I don't want to leave a bad review, because the lady inside was very polite and helpful with me, but I paid for a full car wash, however many parts of my car weren't clean. I specifically asked for them to clean certain areas, one person said they would make sure it gets done. They did not wipe down all of the inside of my car. There was dust and finger marks on the dash and the door. One of my windows I don't think they wiped down at all. They did a good job vacuuming my mats but they completely neglected the rest of the floor and near the seats. My windshield was not fully wiped down and I can see old spots on it. I usually always alert the workers if things aren't done correctly so it can be fixed, but I've been to so many carwashes within the last few years, and with all of their service's quality going down, I don't feel like I should have to ask them to provide the service I paid for after they've "finished" it every time I go to a car wash. That's something I paid for and something that should already be done when the keys are being handed back to the customer.

I understand I only got the premium wash, there highest level of basic wash, but for $40 plus tip I expect them to have atleast vacuumed the visable areas and fully wipe the car down. There are things left behind bluntly on the seat, in the door handles and floor. I would have been better off doing a self tunnel and self vacuum.

First time trying. Came toward end of day for the Wash package, car was done abut 20 mins. The cashier was friendly. They do have a $2 up charge for a mid-size but not listed. My car looked clean when finished, the guy who worked on it didn't speak English but was nice to do what I asked. Will consider getting a package deal they have next time.

Just got home from getting a “superfine” car wash and am very disappointed. This is the second time they rinse my car and leave it unacceptable. I gave them another shot since last time I asked for the basic wash. This time I asked for the superfine wash but was left worse than the first time. I’ve been going to this car wash for several years but since they rebranded, prices have gone up and quality of the wash has gone way down. I will not be returning.

I’m a personal assistant, One of my task while my boss was out of the country was to get his Suburban completed detailed. With the Ravi g reviews I used Mission Viejo Auto Spa. I purchased the top package for $240 bucks. Let’s start with calling me two hours prior to them completing it while I was running my errands, After I went to the sweet lady behind the counter she went to the guys working on my boss’s truck to see where the miss communication was, no answer to that one. Let’s get into the state and the truck was given back to me in. There are streak marks and left over the exterior as well as left over wax, the interior leather was and still is absolutely soaked and greasy from whatever cleaner they used, the Floor is still completely soaked from the washing. At the end of the day this was my responsibility and due to the effects of this car wash I lost a days pay as well as paid for that car wash and the detailing company to correct their mistakes. BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH!!!!

This was new to me, have the car wash with now brush. I was recommended for our new car to not scratch it. What I didn't like is to have to pay for vacuum, WHY? When we just paid a good amount to have it wash, why can they have like a password for the ones that paid to have washed, free for a few minutes. That I did NOT like. Other than that, I like the touch les car wash.

They have 6 self wash bays. One with a ramp to reach the top of RVs and taller vehicles. In addition, they have 2 touchless car wash stations. I use the touchless for my truck and sports car often. Does a really good job for touchless. Uses a powerful jet spray to do the job and they definitely don’t skimp on chemicals, soap etc. and the prices are good too. And they have vacuum bays to finish and dry your cars after you wash them. Note. This place is busy on the weekends. Both self wash bays and touchless bays. Everyone likes a good facility that provides a good service. Also make sure you bring your towels and cleaning sprays. They do not have a store here.

Nick did an amazing job on my truck! I have a white English Labrador and her hair is EVERYWHERE. I don’t do a good job protecting the seats and floors but Nick got everything looking so clean and fresh, and the dog hair is gone! 😊 I was so amazed at how he got the back rubber running board looking brand new. He was prompt and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He is extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. Guaranteed you will like him and his service.

Called Neat Nick's Car Wash and was blown away by the service! Great guy ,he went above and beyond. He managed to get some tough stains out of my carpets that I thought were there for good. The interior looks amazing now -like the stains were never there! The before and after pictures speak for themselves .Highly recommend if you want your car to look spotless 🤙

Staff was friendly and they got it done quickly. However, they applied far too much tire shine and on the way home it splattered all over the sides of my car. Most importantly, even after getting their ruby wash ($30), the front of my car was still dirty with bugs and dirt on there. It is a white truck and therefore blatantly obvious, I watched the guy finishing my car see it and ignore it. My search for a high quality car wash continues...

