I recently took my 2010 Nissan GTR to this wash for a hand detail, expecting a high-quality service given their reputation. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour when my windshield was broken during the process. While I appreciate the effort the staff put into detailing the car, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care taken around fragile areas like the windshield. When I reported the damage, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and no one took responsibility for the incident. It’s disheartening to invest in a premium service only to have it result in further issues. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice, especially if you own a high-end vehicle. I hope they can improve their procedures and customer service in the future.

I have gone to this place a few times and the staff/service has always exceeded my expectations, but this time they really went above and beyond! It was time to replace my windshield wipers and the owner himself (Vic) went to a shop down the street to get me a pair to have them replaced while my car was being washed. Truly incredible service!! This is now my go-to place for a car wash, especially because I can go for a basic wash or a full blown top notch detail-like wash when my car really needs it! This place is a must if you have not been here yet.

Paid for the $59.99 Gold Car Wash. Every door handle is still dirty. Cup holders don’t look wiped down. Middle seat not wiped down. Crumbs in all the seats. Gave them two stars for washing the car but definitely did not get a gold level wash and vacuum.

At first before coming to Town & Country: when receiving my rental car I was frightened by how dirty it was left by the previous renters. Glass was improperly cleaned, seats had sweat and drink stains, wheels left caked in wheel dust, sad looking plastics. I couldn't go another day with the car looking like this - I couldn't even see out of the windshield at night without seeing steaks everywhere. Thankfully I found a solid car wash place in the area. For 150.00 this is really the best you can get. The job was nearly perfect. Clear glass, seat stains gone, and the wheels look a whole lot better. I attached before and after photos. It received: Exterior deluxe package with plastics and tire shine, interior cleaning with seat shampoo. The only thing missed was the trunk interior glass (covered by trunk cover, so it's easy to forget, no big deal). Some tree sap marks that were left on the surface as well, but was able to pick off softly since the sap was made damp. Overall I am happy with the result and will recommend them to my friends that live in the area that use other car washes.

Eric, Brett & their team were a pleasure to work with. They spent plenty of time with my wife and I to discuss and explain all options that were best suited for our M850 along with a price point package. No upsell pushing or unnecessary work ever came into the conversation. The car needed a Clarity Package due to excessive swirl marks & spider webs. Added coating to the wheels, barrels and calipers. Also, a Ceramic Graphene Coating Pro was applied to lock in all the prep work which really made the Aventurine Red paint pop in every way! As many other reviews have stated, Envious Detailing is 110% dedicated to making sure the customer is satisfied with quality work. I brought my second car to these guys to handle another wrap. My Mustang had a wrap that lasted over 5 years and was very hard to remove. These guys took all the vinyl off, prepped the surface, removed every panel to get all the little vinyl flakes out, and put fresh film on complete with a ceramic coating. I was extremely impressed with how this one turned out too. This is the only wrap shop I'll send my cars to. It's really worth it to have it done right the first time!

I've been here for a couple of times already and they never disappoint. I went in mainly to get my parts installed - some performance mods(downpipe and intake) and cosmetic mods(front lip and wing) - for my Elantra N. I love how they always treat my car with care and passion as if it's their own project car. My guy Richie helped me every time and he just gets it done! The owner Sam, cool dude, always trying to organize the place and the community. Even though we all came from different backgrounds or have different cars, now I feel like I'm part of the family! Coming back soon if I have more mods to install for sure because pricing is also very reasonable!

Awesome guys and did a fabulous job on my car. The paint now really shines. Spilled coffee on the race-tex seats and the stain and smell were removed completely. For reference: Miami Blue 718 GT4. Update 10/4/2023: I curbed my right rear wheel. Pretty concerned as they are hard to get for the 718 GT4 platform nowadays. But it appears as if the damage never occurred. Update 6/26/2024: fresh wash; replaced old pictures due to new 718 GT4 RS Clubsport Wing.

