Good car wash. I would have given it give starts, but at $15.99 for a basic wash, this place is a little pricey. The service was very good, and I enjoyed the clear soccer fan theme throughout the interior. The bathroom and exterior was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and if I am in the area , I would go again. Next time I will be expecting the price.

I have come here for years with my old car, loved the affordability and powerful vacuums. Well I sure did get what I paid for! I recently got a brand new SUV and after I went through their carwash I noticed scratches that took the paint off on the top of the hatchback passenger side as well as across the entire back. I took pix at the location and a video while I was pumping gas as I could see it better there. I will be getting a quote on the repair and change my review if they offer to pay for the damage.

I used to get my car washed at another establishment. But one morning when I went, their system was down, so I went to the next closest car wash, which happened to be Tsunami Express Car Wash - and I've been going there ever since! Their prices are much better and my car is nice and clean.

I love how clean and shiny my car looks after coming here. Management was very kind and helpful, and he explained how the membership worked. He said if I ever wanted to cancel, I could cancel after 2 months, and I would need to do it in person. He also provided me with a new fiber towel.

This place was decent, sketchy but Was decent. Now their brushes leave scratches all over the car. I always spray down the brush before I use them and those old brushes are not cleaned or changed, accumulating dirt and particles scratching your car. If you don’t care about your cars paint and don’t care about getting swirl marks and scratches them this self wash is the place for you. Never again. I go across town now to get a good wash. Update: In response to the owner of the car wash. Yes my paint was scratched. Please look at the picture. I only scrub in one direction notice the scratches no swirls. Also, I passed by your car wash to inspect the “changed” brushes and they’re all the same old brushes.

I've washed every car I've owned here. Everything always works and seems like a clean spot. The owner is a very helpful guy when he's there. I can wash my car here 24 hours a day. One of the better self service car washes. The equipment seems to be cleaned regularly.

One of the worst car washes I’ve been to. When I arrived I was waiting for a couple of minutes in the non-member section. I even backed up to check if I missed the area to pay. When a worker came over I requested the top Carwash at $22 and was then asked you want to do a membership for the same price and I confirmed it would be the same and they confirmed only to be charged and then handed a doc stating $36. Then the dash and glass wipe was supposed to be given and wasn’t. At the end of the wash the blowers to dry my car were far away and short that my car came out almost completely wet. When I got to the vacuum area there was no towels available in the clean section and none available for purchase, luckily I had some with me. The vacuum had one that didn’t work and there was no air blower. The glass cleaner left all my windows streaked and when asking for help there was no one available as the only 2 staff working we’re at the inside of the car wash. Safe to say I’m canceling this membership and won’t be back.

Use to like this place. They use to give you a small shamie and air freshener and a dash wipe, when you got the most expensive wash (22.00), not sure why they stopped that, plus the vacuum area had a pressurized air house in the past, they didn't have that anymore, without those things place isn't worth it considering it cost more then most of it's competitors. I rated 4 stars because maybe it was just the one time those things were missing, I'll have to go back again and see. With all the extras in place, it's a great place to get your car washed

EDIT: I take it back. Initial transaction on your debit card says $10 but it corrects itself to $5.00 once the transaction clears. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD HERE. It says $5.00 for 12 minutes (3 extra minutes included) but you will get charged twice! This is the second time it has happened. The first time I chalked it up to whatever kind of error and didn’t bother because it’s just $5, but it’s now the second time and I’m sure it’s something they’re aware of and know they’ll get away with. Other than that not bad!

I typically visit Wednesday's or Thursday's so it might be different on other days. I always come here because they're never out of tire cleaner or wax or air fresheners like couple other places I've been to. I spend $5 get 12 minutes and fully wash my 2017 cx5 and with a minute + left over usually. Vacuum suction would be my only complaint.