Terrible experience. Paid $40 for what was supposed to be a proper and deep cleaning. Instead got a horrible cleaning and rude service when pointed out the car had not been vacuumed. Will never return.

I have since had to revise my review (12/30/24), as I've had ongoing issues. People arriving late for the set appointment time, one guy disconnected my phone mount and in the process broke my vents and left the mess for me to clean/repair. Then ongoing issues with charging the wrong CC. Yesterday, the guy showed up 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I was getting texts earlier in the day confirming my appointment for 12:00pm, even though I made the appointment for 12:30pm (and it was confirmed by their reservation system). Then took almost 2 hours to wash my car, which I though wow, this guy must be doing a bang-up job...nope! There were mud spots on the car, and he totally forgot to dress the tires. Also, I specifically asked him to let me know when he was done, so I could lock the car and I was waiting on the vehicle to go to an appointment. Did he tell me when he was done...nope, just left! Then I texted and they were gonna come out and fix it. I said I'd left and would be back at 4:30pm, but they didn't show back up until 6:30pm at which point I had plans for the evening and had to leave. Honestly, it's this type of thing that drives me crazy! I ONLY spend $50 on a stupid car wash, so you can make it convenient and I do expect my car to be clean, at least the basics! I can do a much better job on my own, which is what I will be doing going forward, at least I know things won't be broken, I won't be waiting on people, and my car will actually be clean! Initial Review: I called and was able to make a same-day appointment, which was good as my car was filthy and I had a special event! They arrived right on time, and were nice and professional. They did a really good job on the vehicle, and I'm a perfectionist (working on it, as that word should be stricken from the dictionary). The only gripe is that I specifically asked to have the area near the running boards cleaned of mud that was left by the prior car wash (Crown Valley Auto Spa-awful place with even worse service). This was forgotten, but when I checked the vehicle, I pointed it out, and it was re-done and cleaned. So they made a mistake, but corrected it. I will definitely use them again, and happy to provide a good recommendation (sorry, no pics this time).

I'm a big car guy and quite particular about details when it comes to my own car, I can say without hesitation that Emmanuel and his team are consummate professionals and simply excellent at what they do. I recently retired my 2018 BMW M2 from it's daily driving duties and it has now become my weekend toy. After 4 years and 40,000 miles, I had kept the car in good cosmetic condition considering the use it got, but I never had the car professionally detailed. What I really appreciated about Emmanuel was that he listened and was receptive to my situation and my goals for what I wanted to achieve from his services, and provided valuable information and knowledgeable recommendations on how to get there efficiently and effectively. I had both paint correction and ceramic coating done, and merely saying the photos speak for themselves don't quite do Benedetto justice, you have you see it in person to really appreciate how nice of a job they did. Their expertise and dedication to their craft, high-level knowledge and use of high-quality products truly shows in their exemplary work. Even their pricing was fair and reasonable. I don’t often write reviews but I called here and needed a last minute detail and they fit me in their schedule and really did a great job I had stains on my cloth seats and needed a complete overhaul and they got it done for me quickly and it hasn’t looked this good in a while. Super friendly and professional I’ll be using them again soon. Really recommend.

I absolutely love this carwash. I have a monthly subscription, which is an outstanding value. The employees are also awesome. I especially love Pavel, who epitomizes customer service. He knows everyone's name and treats everyone like a friend. ***Update: ownership brought in new staff. Although quality has only slightly diminished, the wait times have exponentially increased. The vacuuming line is extremely slow causing huge backlogs of vehicles.

Car wash service good. My only complaint is that unfortunately the person who washed my car left a horrible body odor smell behind. I understand these guys are working hard and I'm sure they get hot. This is something that maybe management could bring up to the people who work there. Hygiene is important at all jobs. Especially when going to people's homes or getting in there car.

