You guys destroyed my bumper and no one there could help me I’m currently waiting on the corporate email that said they would respond in 24 hours and still nothing Update 12/26/24 saw you guys were under new management looked nice wanted to try it out, paid for a $22 was asked the clerk of the drying was good I didn’t want my car to appear wet afterwards. I know there’s still be wet marks, but he assured me it would be mostly dry, complete bs, car is soaked and looks soaked. Still dirt and grime on the car windows still dirty. Just looks like I got it with soap and water. My fault for trying again 😅

Under new management. Not the same service as before. The wash is mostly water and very little soap. My hood actually got scratched because of the low suds. I get a better wash by just using my water hose at home with no soap. Very disappointing. Won’t come back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Edgar’s car wash service is top tier and very well priced! My car had not been washed for many months with dog hair all over and he made it practically brand new. For non spanish speaking customers (like myself), Edgar is easily reached via phone text message. My iphone was able to translate his text messages and we had issues with communication. The place is a bit expensive and very dirty. $25.00 for the basic wash, dry, and windows. It seems like the owner changes often, so don't count on any of the advertised prices.

there is now way they are giving truly hand wash, spend 30dollars for hand wash and vacuum, wen back home realize my car roof was not cleaned at all, there is no way it was hand washed and they did not spot this. Horrible business. And total wash time was not even 30 mins, also the interior vacuum was not done properly as well. I would never recommend anyone to go there ever.

Noticed they scratched my car using that nasty worn out brush prior to entering car wash last time so this time I told the cashier that I don’t want it used this time and he told me to tell the car wash technician in Spanish to not use it. I did and he said ok and he used it on the rims at first and I was shocked when he used it throughout my truck. Scratched the hood. Went back to the technician and and just said he doesn’t speak English and he dones’t understand anything. Ran away and said sorry. Horrible service.

Incredible car wash and caring attendants. I don’t live nearby but I have been visiting the last two nights and made the mistake of parking underneath a sappy tree. My car was completely covered and the windshield wipers wouldn’t even move they were so stuck. The attendants sprayed and scrubbed my car before going in the wash then after the one at the front came over when I was parked at the vacuums with a spray bottle and rag to make sure it was all gone. I thought I was going to be stuck out here all day scrubbing my car so I could drive it home. Absolute life savers and if I’m ever back in the area I will be dropping by again!

Jesus did a phenomenal job, and helped get the living help center mobile clinic van cleaned in time for its yearly fundraiser event. Normal wait time 2-3 hours, but today with cloudy rainy weather it was a drive up and washed and done in 15-20 minutes. Top notch! Much appreciated Jesus!

This place has the best service I have ever experienced at a car wash. The attention to detail is impeccable, they are fast without missing a thing. They are very friendly and I was in awe the entire time at how great of a job they were doing. My car came out cleaner than it was when I bought it. I have paid way more at other washes and my car was not nearly as clean as it was after visiting here.

Just visiting and needed the rental car cleaned. Avis isn’t cleaning their cars anymore. I spent $30 for the bronze wash and they did a really good job. The staff was friendly and I wasn’t waiting long for the car. The 3 star rating is due to the location’s current condition. The sale person has to find the prices (should be displayed). Both the interior and exterior need upkeep/updating. Signs are faded or fading, trees covering the sign, empty vending machines, old worn out couches inside.

Magic touch was good. Overpriced for sure. The staff were good talkative and good customer services. They did not offer a monthly membership which would have been nice. They did however offer a booklet with coupons to use- only thing was you had to fork up $300 for the booklet . Monthly would be more convenient for the average person

Today I got a car wash from them and Maria the manager ( she refused to provide her last name) Refused to take responsibility for damaging my tail light lens cover she damaged by using the pressure washer hose on my car she said it was probably already loose, she said she would not take any responsibility and told me to get out she also had her male assistant yell at me and request for me to leave and never come back. I went to the cashier for assistance and she also refused to to assist me or provide me with her managers last name. Terrible service I am writiing a complaint with BBB

I came here to get the $27. interior done since this vehicle wouldn't be used. They gave me the $26.99 which is exterior and interior, the interior was LOUSY. I called to make a complaint with the manager and we went back and forth I told her I'd pay the difference for the exteror, but NOT $29.99 they charged me (instead of $26.99). I was told I have to pay another $27. to get this done. She said "I was trying to be nice to you" and hung up. I called again to let her know I will call the Secretary of State and get the acting agent /owners information to contact directly. However, they wouldn't answer the phone after letting ring 40 times. I wasn't going to pay $57. when I specifically told them I wanted the $27. interior only. All this manager had to say is WE DON'T DO INTERIOR ONLY. Instead of repeating the samething over and over "it's not included" This manager needs to explain clearly. If I would have known this I would have had the kid next-door do the interior. I'll continue to take my cars to the drive through car wash on Passons and Washington, which is always done well for a reasonable price.

