He’s an honest mechanic and he doesn’t rip you off. He figures out the problem & lets you know right away what the problem is. Luis did a phenomenal job repairing my leather seats which included repairing a tear on the driver seat and dying both the driver and passenger seat so they would match. Both seats turned out phenomenally and look brand new. Luis did a 5 star job and I would highly recommend Artistic Vinyl Repair for leather seat repair. I recently decided to get my Audi ceramic coated, my first and only call was to Luis at Ceramic Pro. I was so impressed with his work at Artistic Vinyl Repair that I knew his work ceramic coating would be top notch. Located behind an auto-repair complex, this shop is dedicated to one thing: making cars look good. If you want to slide the back of your fingers smoothly across the car and get that satisfying “like glass” look, then look no further. If you think your car has been sitting too long and there’s no way it can look shiny again, talk to the people working here (owners) and you won’t be sorry. The detail was super nice but I’m incredulous as to how they got the black plastic parts of my car to look so dark and new again. Well done!

Exceeded my expectations! For $110 (+tip) express detailing I got my car clean and shiny outside, detailed inside - very meticulously done - no dust left in any crevices, and the dash was treated with some coating that now it feels like new and smells like new too. Could not be happier with the experience and will definitely be back. These guys know their stuff, and booking was easy by phone.

Great self-washing station, but it's a bit pricey compared to others in the area. It's not terribly expensive at $8 for 7 minutes, but it does tend to be busy most of the time. The best times to go are super early in the morning, around 6 am, or during the early afternoon, around 1 pm. Often, you may find yourself washing in a rush, as there are typically 2-3 cars waiting in each lane.

Good car washing facility. Generally very busy so people are waiting behind you to finish. The rates are 4$/5$, I don't remember what time you get for 4, for 5$ you get 6mins and a card swipe is 6$ that gets you 7min30sec. The vacuum cleaner doesn't take a card. Pressure is good enough, could go higher. Could do a very good job with my car so I'm happy.

Had my mustang detailed here a month ago with the 2-year ceramic package. They were able to take out all the swirls on the black paint, the car still looks brand new to this day. I spoke to the owner directly and he had great customer service, he was also able to take my car in the same day. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I recommend this place.

Wow! It's a luxury carwash compared to others in the bay area. $5 gets you 6min! That's more than enough if your car is ceramic coated. Love that they use quality products like turtle wax. And they offer a air drying option that works great! Definitely recommend 10/10 .

I've used this place for years and have always thought it was great value. Recently I had an experience which prompted this review. I paid for a wash but the machine never started. I contacted the owner who was super-responsive. He sent me a code for a free wash to compensate me and told me of the steps he was taking to get the machine fixed. It's great to see a small business that wants to take care of its customers

This place is BUSY and for a very good reason. The Details Plus might be technically separate from the Rainbow Car Wash but they share the same location. We had Details Plus do an interior, exterior and engine bay clean. We drove our truck from Montana with our two dogs, so if you know anything about shedding dogs and Montana mud ... this was a project. Listen, it wasn't cheap but you DEFINATLY get what you pay for. Ive had "discount" details and Details Plus is FAR and AWAY worth the couple of bucks. WE added in the 3 year ceramic wax and when we went to pick up the truck it looked showroom new!! Details Plus even filled the small scratches around the truck and detailed the BED!! We are set now for a winter back in Montana with confidence that our paint is protected.

Super convenient, quick with friendly and professional staff. $15 wash gets you underbody wash plus additional polish and paint protectant vs $10 wash. I noticed some small spots left on my hood after the wash. One of the managers Pat saw me looking at my hood and ran out to check in. He explained that those spots are from organic matter that can be trickier to wash off after a while. I assume most automated car washes would struggle with them. He ran to his office to grab some polish to see if that would help get the spots off. I ended up not having him try the polish because I wanted to do some research on it first but he patiently answered my questions and I appreciate that he proactively walked over to talk with me and offered to try the polish. Unexpected but great service, thank you Pat.