I live down the street from here. It was the 2nd time I came here. First time I had to go back because my mirrors weren't clean right. I didn't make a big deal out of it. 2nd time was an interior detail. I paid 140 plus 15 extra for ceiling cleaning. Last time I've went to car washes, they included the ceiling. So I paid 155 in total. I have 2 door car. I dropped it off at 9 am. He said it's going to take 4 to 5 hrs because the seat needs to dry. It actually should take 2 hrs if you have the plastic to cover the wet seats. They don't have that. So I came back at 2 pm and my car still isn't ready. I saw them working on other cars while my car just sat there. I get a call around 530pm that my car is ready. Since it was dark, I couldn't see much, so I left it alone until the next day. The mirrors aren't clean correctly. My seats were washed and cleaned right. My dash wasn't clean correctly. If you pay for a detail, I expect at least 100%, but no, I got at least 75 to 80% clean. Very unacceptable for time and amount I paid for a small 2 door car. I will never go again. Never get a detail. They do horrible jobs, and they take their sweet time and still don't do it correctly.

I've used the Costco Carwash a few times, and I've noticed a clear difference depending on the time of day. During the night, the wash is noticeably faster compared to the morning. Tonight's wash was rushed, my car came out still wet, with soap residue all over, and the blowers didn't dry my car properly. It seems like they might be adjusting the timing during rush hour to get more cars through quickly, which affects the overall quality. If you're looking for a thorough wash, it's probably best to go during non-peak hours when they aren't rushing to keep up with demand.

Nice to finally have a Costco Car wash in this area. It is very convenient for those on the 605fwy. Only drawback at the moment is the entrance to the car wash used to be the one for gas, so they have an employee directing gas customers to the next driveway. They also have some temporary plastic signs at the moment but once they install the appropriate signage it will have all 5 stars. 👍

I hired League Auto Detailing to clean my wife's 2014 Yukon XL 1500. Fady did an excellent job cleaning my leather seats (needed it very bad), carpet, all the little nook and cranny where my grandkids would leave debris. I also had bugs that were stuck to the front of the SUV after many trips to Texas that he power washed off. Fady is very friendly, polite and professional.

First timer, but definitely will be my last. I never write reviews like this unless it is needed. Paid 85 bucks for a detail. So many spots inside left untouched. Pictures below. The outside of the truck looked amazing. Let’s give credit to whoever took their time to do the outside. Looked so shiny. Couple spots left but that didn’t bother me at all. Inside I could automatically see they didn’t even run a rag through major areas like the cup holder where stuff spills. It’s a brand new truck it’s not very dirty at all. Still has that new car smell. They took a decent amount of time. I can’t complain about the outside. Amazing job. But the very dirty spots inside, I cannot overlook. Update: I emailed them as they stated on their response below but I did not wish to take it back to get it cleaned. I instead asked for a refund for the inside. No response. That’s their customer service. Don’t expect a refund for a bad job.

I got a clay n' seal package along with a headlight restoration for a super reasonable price which was the first of my enjoyable experience with this detailer. Our conversations were always transparent and clear about what exactly was being done to the car which really gave me a sense of trust in the work being done, along with the fact that when it was time for my appointment they were on time. When it came down to the detailing everything was great. All of the equipment looks brand new and each of the supplies used are high grade with effective results. I had rubber and tar on the front end of my car that seeped into the paint and with the clay n' seal package, every last bit of it was gone leaving my paint nice and glossy in time for an important event with my car. I'm overall really happy with my experience and would recommend this detailing service as its one that I will be returning to.

I was referred to Jason by a friend of mine and had requested for my car to get a three-year ceramic coating, ceramic trim coating, paint correction, interior detail, and clay 'n seal done as it was just caked in dust and grime. I've got quite a busy schedule and was very pleased to hear that Jason is a mobile detailer, coming to your home at your convenience. Prices were reasonable and all our convos discussing what would be done to the car were transparent and easy. Jason also finished all these tasks a couple hours earlier than expected and left my car looking fresh once again. I do however wished he did a more thorough cleaning of the interior (cleaning the speedometer and interior side of the windows), but nonetheless, I'll be coming back to him for my maintenance washes and for him to check up on the ceramic coating. Highly recommend.

My car was excellently detailed by this team. And it looked like a new one. I got a very good price for it. I was even asked by the staff of the buyer the whereabouts of the detailing service since it is one of the best that he has seen. I have canvassed various services and the owner was the only one who didn’t promise an outcome. He first wanted to see the car and make an assessment. It turns out that he has been in the detailing service for decades.
