto spa offer a variety of services, Raul and his team are top notch! They are very welcoming and super friendly, attentive to detail, and the customer service is just overall amazing. I’m so pleased with how my car turned out! Took my car in to Premier Auto Spa while I watched a movie at the IPIC theater. Manny did a fantastic job on my car! He goes above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by and get their car detailed. He even waited after hours for our movie to finish. A1 service!

They damaged my car! I took my car to be washed this morning and had the worst experience from the general manager called Victor of this facility. They punched a hole in my gear console I noticed the hole when I got home and put my car on park. When I went back to report the damage 3 different people came to see my car and the last person was the general manager called Victor. He basically said it's my fault and they're not responsible for fixing it and he said they can't even clean that area and the only way it could have happened is if the gear got stuck. He even said if I had noticed the damage after it was washed while still at the facility, they’re still not responsible. I asked him for his name and he said Victor I asked him for his last name he said Victor. He said he's called Victor Victor. He was clearly being a jerk. When I left I called the car wash and asked the lady who picked up the phone who the manager was she said Victor and when I asked for his last name she put me on hold and a man came on the phone which I assumed it was him. I just hung up the phone because I've had enough of his belligerent gaslighting behavior. I got the platinum wash and even tipped the guy that washed my car 10.00. Now it's going to cost me 580.00 to have this replaced. That car wash of 50.00 has now cost me an additional 580.00! I've been coming here for almost 15 years I cannot believe this was my experience. Stay stay away from here!

I had a great experience at Pasadena Car Wash! It was easy to drive up, and the staff made the process smooth and efficient. The attendant at the entrance was very helpful and didn’t rush through the ticketing process, which I appreciated. The cashier was friendly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. George and Jason did an excellent job on my Toyota Camry. The customer service, answering all of my questions, and the service provided in only 40 minutes was impressive. They even did a little extra for me (Vacuumed) just because they had the time and wanted to. The passion and skill are unmatched compared to any other car detailing business I have been to. Really satisfied with the service! George was so helpful, friendly, and great at communication. I like how this wash is located in downtown Pasadena, so it was convenient to drop off my car for two hours and go for a walk/sit in a cafe. Parking is validated, too. I did not want to resort to using a drive-thru wash because the last time I did that elsewhere, whoever handled my car ended up busting one of my front tires.. The total cost to fix that was way more than the Eco Park & Wash’s standard package. Also, I could tell that George and his team took utmost care with my car and belongings. Ultimately, an ideally stress-free experience. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

Extremely time-saving and efficient! They also provide free vaccums and air wash at the end. I purchased the platinum membership for $41 and wash my car once a week. Just be aware, 1. You will notice a few more minor scratches compared to hand wash. 2. Side mirrors will be pushed during washing. Close it before if you are afraid of damages. 3. Waiting lines tend to be long starting from 5pm and until it closes (7pm)

I'm an unhappy customer of this company. Like some other reviews on here, when we attempted to contact the company about the issues with our service, we didn't receive any accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. When I pay $275 for a detail, I don't want to have to detail it after they leave. Very obvious things were missed. Under seat non vacuumed, sticky substance not removed from multiple locations on the body, dust and debris accumulation in visible and easy to clean places not addressed. See attached photos. We've called multiple times and received no response. As a side note, we have security cameras installed and caught the supervisor/owner yelling at the employees in our driveway. Very unprofessional and unkind. The gentlemen who cleaned the car were polite but didn't do a great job. For that reason, we recommend you find another business to detail your car.

Please read and please considered going anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. I went to this car wash for my dealership brand new three week old Toyota. It was its first car wash so when they said $50 for a hand car wash I didn’t care, I wanted the best. They cleaned my car for 20 minutes and took out all the shine from my soft dash interior, the doors have white marks and are now opaque as well, and the outside door trim has white opaque rubbing marks where they cleaned it with god only knows what. And they also left streaks on the inside of my two passenger windows, sun roof which had never been opened, and the front windshield. Which were all expertly tinted for $850 two weeks ago but are now streaky. They also left a wet dirty blue rag on my backseat. I never leave reviews, in my whole life I’ve only ever left two, but this is important because if you love your car like I love mine, take it anywhere else. The sad part is that I would have been a long time customer had they done a decent job since I shop at the whole foods next door on a weekly basis. Please don’t just take my word (and pictures) for it, read the many other reviews of people stating that they did a terrible job on their car too. So don’t take the risk of this happening to you too. Stay away. George the ‘manager’ in particular is extremely rude and his investigation consisted of blaming the dealership and saying that everyone is a scammer. So basically they take no ownership for their employees and then say their ‘investigations’ prove they did nothing wrong. Don’t take my word for it, read the many negative reviews they have here and on other sites.