They clean your car right on the driveway or by the curb. They bring their own water. I was very pleased with the service. Actually I was impressed at the completeness and attention to detail given to just the "basic wash" (Express Super Clean). A good name, my Corolla was super clean inside and out after this service which I highly recommend.

By luck I found pineapple car wash, they are a mobile detailer and I scheduled with their team. They were prompt, even started early. I paid for an exterior detail for my SUV and an interior detail and light wash for my tiny car. Their price is extremely fair and did great work. The interior job was great, pretty much spotless and they also removed a bunch of milk stains from my toddler. The close on my suv was well done and it shows. My pictures don’t do the job justice since it isn’t under the sun but my cars look great.

I’ve been coming here for years now. I go multiple times a week. At first it was great no issues. But ever since they changed owner, it seems to have got worst in terms of maintaining the wash bays. Stuff is always breaking and they don’t act quick to fix. There’s been a dryer down for the last two weeks. Some soaps are out. I see a lot of people have issues with the coin system. That’s why I use the app. I only come here because it’s down the street. Maintenance is key to running a good Carwash.

This review is for the self-service wash (I have not tried the automated wash). It was my first time doing a self-service carwash and I was pleasantly surprised that it was a seamless experience (I was in Bay T3). There is ample signage to explain how things work. I used a credit card, and the card reader and all the equipment worked as expected. Since it was my first time doing this, I was a little slow, so it took me a little over 11 minutes to wash my car (total was $11; I used 4 of the 9 available settings). The display screen shows how much time has elapsed and gives a total cost once you press the red stop button). Overall, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be washing my car here again.

I go here mostly because it is near me. The stalls are often not working, especially the drive thru automated car wash stall that seems to be closed often. Recently I visited and self-wash bay F2 took my money but did not produce any soap suds at all. It appeared to be completely out of soap, so my car did not get completely clean.

I like the self-service bays. Usually less busy in the nights. It's $1 a minute with minutes minimum. Just tap your card and start it. You can use coins, which can give better value. The air blower isn't strong enough

Right, 4.7 stars for a ‘used car dealer’! Well, I have to add another 5-star rating to the list of very happy customers. Was shopping for a 2014-16 Cayman, but not intending to buy that day. They had a 2015 listed, so went to see. Car was spectacular, literally looked new; really impressive for a 10 year old car with 55K. Had done my research, knew the fair price, so no need to negotiate. Yanni was excellent, walked me through the whole transaction and was responsive with all follow-up questions after purchase. They have a full shop and each car has to pass a 4-page checklist, I would say more complete than a CPO. He arranged very reasonable priced covered transportation to Oregon and couldn’t have made the purchase process easier. Highly recommended!

Misleading Information and Poor Communication I brought my car to this shop after it was hit by a truck, hoping for honest advice on whether it was worth repairing. The manager assured me they could fix it and that the car would be safe to drive afterward. However, after spending thousands of dollars, I discovered that they only repaired the body bumper, completely ignoring serious mechanical issues that were never disclosed to me. When I raised these concerns, the manager denied ever guaranteeing the car's safety. I feel completely misled and regret trusting this shop. They took my money and left me with a car that's still unsafe to drive. Their argument that they only handle body repairs and not mechanical issues was never communicated upfront. They insisted I pay the full bill despite the unresolved mechanical problems and essentially told me to drive away with a car I don't feel is safe. I strongly advise against using this shop if you're looking for transparency and thorough service.

We got an estimate of 10 days to two weeks, but Pan American took over a month to repair our car. Initially they kept us informed, but later we had to keep calling to check status. The fixed car was also not completely cleaned. We sadly recommend some of the other body shops.

Love this DIY carwash. It's 6 dollars now for 5 minutes. They always restock their washing dispensers for foam brush, wash mode, and spot-free rinse. They even have an air dryer setting to blow water out of all the little crevices. Their washing wands are always working. I have yet to go to a stall where something wasn't working. They even have a detailing service if you want someone else to wash your car for you. Great service and super clean. I find this coin-op wash has more amenities than any others that are nearby.

