I went to Markato for the first time today and it was referred to me by my friend. They were AMAZING! I just bought a new car a month ago and so was eager to get my car back to her pristine glory lol. They did a great job! She looked exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot! They were super efficient, my car was ready in a timely manner (an hour) and I drive a small SUV. The team was also very nice and asked me what I wanted done and how I’d like my car to smell. The eucalyptus spray was great! I definitely will be back and their prices are also really good!

Jose and his team hella good! Best full interior/exterior I've ever had, and at competitive pricing. I'll be coming here for my annual summer detailing from now on. Best Detail washed and dried the carpet, buffed out any scratches they found, and since I brought a paint pen I bought from the dealership they were even able to touch up all the rock chips on my front bumper. Their work brought out whole new level of shine & color, my baby literally looks like I just drove her off the showroom floor. Definitely living up to their name, this shop is a cut above all of the full detail jobs I've paid the same price for in the past.

I got my truck cleaned by them about a week or 2 ago, one of the best derails here in Humboldt. Have gotten details in other places, these guys I respect a lot because they were ready to work, they got me in that same afternoon and even waited for me at a convenient time to pick up the truck (a little after their closing hours). I recommend this place before checking other options. The owner is a real hustler and a gentleman. Mad respect. If I could I’d give another review; that good they are.

I had a great experience at High St Car Wash in Oakland. The place was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. They helped me right away and did a fantastic job on my car. The prices are very affordable, too. If you need your car washed, this is the spot to go to. I definitely recommend it!

Super overpriced for the quality of the wash. I had to check them about several things like the hood and roof. I requested only an exterior wash because the inside was pretty clean but he charged me $4/mat and they looked like this. He’s super rude and treats his Latino employees badly. Will definitely not be returning.

He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. the best place to get a car wash in oakland. I always leave satisfied. I have recommended this place to a few friends and they are all now consistent customers just like me. This is the only place I get my car wash since I discovered the place. If they missed a spot, just asked them and they will quickly make sure you are satisfy. $28 for the exterior and interior of my lexus ES350. Not that’s the cheapest and cleanest I’ve had my car hand washed. Cash only so go prepared and don’t forget to tip them 🫡

Great experience working with René, He responded immediately to my voice mail, and showed up on time to wash my car. (He was also able to wash a neighbor's car last minute, which was really great.) Motorsport Designs is the only place I’ve gone for the last few years for custom modifications and detailing needs. They have wrapped both my vehicles, installed air suspension in my ride, and are super responsive. They are fair on pricing and provide top notch attention and customer service. They do a lot even though they are smaller operationally than some of their competition. However you get treated with respect and are honest with you especially if you’re ideas may not be entirely practical or smart. They’ll help you find the best solution for your ride. These guys are great; excellent customer service from phone to in-person. Stopped by Friday afternoon and got there an hour before my appointment and they still got me in early. The price quoted was what I paid, and very reasonable for headlight tints. I think I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and it looks great. I love the smoke tint and the quality is top notch.

Thank you, Dean! My car was sparkling inside and out. My car was in sad shape before we connected with Dean. Of course the exterior was done, but inside was where Dean really shined. All weather mats were cleaned, carpet beneath the mats was vacuumed, and looked as clean as the day the car was new. All the surfaces were cleaned, and even the crumbs that has found there was into small gaps around the shifter, etc were gone. I will definitely be reaching out for a maintenance cleaning before it gets too mucked up.

TERRIBLE HALF ASS CAR WASH, it’s like they pick and choose when they want to clean. They try to do the bare minimum and get away with getting paid full price. I’ve tried to give them a second chance but never again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. And they will never receive my services again. My weekly go to car wash spot. The wash is pretty good and nicely priced for the ultimate exterior only. I have a black car and haven't noted any harm to the paint. The best value here is the interior cleaning. I really appreciate the detailed cleaning they do very quickly I'll add!

I tried this business for the first time today and I am so disappointed and PISSED. What a waste of my $50! I paid for the deluxe package to wash both the interior and exterior. They were supposed to wax and dress the tires too. I went up to get my car and immediately saw the bird poop stains were still on my windows and rear panel. There was still so much dust and red lint (from their washcloths) all over the inside of my cabin. There was a huge waxy stain on my rear panel window because they didn’t do a good job buffering it all away. There were streaks of dust where they should have theoretically wiped down. The side rear view mirrors were pushed so violently, I think they broke the mechanism. I couldn’t readjust my mirrors using my controls. I’m absolutely disappointed and feel misled by all these other great reviews. Don’t bring your car here!

I consider this a 3.5/5, so I rounded up . This was my first visit to this touchless car wash. I paid for the "Super" package for $54 (includes the extra $10 due to my having an SUV). Overall, I'm satisfied with the results. They did a great job with interior vacuuming and wiping down the windows and interior surfaces. For external cleaning, the results were mostly okay. The rinsing of the car left much to be desired as there was still some soap residue in one area of the car (most of it was wiped away by the staff). No smudges on the windows post-wipedown. One of the staff, maybe the manager, didn't want me to take photos which I thought was strange. I'll likely return since there aren't many touchless alternatives in the area.

First of all, they didn’t clean the interior. The glove department and the trunk was still dirty. They broke doorhandle telling me it’s something happens in my model of the car. Never something like that happened before. I end up with a broken two doors and dirty car.

Local business. Super friendly! Ask for Pops. They work fast and did a great job. Close to the lake so you can go grab some lunch while you’re getting the full detail on your car. I’m not sure how they did it but my car also seems to be running better. Really appreciate this local shop.

Complete Detail Completely Missed the Details! Do NOT bring your car here. I purchased the Complete Detailed (outside an in) for $330 and am extremely disappointed. When I walked up to get my car, there was still a huge bird poop on the hood they hadn't even removed until I pointed it out. That was just the start. The front was still riddled with bug spatters and stains as though it hadn't even been washed. And it looked like it hadn't been waxed either, despite the description says clay and polish. I complained and started pointing out all the places they missed and then they gave me a hard time about pointing out their errors. They finally gave me a $30 discount, bringing the total down to $300 for what should have been a $100 job at most. Total rip-off; you don't get what the website says. Finally, I dropped my car off at my apt time of 930. They told me it would be done at 4pm so I could pick up my kid. It wasn't finished until 445pm. I had tried calling at 330pm to get an ETA and no one even answered or called me back. (The owner commented below my frustration was due to them being late, but like the quality of the work, that is simply false. Pls see the attached pictures of their 'detailed' work for yourself.)

Ok, so these guys did as good a job as one can expect from a quicky car wash. The problem was that the job was not quick at all. What should have taken 15-20 minutes took one and a half hours! There were just three guys working, I repeat, just three, so no matter how hard they tried, and they did, the line of cars just kept growing. Peoples Car Wash needs to hire more people. PS. I am so glad to find Protek Shine Studio and meet Armando. The best thing Armando did was to tell me to come over so he can explain what the different packages are and to check my vehicle. I went to his studio, and he asked me questions about what areas in the vehicle I cared about. He then catered to my expectations and told me what I simply needed. He actually did not sell me the most expensive package. He explained what most of his clients protect and he made me choose what made sense to me. Armando is personable and a genuine guy. He didn't tell me his expertise, he showed it firsthand with a vehicle in their studio. He has so much knowledge and experience in vehicle builds and quality.
