Sebastian did an amazing job detailing our vehicles. Attention to detail on every aspect of his work, inside and out! Request a full body detail on our Ram truck that had adhesive residue, he couldn’t get if off so he said he will come back and do some research. He came back a few days later and finished to job and got everything off! Requested another deep clean in both of my cars and as always he did an amazing job! I called Detail 2 U upon a reference at a classic car show I attended with my 1970 Barracuda Restomod. Upon speaking with Jordan, he was easy to talk with and when I took my car there, he inspected it and came up with a price that was in line with my thinking. The shop itself is amazingly clean, organized and modern. I will have to say, they did take a little longer than first said, but I never rush these types of projects and in the end, patience usually pays off. I will get my car back next week and will add additional comments, but so far, I can not be more pleased with the shop and the communication. Following up on the finished results: They did do an amazing job on the paint correction. Would highly recommend them if you want a show quality finish. My only suggestion is to get pricing up front as the end $$ number for my car was higher than expected, but the results are worth it. overall, this shop is GREAT!!!

Had an incident where there was overspray of tar from nearby asphalt work on my car. I washed it asap but there was still damage. Those that own a Tesla probably know about how fast they consume their rear tires due to no way to control their camber. That leads to excessive inner tire wear, which is very difficult to notice unless you lay under the car. It wears the tires to the point of being very dangerous to drive (see pictures). The solution is to install custom parts that solve the problem by allowing you to control camber and toe. However, those parts require not only someone that knows what they are doing but more importantly, know how to proper align the car to the exact specs required by the manufacturer of the parts. I had the privilege to find Peter and TJ at IPAC. Those guys opened the shop on a Sunday to accommodate my calendar since I needed the car during the week. Not only that, TJ was very kind and calm to explain to me the whole process as he performed the tasks. The guy knows so much about his stuff and explains it so well, that I left the shop thinking I’m now as good as him. Of course that’s not the case as there can only be one TJ and if you want your car and experience to be awesome, regardless if it’s a Tesla or if the problem is with tires, alignment or anything, well look no further!

Eric and Xclusive Auto did an amazing job with my new Tesla. I purchased window tinting and the highest ceramic coating (lifetime warranty). His prices and service are super competitive. Better than that though is that the quality of his work for the price is unbeatable. The car was in the shop for about 2 days. Process was smooth and Eric kept me updated with texts and videos. The day of he sent a final video so I could see the car before I picked it up. When I picked it up, it looked immaculate. Eric and his team did an amazing job matching the back glass tint on a Tesla. This is challenging as it is one piece that extends to the roof glass. The tint is smooth and matched to the roof to where you cannot tell. The ceramic coating made my paint shine and look immaculate. He made sure all the paint correction and detailing was correct before applying 5 layers of ceramic coating. Even after the job, Eric called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied, and that I had no questions or concerns. The car looks fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to Xclusive Auto!

My 2nd time back. High end custom shop with extremely reasonable and straightforward pricing. The best in the area for pro tint and detail work. The guys at Xclusive hooked it up tinting my Lincoln 6 months ago. Very clean work. So I brought my Subaru Outback in today and they blacked it out, looks awesome. Complete privacy. They run 3M tint with multiple material options. They do wraps as well.

I had JH Auto Detailing come to my house to clean my car, and they did an amazing job! I wanted to start the new year with a fresh, clean car, and they made it happen. The convenience of having them come to me was such a bonus. They showed up on time, super prepared, and got straight to work. In no time, my car was spotless--inside and out. They got rid of all the little stains and dust I hadn't been able to clean myself, and the outside of my car has never looked so shiny. Plus, the interior smells great now! I called to schedule an interior detailing and they confirmed for 9am. At 8:50 I texted them saying I arrived. No response. At 9am exactly I get a message saying they were going to be 30 minutes late due to traffic. I wasn’t given a notice at all. I wouldn’t have had a problem if I was given a notice. After they arrived, they got started and I left to run errands. I get a message saying they were done and I went back to my car. When I got there they were putting their stuff away, I look in my car and there was still dirt on the carpet, dirt in my trunk, steering wheel was dirty, radio was dirty, etc. I had to tell them physically “can you clean this please. And this. And this.” I paid for a deep clean and I just got a surface clean. I shouldn’t have to tell a cleaning business what to clean. Pictures attached are what I saw after going home. The service was just terrible overall.

I took my Toyota truck to Tino and didn't have much hope as my truck was really dirty. But talk about a company that does a phenomenal job!!!!! OMG...my truck came out looking BRAND NEW!!! Decided to try this place out after years of dining at the Riverside Grill beside it. Just came back from a road trip and figured it would be worth the money to get it properly cleaned. While the exterior ended up fairly nice (some areas were notably left dirty on the windows), the interior was pract neglected. The back seats weren't vacuumed, all the dirt marks and hair were left behind, so it made me feel like I could've just washed this at home and gotten the job I expected myself, saving myself $40 for the Midas packet + tip. Pretty disappointed and would not recommend

I purchased my 2024 F350 just before Christmas and I contacted Kyle immediately to scheduled it for a ceramic coating. He also suggested window tint and clear bra for the front bumper and headlights, which Kyle took care of setting it all up, all I had to do was drop it off! After it was tinted Kyle took over to do what he does best and protect my truck from the elements. When I showed back up the truck looked amazing, it was everything I was wanting and was so satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Kyle and his team.