Garbage. Car wash has zero indication that you have to pay in advance, until you're in the car wash, with no option to get out. The help button on the box isn't connected to anything. Avoid.

This is part of the Valero gas station. It is fully automatic and does an okay job. It washes the outside of your car only. It's good for removing road dust, but has trouble with bird poop. The cheapest option, free with minimum gas purchase, does not include drying. Plan accordingly.

They damaged my seat belt clip!!! I wish I can give them 0 star, we sent our car for car wash today, and they damaged our seat belt and refuse to take care of their damage. We sure it was not damaged when we drive here, because we put the belt on when we dropped the the car, I asked the owner to check if they have video, and they said they don’t. It such an unreliable place and I was so angry when they refused to admit the fact and they don’t want to reply to us anymore. Never come to this place again.

They ripped my seat! Poor service recently. I've been a loyal customer of Lazano Carwash for the past 23 years, but their service has significantly declined this year. During the visit before last, they ripped the cover on my seat. When I brought it to their attention, the staff told me the manager wasn’t available and couldn’t do anything about it. However, I believe the person I spoke with was the manager, as he’s the one in the yellow shirt whom all the employees seem to refer to. On my next visit, the vacuuming was poorly done, with cookie crumbs, sand, and other debris left all over the floor. When I asked them to redo the job, I was met by the same "not manager" who told me, 'I remember you, you always complain!' It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service from a place I’ve trusted for so long."

I came here to get my car detailed for the first time and it was the best detailing experience I have ever had. I have a white dog and his fur was stuck to everything. Tony and his team got my car looking spotless. I don’t even understand how they did it. I couldn’t even find a single piece of dog hair. Every single nook and cranny was touched. Five Stars!! Ten if I could give them! Justice and the installers at Tint World Mountain View are fantastic. I had three other local shops either quote me much more than Tint Word, mess up my appointments or both. Tint World are experts, super friendly, professional, have a great waiting area. I initially had my two front windows tinted, I liked it so much I came back and had the rest of the windows done as well. I'll be bringing my other car to Tint World soon.

This place is over priced, not worth dealing with their RUDE staff. This is my 1st and last time I'll be coming here. They don't do a good job at washing your car. I do not recommend this place, next time I will find a place with polite staff and a better price.

Edgar restored the headlights of my car today. They were very yellow and he did a very thorough job and left them more clear and white. I appreciate all the effort he put towards it and his professionalism because he came with all his equipment. I would recommend him. The price is good and best thing he comes to your place.

Headlight restoration: Very good job done and cost effective and speedy too. Job done in less than 2 hours, comes at home, costed 120 usd for headlight restoration for my pair of foggy headlights. Saves 30 usd uber money, as its a home service. Attached before and after photos, guy said should be good for 2+ years.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience** I visited this gas station on Friday at around 19:15 PM to fill up my car. I was a bit confused about the process, so I approached the cashier with a smile and politely asked if I could ask a question. Unfortunately, he responded by nodding without saying a word, which made me feel ignored. I tried again, explaining my confusion and showing him my car, asking if I was doing it right. Instead of offering help, he looked at me with anger and asked if that was my car, to which I replied yes. He then said, “You should know,” which was quite rude. I explained that I was simply confused and asked for a straightforward answer. He yelled at me , he said I’m not answering you you should know how put gas, refusing to assist and saying he wouldn’t give me an answer. This interaction ruined my night and left me feeling very disrespected. I will not be returning to this location due to the zero customer service I experienced. It’s disappointing when employees treat customers this way, and I hope management checks security cameras and listings to our conversation and addresses this issue.

Usual expensive gas which is not super bad but the carwash was terrible. Left soap in the car and many water spots. The air dry timer also said 45 seconds when it suddenly turned off. Looks at pics of car with foam on it.