I did a lot of research of car detailing in the area and felt that Birds had great, competitive pricing. This was my first time getting a car detailed, we’ve had our Model Y for 3+ years and definitely put it through the wringer. Camping, beach outings, moving furniture, you know the drill. We get it washed when it’s dirty but it was time for a reset. David was so kind and accommodating when my husband was late to drop off the car so I appreciated the flexibility. When I went to pick up the car a few hours later I was stunned. My jaw dropped. It was unrecognizable. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was so shiny. Sparkling. The interior has never looked this good. Even our weather proof mats were glistening. If you’re debating… just book it. I felt like a million bucks driving my car out of the lot where they cleaned it. Unbelievable and worth every penny!

Birds Auto Detail is amazing. They respond in a timely manner. You can book your appointment on their website which has a user friendly interface. Booking an appointment can not get any easier. Different types of packages listed on their site. I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. After Eduardo was done, the car looked brand new. Can't thank you enough Eduardo and Birds Auto Detail Team! thanks again and Happy Holidays!

I came in for the first time ever and they they did not do a good job. They said they would vacuum around anything inside the car but they couldn’t vacuum around a hair clip and left the center console dirty. The top of the car got only half washed and left soap stains on the hood. I came back the next day and the guy checking in the customers was very polite and had great customer skills. He said next time call, we’ll fix it for you. The other two, not so much. I understand they were angry at my review, but there needs to be a level of professionalism. Paraphrasing “if I wanted to be like you, you come I say no, get out of here I don’t wash your car.” They were also giving me a hard time about not calling or coming back sooner, bro I had to work! Should I have come back at 830pm? The nice guy did explain the situation and I was going to erase my original review. That is until the guy polishing my car threw my wooden chess board on the ground and gave me attitude when I pointed out that they did not lift the wipers to fully clean the windshield. Why not just say, “oh, let me get that for you.” I’m giving an extra star to the guy that greeted me and took care of me. My man, I really was going to give you a much better review, but after reading other reviews, I see that I am not alone on this. If you get your car washed here, be polite, and check their work thoroughly. If they mess up, they are more than willing to fix it and help you out if you come back immediately or find the mistake there.

Wanted to try this place out did the Manager’s Special which was $100. I asked the employee at the entrance prior if the interior is cleaned and he said yes. I got home and did an overview of my car and i’m not satisfied at all. I’ve taken my car to places that charge $50 for a better interior/exterior wash.

Really disappointed by my experience today. When I pay $40 for a car wash, I expect it to be done right. I had to ask them to come back and wipe the car down more as there was still dirt and marks all over the front of the car. I later realized the mats inside were not given any attention. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, easier and cheaper to just do it yourself.

I really enjoyed coming to the store from the first day. I walked in the owner and other employees were very welcoming and helpful when it came to me starting my own detailing business. All the workers knew what each product did and they help guide me in the best direction to start off. I can honestly say I have been almost a daily customer in regards to building my load out for Mobil detailing. From small products to a full reel setup and a new steamer extractor. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

First time here and was not impressed. As soon as I pulled up they didn't say anything, no options were given. They started watering my vehicle immediately, using a dirty rag and barely using any soap they began to wash the exterior for a whole 5 minutes. The interior work wasn't any better, they didn't bother to open my trunk and vacuum it. Lastly, their signs clearly say it's $30 , but I was charged $35 for a mediocre job. I would not recommend this place. You are better off going to one of those express car washes.

As a long-time car enthusiast who's been through countless wraps and tints over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Technic Auto Spa is in a league of its own. They've taken my Cybertruck to the next level with an incredible Inozetek wrap, Xpel XR plus Tint, and a 3yr ceramic coating. For the tints, I went with 35% on the fronts and 55% for everything else including the windshield and sunroof. I must say... the attention to detail and the flawless execution are simply unmatched. The team, especially Teddy, was incredibly professional and accommodating. They worked around my schedule and around the clock to flip the truck back to me in a couple days, making the entire process seamless. Also, there's a 1 week post follow up/QC to ensure everything is correct and they include a car wash. Who does that nowadays??? Lastly, let's not forget the price - it was surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of work. With their experience in handling over 40+ Cybertrucks as of this review, they've clearly mastered the art of wrapping this unique vehicle. Vehicle: 1991 Acura NSX Service: STEK PPF on the entire front end, Mirrors, Roof & B Pillar, including an aftermarket hood and front lip. 2 Stage paint correction + Gtechniq ceramic. The application of the PPF looks flawless and the car feels like glass now after ceramic. It's never looked so good. Customer service: Top Notch A++. Teddy was in constant communication and even coordinated a tow truck to get my car there since i didn't want to drive it an hour away with my newly painted panels. They went above and beyond. They made sure they took care of my car and made sure to overdeliver. Something you rarely get these days. Couldn't be happier. The quality of work and overall experience was amazing. I will not hesitate to use them again and I'll definitely be referring many people.

First time trying Nick too detailed and had a great time. The service was friendly & helpful, the price was great too since I’m on a budget. He was also great on time, had it done in 45 mins. My car was super dirty too on the inside and outside. I had dirty carpets, floor mats, cup holders, and dirty doors. Especially was able to get out my dog hair from my husky which was so helpful. He also hand washed and formed cannon washed that made my car lock 10x cleaner and shinier.
