I used to come here all the time for the exterior-only wash for $19.99. I loved this deal. When I came today, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to have my tires washed. I was confused and said "you guys always wash my tires, what do you mean?" And was told that now you have to pay $20.00 MORE to have your tires washed! So instead of $19.99, it is now $39.99 for the same thing. A 200% increase in price (*Double the price!*) just to wash your tires! Which used to be included! I told the cashier inside that I was sad because I won't be able to afford that anymore, so won't be coming back. She was the young woman with the long fake nails. She gave me attitude and said "Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it. It's not my business." And I said "You can pass the information on to a manager or owner. Feedback is valuable to owners." And she just shrugged and turned away. I was really dissapointed by her lack of professionalism. What she *should* have said was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I will let my manager know and thank you for your business. Have a nice day." Won't be coming back.

Well, the car we never use was forced from the garage to the driveway due to a remodel on our home, and a 6 month project turned into 3 years! Our 12 year old car with 13 thousand miles was drenched in sunlight, rain and everything else nature could throw at it...it was capital B..Bad with a side order of ugly! I asked my neighbor, Pumpkin Head...What should I do? And, he immediately pouted out "What-ah-u-new! take it to the New Life Auto Salon...they'll make it brand new! " So ...I did, and you know what...it's just like brand new again! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

I got my Honda detailed here. They restored it to its former glory! I had been using well water to wash it and the paintwork was destroyed and it didn't help that it is a black car! I am very pleased with the work that was done on my new c8 Corvette. Damien was professional and knowledgeable about the application of advance ceramic coatings and did an outstanding job. Explained the entire process and took care of my car as he would his. I highly recommend Paint Protection Pros, I would not hesitate to use them in the future. My only concern is I wish they would have included the product used to coat my car on the invoice. GTechnique Crystal Serium Ultra on the receipt. That is it. I am happy, happy and happy.

The last few times they have done a terrible job. They didn't vacuum out half my back seat and I said something. They made me drive back around and I had to make the guys re vaccuum my car. They also didn't lightly dust off this seats. I asked them to lightly wipe them and the guy never came back to even wipe them. They were not helpful at all.

Fairly expensive for a wash and vacuum. The available levels are $30,$35,and$40. I got the mid level wash. They did a pretty good job vacuuming out the car, but not not amazing.

After an auto lift mishap, I wound up with a nasty rear roof dent on my Lexus RCF. A good friend of mine recommended Dent Solution and said that Ian's the best in the business. I got an estimate to fix the roof and remove other dings and dents in the car and scheduled the work. Ian is a great guy and one can really tell how much passion he has for his craft and the business he's built. He knocked the car out in less than two hours and I was especially impressed with how good he was able to get the roof. I was told that roof dents are trickier than other panels...but after he was finished you'd never know it had a dent of any sort. Overall very pleased with the work and will certainly contact Ian for any future dent jobs.

I believe in hard work and preparation, the two main ingredients in that dish we call LUCK. Lucks perception is that it’s comes free of effort and for that reason I don’t care to use it until now. LUCK is what put me face to face with Ian, the energetic owner of Dent Solutions. I wasn’t headed to Dent Solutions that day, I’d never heard of them. I just needed directions and he was the only shop open on Saturday, which i’ve learned is typical. He never did give me directions, because for the next hour I was listening to this linebacker of a man explain his business in detail… which are also one of the services they provide. With the excitement of a kid on Christmas, Ian showed me what he and his family had been working on and towards for the last 30 years. With massive hands that prove his years of effort, he’s pushed it from a mobile dent repair business… into a full service auto dermatology clinic. This guy knows more about car care than anyone I’ve met. So… I’m happy to say that it was LUCK that put me in Ian’s garage… Thought it was his hard work, preparation and knowledge, that earned him a new customer and me a fancy truck! The dents in my Tahoe are taken care of…AND though not something I had even known about… his team wrapped the hood in Carbon Fiber, the roof in black and finished it with red racing stripes. Great guy, outstanding work, I swear the truck looks new…. What will I bring in next??

Wow man I’ve had such a hard time trying to find a good Mobile car detail in the area.. bad experiences and flakes.. but Calistoga auto detail was excellent.. they did both our cars on a Saturday and I surprised them with a little extra work when they got here and it was fine.. my car was worse than my wife’s but both ended up looking like brand new cars inside and out.. these guys do a fantastic job. They put the detail in mobile auto detail! Really nice guys too

Remarkably disappointing experience that caused me to leave I think my first ever 1-star review. It also caused me to leave their business having started using their services when they first purchased the previous car wash company. Truly a disrespectful and inappropriate interaction regarding paying for a bill on an ongoing basis that I have been doing every month unceasingly since they opened. A reported "expired card" comment which I am not aware of and it seemed as though I was all of a sudden a criminal in my own community trying to get a free car wash stuck in the middle of their car wash machinery and the car behind me. A remarkably foolish discussion afterward to lose a (previously) dedicated customer. It's just what needed to be shared. Have a nice day.