I'm not normally one to post reviews, but this experience I had was nothing short of a disaster for my PPF install. This company damaged my car so bad I had to have about $1200 in repairs completed by Tesla because of the wreckless installer. Both of my mirrors broke (one had been taken off so carelessly that the interior plastic pieces broke and it flew off on the freeway, and the other had the folding mechanism damaged so it wouldn't lock in place when folding). Additionally, the plastic trim piece for my left front tire fell off while driving on the freeway because the installer carelessly wripped it off to install the wrap, when the piece came off it was apparent that the actual frame that holds the plastic is also broken in some sections, which frankly is unrepairable. Also, they didn't properly glue back a trim piece in the trunk which has now come off. Finally, the trim pieces that go around my windows which were wrapped were also wripped off carelessly, with damage so I had to purchase new pieces for over $500. Even more odd, my mirrors were wrapped in black instead of the Titanium PPF color which was obviously not what I wanted. The owner Chris was very frustrating to work with through all of this. He confided that they hired a bad employee who did my job, and that employee has since been fired. I understand that happens in business, but you have to make it right for the customer. And that is where my patience ran out, and why I'm writing this review is because of how I've been treated despite the fact that my car was butchered. When I first went to pick up my car with all the damage, with my window trim pieces about to fall off, my wheel garnish trim piece clearly not installed correctly and hanging by a thread, and my mirror folded all the way to the front, obviously I wasn't happy. My car had been worked on for about 10 days and when I go to pick it up, Chris acted like everything was fine and demanded full payment. I told him no way am I paying full price for a car that clearly has a lot of damage to be repaired. He gave me a sob story about how he needs to pay rent and needed full payment but promised and guarantees his work. I only held back $300 and paid him the rest, which was a mistake. That was about 3 months ago, and it was excuse after excuse to repair the damage. So finally I just went to Tesla to have the repairs done, and Chris did reimburse for a lot of the repair costs although it was sadly a battle to have him agree to it, which is not professional to have to argue with a company to pay for the repairs needed due to the damage they did on the car. It's been a month since Chris has responded to me, his previous manager Daniella was the contact before but I just found out she no longer works there which is probably the reason that they're not responding. The only work I still needed to have done is to re-wrap the mirror that I had to replace at Tesla after it fell off on the freeway, to wrap the chrome on my other mirror that had to be replaced as well, re-glue the piece in my trunk that came off, and re-install the window trim pieces that were damaged and not glued properly. Chris and Daniella assured me that they would have me come in the next time their wrap installers were working on a job, because my remaining repairs were so minor that they wanted to just add it while their wrap guys were there doing another job. The story they "told" me was that they didn't have any wrap jobs in the last month. After being sick of no response from Chris either by text or call, I drove down to the shop and got confirmation that they have been doing wrap jobs in the last month, and also that Daniella no longer works there. So they were lying to me in the last month and absolutely could've worked on my car to finish. I'm sitting at over 3 months since I started working on this wrap job and now I have to take it to another company to finish the repairs. Honestly, with the financial problems Chris mentioned and the service I received, I doubt this company will be in business much longer.

Wow is right! My car looks amazing. It’s meticulously cleaned and it wasn’t it the best shape. I go out to the beach and camping and hiking, I’m always getting dirt and sand everywhere. The owner was doing another car at my complex and I asked some basic info. He ended up fitting me in to get it done tonight. Not only did he stay late, he didn’t rush the job. the vacuums are very powerful which is good. It’s easy since you stay in your car during the wash. I have a Tesla so you don’t have to worry about a new employee trying to work with the “car wash mode”. Only downside is the rinse didn’t remove all the soap and left a bluish residue that we had to remove with our towel, wasn’t a big issue but something they need to fix

Got my suv ceramic coated here. They did a good job polishing out the swirls and now the paint looks brand new. Came back in 6 months to get the ceramic maintenance spray applied to reactive the hydrophobic properties. Water beads off with ease when doing bi weekly at home car washes. The owner of the car wash works on site and he offers the best customer service and will answer any questions or communicate special requests to the employees. Thanks I'll be returning 2 x a year to maintain my ceramic coating.

They have great selection of products, only reason I give 4 stars is because some product prices are higher than anywhere else and at checkout if paying with card you get a generic receipt but not an itemized receipt showing each product and price nor breakdown of taxes and the added fee for paying with card which makes it really difficult when you are running a business.

Dany does an amazing job! The full wax job brings out a deep shine like a brand new car. The basic wash that he does also makes the car look like new, never scratches always uses care and they do a basic wipe down inside. Went in for a full body PPF, 2-step paint correction, and ceramic coating to finish it off on my Tesla Model S. Cesar was great to work with, super responsive and included extra services for me like interior detail, Tesla badge replacement and follow up wash. Bradley did a great job on the PPF, they gave 2 weeks for the PPF to settle and adhere and asked that I came back in for a check up. Bradley was able to fix any spots where the PPF wasn’t sticking. My car now has a mirror finish with the ceramic coating and is fully protected. Overall with their occasional special pricing, these guys are great and the service was spot on. Would definitely recommend!

I have a family member who works in construction and uses their car for transporting/removing items and materials. As a result, their car had become had a build up of a lot of dust and had become quite dirty. I decided to help them out and book them a car detailing for the interior. I came across Costa mobile detailing during my search. I was easily able to book an appointment online and received a prompt response back the following morning. I met with Frank and he was able to confirm a really reasonable price for the work. Since the car is old and used quite often, I was looking for just a simple cleanup so I settled for the mini interior detail package. However, Frank went above and beyond even with "mini" package and left us basically a brand new car interior. Incredible work, thank you!

I came across this store off of instagram. The products they used in their videos really interest me so I wanted to stop by and checked them out. I bought the 360 Brazilian mist and let me tell you... stuff works great! This store also details your car! I had my headlights restored and it looks awesome. The store was clean and had a very exciting feel to it and the price for the products was so affordable.
