I just had Hector come out and detail my Volvo V90. Boy was I pleased!!!! He spent so much time being meticulous with his work. I had overspray on car from a bad experience at body shop. $14 for the cheapest wash and they don’t even towel off your car for you anymore, which was the main reason I continued to patronize and always tipped for, but I guess the owner thinks they deserve that money instead of the people standing in the cold and heat actually doing the work. At least it seems to clean well.

Poor service and expensive. I prefer family owned an operated. Everytime I visit, there's not enough help and I'm told it will be 45 minutes. Plus your web site has poor grammar. Perhaps look at it. Vacumn was spelled wrong. You spelled it vaccums.. Duh...

Great local car wash, the automatic does a great job, I don't have to get out of my car. Very handy being open 24/7 I can drop by in the evening on my way home. Very well lit up at night. Always clean .

I purchased an older BMW and Albert did such an incredible job the car looks brand new! He did the entire car; interior and exterior which took 6 hours. Brittany was awesome. They applied a lifetime Ultimate ION coating to my 2024 Tundra Crew Max, body, wheels and trim, along with Ceramic Tint on all the windows and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

This is what the 35 dollar “deluxe” wash and detail package will get you. They didn’t even vaccuum the backseat or any floor mats. They didn’t touch my dashboard or wipe my screen. Just terrible. I’ve been here many times and this is just bad, place used to actually detail your car. I will not return nor will I recommend to friends and family any longer. I took time from work to get my car detailed and this is what it got me. Yikes!

I went in for a Car wash. Picked the luxury package. Left with a dirty car. Manager has the audacity to say my car needs a detail and that some things aren’t cleaned. I explained to him I knew that but needed a car wash and asked if a car wash included cleaning the inside. He acted like it was my problem. Lol. Windows are dirty and doesn’t looked like the vacuumed it either. Waste of money and lack of customer service. I’ll go back just for my refund.

Terrible customer service, called to get a quote and they scheduled me to come in for an interior quote. I arrived and the front desk lady was confused and thought that I was scheduled as a cleaning. She told me “for future reference, don’t say you want a cleaning because someone else could have taken your spot.” I went to inform her that someone on their end miscommunicated but she just ignored me. Then the gentleman that quoted the interior hardly looked at the car or listened to what I was asking him, it seemed like I was an annoyance for taking up his time. I don’t recommend this place, $150 interior for an SUV wouldn’t be bad, but I’m convinced they would do a poor job because of their poor customer service.

Really bad service don't get your car washed here. They charged me for a more expensive car wash that I originally wanted and nobody came over to vacuum and dry the car. Or put armor all on the tires. When I called the manager to let him know he said he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't care about satisfying a long time customer. If I coukd leave negative 5 stars I would.

You know, for $12 exterior was not so bad. I had my own towels, not sure if they provided them. You will definitely need some, as the blow drier is only so so.

So I know all these pictures probably look like a vehicle that hasn't been cleaned yet but that's not the case. This is what my truck looked like after I left the car wash after paying for an interior and exterior wash I took these pictures 15 minutes after I left. As you can see I'm more than disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Will not be returning. Was on my way to work so I didn't have time to go inside talk to manager and wait for another wash.

Inside looked as if it was not wiped clean. Leather of the seats, glove compartment cover and doors were the same as before cleaning. Very disappointed. Had to go home and vacuum the inside and clean it. Waste of money.

Diamond in the rough! Due to the rising cost of just about everything these days, I stumbled upon J&A Autoworks with the hope of either repairing or replacing both my front and rear bumpers. Adrian was able to outbid his competitors by nailing down more than a reasonable quote for me. The process to restore my 2003 Toyota Tacoma to its former glory began in earnest. In the back of my mind, I had a long laundry list of other items to fix on my truck. It turns out that I was able to afford having dents removed and a paint job correction in key areas per Adrian’s suggestion. And get this! It was a fraction of the cost so I approved for the additional work to be done. A few days later, I picked up my vehicle looking better than being 21 years old: bumpers looking exceptional, dents all gone, car paint good as new, wheels so shiny and exquisite detailing all around. So very pleased with the final outcome!

Certified Auto detailing has been doing a regular maintenance clean on my car and my wife's car for over three years. Dave does a great job, absolutely no problems. The employees are great, however, the accommodations are awful. I spent $30 on a car wash and had to sit in 110° heat. There is no working air conditioning. Had I known this before I would not have stayed. I’m sure this is not a one day thing. The owner needs to update and quit being so cheap. Customers deserve to at least sit in air conditioning while they take $30 of your money to wash your car. It seems nothing works well there.

I always go to the tsunami car wash great work they do. NOT this time door jams not wiped, seats in back not wiped and didn't vacuum the back of the suv. I even had to ask the attendant to wipe the rims after he dressed the tires.