One price for unlimited washes! Does a very good job on exterior. Then, go to one of the outlets and vacuum to your heart’s content! Damp towels are provided. Staff are helpful

I highly recommend this business! We went out of town last minute and Francisco was able to accommodate our last min schedule for a ceramic coating. The car looks better than it has in years. We are so happy with the results!

Only place I could get my van washed quickly for $10 by hand + drive through wash, with a 7'4" clearance for the height of the van plus the fan hatch. Top of van was not perfectly clean but the rest of the van was perfect. The 2 people at the gas station and the car wash were super friendly. This is a great car wah for the "rest of us" average folks. Also, literally had not been through a car wash since at least half a year ago, it was filthy and it came out looking sharp again!! Thanks!

Honest Review - This is a great car wash. Don't listen to other reviews. You just need to know how to work the buttons. Below, I have added a picture of the operation. Tap pay works perfectly. NOTE - Once you are done, turn the button to stop, and then it will read "Thank you" and you then know it won't take more money (like some reviews mentioned). It costs $5 for 5 minutes.

Update: owner called and addressed issue. Note to others you have to physically push a stop button or it will keep charging with tap to pay hitting the default max like I did. Used tap to pay in a stall for a single wash/rinse cycle. The charge should have been around $5, but it was $24.50. Have called twice now with no return call. I have used this facility for years but only with coins, the first time trying tap to pay.

Love this self wash. Credit card payment is clutch and they actually filter and treat the water thoroughly, for a spot free shine. I wish we had one like it in Novato! I'd be there 3-4 days a week

It's a pretty basic self car wash. It's a little smaller than most well, at least the vacuuming area. There are only two in the front where the vending machines are for car cleaning products. Very limited in parking if you're trying to dry your car there on a busy day.

Been going to MCM Jobes since moving here in 2003. They took great care of my 1999 VW bug which I finally sold in 2017. They now service my 2017 Toyota IM and also my husband's 2003 Toyota Tacoma which is in perfect condition. The guys are always pleasant, informative and very honest. We have never had any issues with their work. Thanks guys!

Horrible nightmare experience. They gave me an “estimate” of over $450 when I dropped my car off and they used every single dollar to charge me for computer diagnostic only. They never touched my csr other than to hook it up to a computer to “diagnose” it. Oh….and I told them the error code thet came up on my own diagnostic device and guess what? I got to pay this predatory establishment the full amount of my estimate, so over $450 to “diagnose” exactly what I already knew was the issue when I dropped it off thanks to my own diagnostic device. They then wanted to charge me an additional 750 to install the part that they made me order in advance, and refused to credit not even one penny of their extortionate $450+ “diagnostic” fee toward either the part or the labor to install it. I have never in my years of driving had a mechanic charge me over $450 to diagnose an issue with a computer, when I already told them the issue when I dropped it off thanks to my own device. I don’t know who is giving this establishment 5 stars, but this was truly the most extortionate mechanic I’ve ever encountered over three decades driving. No one has ever justified a $450+ “diagnostic” charge to do nothing but run a computer that told us nothing but what our own little diagnostic tool told us the day we dropped it off. Then the owner wanted us to pay the restocking fee for the part they made us order in advance after refusing to credit a penny of their 450+ diagnostic fee on the remaining installation. Bottom line-our experience with MCMJobe was nothing short of extortionate. They walked away with over $530 of our money, including half of the restocking fee for the part we had to order, the cost to install one brake light and the over $450 charge to “diagnose” the same error code we gave them when we dropped it off. If we could give them negative 5 we would. Please beware and be prepared for them to use every penny of your “estimate” for a diagnosis fee. We work hard for our money and this highwayrobbery is still stomach turning to think about.

I went here to get a back window installed on my 72 convertible and this had to be the rudest guy I've met.lol Soooo i introduce myself to the guy and asked if he's who i talk to for an estimate and he give a rude comment back so i brushed that off and he continue with rude self indulged comments like " I've been doing this for 40yrs" but he had no clue what i was talking about so i tried to explain and he just wouldn't listen and kept telling me i got ripped off for my window and i should take it back plus He kept telling me it takes a 25 thousand dollar machine to put in my top on a 1972 car.lol and he didn't have the machine. All in all this is an OLD guy stuck in his ways and he thinks he knows more than he does.. I ended up getting my top fixed around the corner for $200 the same day! Talking to your customers like there dumb won't keep you in business another 40 yrs buddy.lol
