I shared with the owner I had got my granddaughter her first Lexus.She is 16 ,He thought that was so generous of me. He wanted to offer me a special custom detail the works $250 later it really didn't look that good?? My neighbor who also does car detailing said he could've done a much better job. Lights weren't polished car wasn't polished. Very sad. Live in learn

I tried my best to do all of my research in the surrounding area to find a great detail shop to take care of my car as well as some overspray I picked up. Several surrounding detail shops just charge you up the wazoo and expect you to pay it as if there was no other way. Excess Look does an amazing job of listening to you and determining the best treatment to achieve exactly what you are looking for. Jennica is THE BEST! She literally took care of everything from the moment I pulled up to when I picked up my keys afterwards. She went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of. You can just tell that she, and everyone they work with, take pride in what they do and it shows. I will be returning every time I need specific work done and I have been recommending Excess Look to everyone I can. The shop is located in the parking structure which can slightly confusing but just park anywhere and go walk right in. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Also, it always looks like the OC Car Show down there with all of the cars they work on. These guys have seen it all and taken care of every kind of vehicle. You can trust them.

Some reviews mentioned they do not provide cash back anymore. I did not bring any cash so unfortunately I needed to use ATM. Surcharge is $ 3. I could choose not to give a tip but I choose 3 $ 3 surcharge and give them a tip.

I had a ceramic coating done on my Ford Bronco over a year ago, and it still looks amazing! The team did a fantastic job, and the durability of the coating speaks for itself. My husband has had his truck for 10+ years and loves it, but over the last year or so he has neglected to take it in for a wash and it got to the point were seeing out of the windshield was almost impossible. When he went on a trip I dropped him off at the OC airport and went straight to Steve's. I got a full detail inside and out and they even through in headlight restoration and buffed out a 2 ft. long scratch on the passengers side. When I saw the truck I didn't even recognize it. The attention to detail was superb! It was like they took 5 years off! Highly recommended! They have a full range from a basic wash to full detail so I will be back soon. Can't wait till my husband gets back and sees that I bought him a new truck ;)

I can not begin to describe the quality of the detail these guys did. Came to my house in Huntington Beach, did my Audi SQ5, and they crushed it. I am a car guy and take pride in the look of my car, and they did it right! Priced right, fast, communicated well, and the end product is strong. Had a stain in my cargo rug, it’s gone. My red leather seats are beautiful, and the wheel and tires shine is spot on. Don’t hesitate!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a little over a year. I’ve gotten everything from a standard wash to detailing with a good experience across the board. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends along the way. I brought in my car to just get an exterior wash today. I was quoted 30 minutes. It ended up being over an hour which was frustrating but understandable. However, when I entered my vehicle I immediately noticed my niece’s grade school art project missing. It is a painting of a prey mantis on a paper card the size of a large coaster. I knew exactly where it was because I looked at it right as I handed the car over thinking to myself that I shouldn’t leave anything I value in the car, even if that value was only sentimental. That was my mistake. It was gone by the time I got my car back. I asked about it to multiple employees, none of which gave me information and simply stated that since I only got an exterior car wash nothing should have been touched on the interior. I’m not a confrontational person and I know once something is stolen it is not likely someone will make things right, so I chose not to make a scene and drove away in sadness and regret. I can understand stealing some change, maybe a valuable item, but it is astonishing to me that someone would take something with zero actual value to anyone but the owner. Maybe there’s a decent secondary market for okay paintings of insects, I don’t know. To make matters worse, the car wash wasn’t even passable this time. There’s water spots and dirt left in numerous areas of the car. Not really my focus here, but it makes this all sting just a little bit more.

Clean gas station with very courteous attendants who will hook it up with air for those tires. Car wash is a little pricey but they get it done. This place is most definitely appreciated permits location as you in and out out of the peninsula.

