Excellence Auto Detail certainly lives up to its name and reputation. They recently installed a tint on my newly-purchased car and it is definitely legit, especially when compared to lackluster tint jobs that I’ve seen on countless other cars. The fact that the tint is covered by a lifetime warranty is a testament to the fact that Excellence Auto Detail really stands behind their work. That said, I plan on setting up an appointment with them to have paint protection film installed on my car soon. Abdul was who I worked with when I had the tint installed and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Excellence Auto Detail if you need anything related to detailing, tint or paint protection film installation!

I have a 2009 old beater Toyota Corolla that was in serious need of an interior deep clean. The car had never been detailed before & the upholstery was dirty & stained & the carpets were slightly sticky due to years of grime. Hired Couple’s Car Care to tackle the mess. To my surprise, they were able to remove a large majority of the ground in dirt & stains from the fabric. My car’s interior is now ultra clean & smells fresh. The owner & his wife were pleasant to deal with & I like the fact that they were able to come to my residence. They did a solid job considering what they had to work with. One satisfied customer here. I would recommend their services.

Didn’t clean my car, they need to recalibrate that machine, my car was still dirty after the wash and in the middle there was a entire section end to end like all the way that pretty much didn’t got any cleaning

Please expand your most popular locations. I have family members canceling their membership because either the line is extremely long, or there is no space to dry/vacuum the car. Not convenient when it's a monthly charge and we can't use the services as intended

Cynthia was very accommodating and allowed me to enter for a complimentary wash after I told her I made a mistake in driving to Superstar car wash which was when I had a membership early this year. I meant to drive to another car wash. She said I could stay where I was since I was already in line, and she would offer me a free wash. She provided excellent customer service and made me want to switch my membership back to Superstar. :)

Whenever I want to wash my car, I like to come here. They have vacuum cleaners that are always in service... and the person who helped me, Jasmine, was very friendly and attentive in offering me the services and explaining them to me. She is very professional in her work.

Best quick drive-through car wash in the city!!! Quality & it has great prices I had a basic sense it's my 1st time it was only $10!!! & the vacuums were VERY POWERFUL! They also provide different handles for vacuuming & a small pressured air took that helps get dirt out of tight spaces!! I saw they also had a spot to clean your floor mats didnt get to use it ....Will be back!!!

been to this car wash before with super friendly staff. this time I got lazy looking boys. I waited at least 5 minutes for one of the staff to assist me to drive into the car wash. And as soon as I did I hear loud scraping (didn’t think much of it) , and the one only the guy said was “you’re good bro” 😐😐. Didn’t even bother giving me an air freshener lol.

I was just there 15 min ago. Staff is rude. 2 different customers are taking up the car wash space for 10 min and where not washing their cars. They where taking speakers out and communicating alcohol. Once I was done washing my car, all I did was dry my front window and they where already kicking me out while the other 2 cars are still sitting there drinking beer!! They kicked out a mother with 2 kids not but the 2 parties that where setting up camp. The machines stole 2 tokens from me, I told staff, all he did was shrug his shoulders and walked away. 5 min later I see him helping a male customer with the same situation. Never coming back, they are sexist. Absolutely nothing has changed. There is never anyone here. Nothing works. Your money gets stolen. And they don't answer the company's phone. I have been calling for about 30min now. Have left voicemail. They did answer, buy nobody was on the other side.

Cheaper but you get what you pay for- there is always a line. I just used the vacuums and I wasn’t impressed. They only have the wide round nozzles and the suction was okay. I’d really like to find a place because I have pets and a kiddo so regular car cleaning is a must. Won’t be here though- just not good enough. Left with my car feeling only about 30% cleaner.

Complete rip off. They did not wash my truck accordingly. When asking about the job being done, all I got was a grumpy face and blame for me not getting my truck earlier. They forgot to call my truck done. Kept me waiting, sitting for one hour. Windows were dirty and looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag. Payed $90, what a rip off. The truck did not look clean. They just struck it with power wash water. Never again!

I prefer hand wash over machine wash, prevents damages or scratches. This is the only car wash I come too. These guys here know what they are doing. Everyone here efficient pays attention to detail.

Spot Free Rinse car wash is wonderful! I love being able to spend as much time as I need to make sure my car is cleaned. The prices are reasonable and you don't have to use tokens, they take cards! There's plenty of space to pull forward and vacuum out your car afterwards too.