I get there and its cash only Second i wanted to get detail cleaning and they told me "come back tomorrow morning" 3d i get there the next day and there is a line to get in on a residential street. They tell me the line was on the other side of the street and i was second in line to go in and i had to go behind 4 other cars so i decided to leave. Get a better location pls

Have been coming to this carwash for a while. They have such great prices and many deals to not miss from. Just took my car to get a wash and they recommended I get a headlight polish. I definitely don’t regret it. Big different in my headlights. They look brand new. When I saw them I couldn’t believe that was my car. They take care of your car like their own and make sure their customers are satisfied. They really do have the best prices so come and check them out.

my car wasn't vacuumed properly, under the mats and under the seats too it's dirty and i have bought the diamond package, i'm very dissatisfied with the place, i went around 4:40 PM. at first when i had got my car, the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned and the dashboard wasn't cleaned niether and the guy wasn't providing the service i had paid for and still he was giving me attitude. I won't be coming to this place, i'll find business somewhere else.

24/7. Very well lighting. All the parts works fine. What I hate is a $1 for 3 minutes. and there's a lag time for the soap or wax to come out like 30 seconds before it fully comes out. Also the stall that I used to not have no blower But the spot free spray was pretty good. Took my car in the freeway to air-dry like that. Did not like doing that but it works. It looks like it was only my spot that didn't have the air blower

Justin and his guys washed my car and my girlfriends car early morning in the cold on Sunday. Got the wheels and exterior super clean in a timely manner. He even explained what chemicals and soaps were being used and what they did. Would 100% have him wash my vehicles again and will be recommending family and friends as well.

I was referred to Justin by legends West whom my fiance recommended for car detailing. He is very nice and down to heart and passionate about his work. I initially gave him a call to see if I could get a quote and also if he recommends if I needed paint correction. I've had my car for 8 years. I didn't get PPF back then cause it wasn't as popular yet. I scheduled a consult appointment, got the quote and his recommendation. Due to work travel, I didn't get a chance to schedule an appointment until recently as well as both sides being busy. Got a wash and detail. Justin kept me in the loop the entire time while he was working on the car with another person who was helping him. He was texting me photos and letting me know when my car would be ready for pick up. Just was very honest when he needed more time since he wasn't happy with the work that the person assisting him, on my interior. So he redid it, added on UV protection for the interior and 6 month spray sealant in the exterior for the inconvenience. Overall, his work and cost is worth it. He went beyond to make sure his attention and focus is on your car. Him being a car enthusiast himself, he understands the care and mindset we have about our cars. I highly recommend going to Justin!

Automatic car wash severely damaged my car parts, zero accountability! After visiting the Fast5express Car Wash (Pico Rivera location), my car was left with severe damage. Not only did the car paint get scratched, but my left side mirror was completely broken, with the cover knocked off and badly scratched! This level of damage is unacceptable, especially on a new car. My car and family’s other cars have never had issues with other car washes. When I reported this to the staff on site, they told me this kind of thing happens from time to time and mentioned that they don’t cover any external damages. It’s obvious that their machinery has excessive force and lacks proper care for customers’ vehicles. And to top it off, there was no compensation offered whatsoever. If you value your car, I strongly advise against coming here. Think twice before you wash your car at this place!

WHY do drive-thru car washes put vehicles right on your bumper‼️❓️OR put your vehicle right on the bumber of the vehicle in front of you❓️ My car comes out all wet on the back (or front). I suggest they leave a car space between each vehicle going in the drive-thru...otherwise I like this Car Wash buuut I luv my car🤩

I live down the street from here. It was the 2nd time I came here. First time I had to go back because my mirrors weren't clean right. I didn't make a big deal out of it. 2nd time was an interior detail. I paid 140 plus 15 extra for ceiling cleaning. Last time I've went to car washes, they included the ceiling. So I paid 155 in total. I have 2 door car. I dropped it off at 9 am. He said it's going to take 4 to 5 hrs because the seat needs to dry. It actually should take 2 hrs if you have the plastic to cover the wet seats. They don't have that. So I came back at 2 pm and my car still isn't ready. I saw them working on other cars while my car just sat there. I get a call around 530pm that my car is ready. Since it was dark, I couldn't see much, so I left it alone until the next day. The mirrors aren't clean correctly. My seats were washed and cleaned right. My dash wasn't clean correctly. If you pay for a detail, I expect at least 100%, but no, I got at least 75 to 80% clean. Very unacceptable for time and amount I paid for a small 2 door car. I will never go again. Never get a detail. They do horrible jobs, and they take their sweet time and still don't do it correctly.