I recently visited this car wash, and the experience was disappointing due to the service from David, who checks the cars in. He was extremely impolite and overly pushy with upselling services. Instead of offering helpful suggestions, he came across as demanding and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The car wash itself is fine, but the poor customer service from David makes it hard to justify coming back. A more respectful and customer-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

I have been to this car wash many times and unfortunately I feel like I have thrown my money away. I have been there because it’s convenient but today I paid $52 for a car wash and to shampoo one floor mat which I told them part of a milkshake had been spilled on. When I got my car, the mat had not been shampooed even though I paid separately for that and there was still milkshake all over my center console. I’m not sure what they did except drive my car through the car wash and dry it off, but the mats in the back were not Vacuumed and nothing was wiped down. This seems to be the norm here. I try not to complain and be respectful of people working service jobs especially since I own a business myself but $52 is a lot for a car wash to not get a clean car.

Excellent HAND car wash and auto detailing. Vic and his team do an excellent and thorough job inside and out. They know how to clean a black car( no new swirl marks, water spots etc.)If you take pride in your vehicle you'll appreciate the pride they take in their work. I actually live in Los Angeles, but when I want my car looking really nice inside and out, I always drive to OC and take it here. The other thing that's great and unique is if he sees something that needs to be addressed, they call you and suggest solutions. Always at a reasonable price.

Amazing Team and service!! I recently purchased a 60 year old Chevy C10 and didn’t have the money for a frame off restoration. I spoke with Daren at Doctor detail and he offered to completely overhaul the under side of my truck. Literally a night and day difference. New C8 had some issues from the factory. Dealer offer to attempt to correct but was going to see Darren for complete paint correction and coating. Incredible results! PPF, tint, ceramic coating. Absolutely the best. The PPF and tint install are perfect and paint is so reflective. Highly recommended!

After trying out three different detailers to tackle the stubborn hard water stain, Mike from Pro Mobile Auto Detailing stepped in with an amazing approach. He checked the paint's thickness and used a microscope to ensure the stain is over the clear coat. Mike promised he could fix it without the need for a full repaint of the hood, and he delivered! Here are the before and after photos, the transformation is incredible.

Mike’s work was impeccable. He restored my 2022 Tesla’s paint to its original color via paint correction. After weeks, the car still has a showroom shine. I’m happy every time I look at it. And the inside of the car looks and smells brand new. I’ll be having Mike do the detailing from this point forward, as he is incredibly meticulous and it’s obvious that he takes extraordinary pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants their car to look as good as new again. Honestly, I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I went into this project but the result far exceeded my expectations. Besides me, Mike will be the only person touching my paint from now on. In an unfortunate turn of events, I already marred his perfect work by simply trying to get rid of what appeared to be a stain from a drop of green fluid that landed on my hood from the pipes above in my parking garage. Came here for some detailing supplies and came across Marco, he was super helpful and knowledgeable in everything detailing. Won't try and oversell you stuff you don't need. Been coming here for while and they're always reliable when you need water or any kind of detergent or cleanser. Trying out the new trim restoration gel, I'm sure it'll be great like everything else. I am a member of Fast5Xpress Carwash. So nice that they’re everywhere. Convenient and great programs but unfortunately, this particular one has vacuums that are broken and different nozzles that blow air don’t work properly. I’ve tried different spots and each one I went into was broken. I couldn’t believe it. They all need to be replaced. Unfortunately, this place does not keep up with the standards that I’m accustomed and other locations. Ugh

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience with this Location!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location has gone downhill and they have failed to maintenance it, causing thousands of dollars to my car!!!!!!!! . The hood of my car got totally scratched up after going through this location. After coming out and seeing the damage, I spoke with Dave the supervisor who took my damage claim. While I was really upset, he calmly told me that he has seen this before and that their insurance should cover it. That being said, he had his District Supervisor look at it a few days later. It was cloudy and so the scratches didn’t stand out as much. He showed my husband and I a camera footage of the entrance going in, and said that there were scratches. LOL..when he walked out to the car and saw that “the scratches “ on the car was actually bird poop and dirt. His “scratches” on camera disappeared. Because he barely inspected the car he said he was going to deny the claim!!! I have been a loyal customer to this chain and this particular location for a few years

I have worked with Knick and Eco Luxury Detail for several years now across multiple cars. He has done everything from full window tint to flawlessly repairing scratches, dents and detailing both interior and exterior. Most recently, he applied a full PPF to my BMW M5 CS to protect the frozen factory paint. The work was absolutely perfect and I am so impressed with the attention to detail. No visible seams and the edges are clean. I wouldn’t consider trusting the care of my car to anyone else. Check him out!
