I took my car to get it detailed at Epic Details and they did an amazing job! My car has never looked so good! They were able to get stains out of my seats that have been there for over a year. I went in and asked for a headlight restoration and to have my seats cleaned. That's all I asked for but I got much more than that! For starters, my headlights were in awful condition, hazy and have been re-clear coated poorly. Epic Car Detail really made these headlights look amazing for how bad they were before. My seats were also really dirty and have had stains in them since 2014. They were able to get out most of stains and discoloration, probably 90-95% of it. The seats look great now and this car looks brand new on the inside because of everything else they did. You see, I ONLY asked to have my seats and headlights done because I couldn't afford to do anymore. However, they not only did what I asked, but they also gave the car a light detailing with no added charge. They truly went above and beyond and for $150 I got my seats cleaned up, headlights restored, and an interior detail, how can you beat that?! Impossible. These guys did a great job and I will keep coming here for the rest of my cars and I will also be recommending them to everybody that asks. Thank you guys!

Exceptional quality and attention to detail for my full car PPF, paint correction, repainted parts, window tint, small dents removed, and wrap of carbon fiber trim. Went there last Saturday feb-10-24 to get a car wash for over $40 plus $15 dollars tip just to find out that they don’t even bother to vacuum under the seats or floor mats I have little kids and they always make a mess in the car this is why I brought it to this place since I heard that they always do a good job vacuuming well I guess not for me! For almost $60 dollars That I spent at that place I expect at least my car to be well cleaned my dashboard was still dusty in between the doors was still dirty and on top of it it took a little over an hour for them to finish. overall not a good experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone I had much better experience at 5 minutes car wash and cheaper with better deals.

I visited this place on a Saturday and brought my vehicle in for the VIP service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the service I paid for: the floor mats weren't cleaned or shampooed, and the fragrance I requested wasn't added. I ended up going home and doing the job myself. I spoke with Ryan, who wanted me to bring the car back, but since I had already done the work, there was no point. The next day, I returned with another vehicle to see if they could make things right. Since my other car was already cleaned by me, I saw no reason to bring it back. I asked Ryan if he could rectify the situation with this other vehicle. However, he seemed more concerned about not doing another vehicle and receiving a bad review. He could have easily avoided a bad review by simply making it right, but his lack of concern for customers and his business was apparent. I will definitely never return here. I highly recommend Vintage Car Wash instead. I've been a loyal customer there for years, and they consistently provide excellent service. They always make things right, regardless of the situation, and prioritize customer satisfaction over avoiding bad reviews.

This place sucks. The cap for my shark-fin antenna was completely sheered off by their machine. The manager wasn't able to find it in the along the line. This might end up costing hundreds to replace, because the entire assembly needs to be replaced. He tried to say "it might've been loose" before it entered the wash. The doesn't make any sense at all. If you look at the photos, the antenna cap was screwed into the assembly and the screws were completely broken off. Their machine clearly did this. He also tried to float the idea that it came off before it entered the wash, also impossible. I noticed it right away and there's no way I wouldn't have on my way there. Also, they didn't notice until I pointed it out (how???). The manager didn't take any accountability for what happened and tried to put the blame on me. No apology or refund was offered. On top of all of this, the wash was terrible. I ordered the VIP wash and there were still spots and sap I easily got off with my finger. I also noticed other damage and scratches on my hood and a new ding on the door. DO NOT take your car here, plenty of other solid car washes in Modesto. I'm out a few hundred because of this place, read the other reviews and DON'T COME HERE.

The management here always keeps the place looking nice and tidy. And no to mention, they hand dry your car! I visited for the first time today. They washed my 1971 bug in 110 degree weather. I don't even care if they missed a spot. They work hard and I couldn't do it. I owned a detail business for over a decade. I know what it takes. $30 is money well spent. A lot of people expect too much from laborers.

I am beyond IMPRESSED!! I had all 3 back windows retinted ( the old tint bubbled bad) & headlamp buffed out. I called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. Santiago goes above and beyond. I’ve been coming to him for little over a year now and he never misses a beat. I trust him with my vehicles so much he’s the only person that I have to detail/wash any of my vehicles. He’s very flexible with a certain budget that you have and willing to work with you and give you the best superior service possible within said budget. Santiago will always go the extra mile on your car, perfect example is when I had my truck fully detailed. When I stopped by his shop he was on a creeper rolling around under the truck wiping and polishing up all of my suspension components. Safe to say there wasn’t a nook that wasn’t truck, a bolt that wasn’t cleaned. Every single spot on the truck inside and out was touched with all dirt and debris no where to be left in sight. Even living through 4 little kids, A Fine Touch Detail did a detail on our Ford Flex that left it looking better than the day we bought it! Brought stains out of the upholstery, cleaned up imperfections in the paint and brought out a lustrous shine in the paint I've never seen before! Salvador was very knowledgeable and honest when informing me about the process my car would undergo. I had a paint correction and a 6 month ceramic coating done to my car. He made sure I was aware of every step of the process and informed me of what was going on. Salvador made sure to ask about how I care for my vehicle to better understand what services would be better suited for my needs. I have a black car and you can see every little swirl mark and dust particle. After Salvador’s work, not a single swirl mark was visible and my paint looked even better than when I picked it up from the dealership. I was throughly impressed with his work and received many compliments right away of my car. Black paint is difficult to maintain but with Salvador’s expertise, he was able to guide me towards the correct products to make sure I maintain my car stays spick and span. Salvador clearly has passion for his work and pays close attention to the details to make sure the job is done right. I will definitely continue to use his services, especially his mobile services. William does such a detailed job every time he comes to our home and work on my Subaru SUV. My SUV is our family car for road trips so it catches all kinds of dirt and bugs. And since I have a tendency to let dead bugs live on my bumper for months on end, it looks like they’ve become one with the paint. Thankfully, William knows exactly what to do to clean the little creatures off my car and bring the shiny paint back to its shimmering glory. He even cleans the engine, which I never thought was a thing! I also appreciate that William takes time to share his wisdom on what he’s doing and how each step helps with my car. Spoke on the phone, he was going to wash my motorhome on sunday, today. No show, called, he said he sent me a text about appointment time..check my log..no text..very disappointed, why not call to firm up appointment?? It sounded so good on the phone but not worth it if you can't CALL to schedule an appointment. There was no text. Must have sent it to wrong number. Why not call when you didn't get reply. I said we wanted to do the job!

Mark is very good at what he does. I took my Black 2005 BMW 535i to him about a year ago - came out beautiful! Getting ready to take in my Black 2013 Acura TL - I would expect nothing less. Heads up - he requires your car to remain overnight. Headache of leaving car overnight is well worth the end results IMO!
