Detail Chicks are absolutely amazing. The two women who comprise this team are experienced and professional. I told them that my truck had been to Burning Man and whether they had experience with this level of dirty or not, they came prepared. Before they started my son looked out in the driveway and said, “there’s a white truck in our driveway!” I had to remind him that it was my grey truck that had been through a 7 hour 75 mph whiteout at Black Rock Desert. The fine playa dust gets into every crevice. If left unattended, the alkaline can rot rubber, and rust metal. It’s imperative that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after a trip to the dry lake bed. Detail Chicks arrived and set right to work. A couple of times I peeked out to see how they were doing. They were both hard at work. Within 2 hours my truck was miraculously cleaned. I highly recommend this capable duo. Obviously no job is too large. Their prices are fair and their work is honest. See before and after pictures below.

Highly recommended the ceramic coat, a great investment on your vehicle. If you get a new/used car with a standard paint finish and plan to keep the car for at least 5 years, the ceramic coat is a must. When I first got my car, Tuong recommended the ceramic coat asap but I was ignorant. Many car washes & hairline scratches later, I finally decided to get the treatment I should've done a year & a half ago. Let me tell you, washing & maintaining the car is a breeze and the car doesn’t get as dirty as it did before due to the ceramic coat. I first use a soft duster to remove dust particles then a water pump spray for a gentle wash, dry, then apply a finishing spray. I love that I don’t need much water (not even 1 gallon for the entire care) to keep the finish clean. Tuong spends the time to show you the imperfections before the treatment and the corrections he’s made after. Once he’s assessed your paint finish, he will recommend what’s really necessary but don’t bring in a beater car beyond help. Thank you for your beautiful work Tuong!

I had made an appointment for Tuesday but was leaving town and asked if I could drop off my car a day early. The answer was “absolutely” dropped off my 2016 Porsche for a Gold Service Tuesday. Requested some additional work preformed was told “not a problem”. Was notified via text car would be ready Friday, end of day. I arrived Friday to see a beautifully detailed black on black 911 Carrara S waiting for me. Fantastic job, great personal service. Absolutely will repeat. Also purchased some cleaning products before leaving and was educated on how to properly use them. Wonderful experience.

Stevens Detailing did an amazing job detailing my 2019 Ford F250. I had a number of things done including polishing and ceramic coating the 20” Innov8 Racing rims. I was impressed that they even cleaned and conditioned the engine bay, undercarriage and nerf bar! If you want a full service detailer for your favorite vehicle then this is the place. On my way home from Ventura to Goleta, the sun was setting and there was a light to heavy marine layer in places on the 101 freeway. I was cruising in the slow lane, watching the tiny beads of moisture on the hood rolling towards me thinking how cool is that!! That Beadlock PRO Ceramic Paint Coating is great chemical engineering. This Car wash is so convenient and in a great location! The employees are all older gentleman, so not much communication happens other than them asking what wash you would like. Wait times can vary drastically. There’s been days when I’m the only one there and can be in and out in 30 minutes or so. Other times I’ve had to wait 1-1.5 hrs for my car since it’s a first come first serve kind of situation. However, I really like how clean they leave my car! At $26.99 for a regular wash, It’s still better than most automatic car washes in my opinion.

I thought this place was pretty decent until I brought my black car. They left swirl marks all over my newly painted car and the person checking you in did not want to take any responsibility basically saying my car came in like that. I take very good care of my car and notice the imperfections and when my car came around the corner I noticed the swirls right away. It looks like they used a dirty towel or didn’t wet my car entirely before they started to scrub it. Now my entire car has clear coat scratches all over it that is very noticeable in the sunlight. He mention to having over 25 yrs experience in detailing cars but I doubt your workers do. Mistakes happen and this guy made it sound like his crew will never mess up. Then he tried to offer me a wax service to fix the damages his guys did for $150. I have washed my cars plenty of times since being painted and never noticed these swirl marks ever. I paid a lot for the paint job. I doubt I would ever take my car to any of these places again.

The only disappointing part is when they hand dry it and leave tons of water spots on the car. They say just tell them, why do I even have to tell you guys it's clear as day you can see. It used to be good before years ago and went downhill.

Best service carwash in town Basic carwash services starting at 6.95$ and it goes up from there depending how detailed you want your car. Shaded seating area to sit while vehicle is getting clean. 1. Drive up to vacuum line 2. Tell attendant which service you want. 3. Pay inside. 4. Wait for car to get cleaned. Easy as that. Fast service. They started vacuuming even before I went inside to pay.