Really bad. The inside was still dirty after my car was "ready". I noticed before I drove away. There was still a lot of cat fur on the backrest of the passenger seat. I told the guy who was there. He initially said it's because the fur is too hard to get off. But then he tried to blow it off (since the line for the vacuum was now way too long). However, the fur blew easily off the seat... and spread out more in the car. I appreciate the guy's attempt, but the person who was the initial person who vacuumed the car is the real problem. The lack of care or even attention to what he was doing. He had been able to vacuum the fur off of the seat of the passenger's seat, but neglected to even look at the backrest of it. And it was a lot! I don't take my car to a car wash if it's already clean. If this had been his own car, I highly doubt he would have said it was done when it wasn't. So the problem starts there... get people who know how to thoroughly vacuum the inside of a car. Maybe they need a supervisor here to overlook their work. I ended up using the money I would have left for a tip and going to a self serve vacuum. What a waste of time and money. The other bad car washes in the area are looking pretty good compared to this one.

For some reason, the tunnel wash struggles to clean the back of my wife's minivan. I went through once, and the back of the car was still dirty. I asked the attendant if I could go through again, and she said yes. Even after two times, it was still dirty, although not as much. I will probably not go back. I gave it 2 stars since the attendant was accommodating and allowed me to go back in again.

I can’t believe this place has a bad rating. It’s miles better than any other car wash around and I was almost hesitant to leave a good review because I wanted to gate keep this gem of a place all to myself! For $35 they hand wash and vacuum (nearly a mini detail) my truck and it looks amazing every single time. We will be returning again and again. Save your “fast” money other places and come here instead!

Very rude staff. Not organized and mixing the customers. I paid $80 for Crown cleaning which has detailing and after 15 minutes they called me and said the car is ready! When I mentioned are you sure you did a right service for my car, they said oh then you have to wait it was a miscommunication and the manager came to me and questioned me and came up with a conversation from another customer and acting lime I am lying. Never gonna come back due to a rude staff and accusing me of a conversation that I didn't even have with them....!

I’m sure this gentleman is somewhat skilled but the way he handled our business was horrible. Left water stains that were supposed to remove on my car and didn’t fully clean up the inside of the car. He said he’d finish the job at a later date but refused to respond, we asked for some discount and said we were on our knees begging him for a discount…on a porsche cayenne. Not respectful and horrible customer service should anything go wrong.

Elliot did a great job. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. My complex did not allow him to do his service in my location but he was able to relocate and continue with service. I was able to work while he did the detail. So for a busy working mom it was extremely helpful. The car was so clean that my two small children noticed and are working hard to keep it clean so it stays amazing. I have been wanting my car detailed for so long and was pleasantly pleased with the results.

Albert is fantastic. His prices are very reasonable, and he will even do pick up and delivery for cars in the Esencia community. He will take care of your car like his own. He can do detailing and waxing, but does not push more expensive services if you don't need them. Will be using Albert for all car wash services going forward.

Paid for the premium interior detail package. Everything was perfect except for a troublesome stain, but that’s no fault on them. I mentioned the stain that was still there and the owner offered to take care of it by running another localized detail around that area at no extra cost. I believe I was speaking with Gio (who may be the owner). Extremely professional and friendly, A1 customer service and even better detailing job. 5 star experience!

Passed here accidentally. Car needed a wash badly and saw the sign $20 for 2 months unlimited. Sign was a little misleading since when we got to the guy who told us it's only for the Transform level sign up. Thought it might be a good deal so signed up to try and can always cancel if we don't like it there after 2 months. The car came out cleaner than my previous tunnel wash experiences. Also liked the fact that there's a guy doing hand dry at the end of the wash. No self service vacuum there though but not a big deal for me. The regular price is 38/M for the Transform wash which includes ceramic seal and UV protection so hope it works better for the car. Make sure you know it's an automatic renewal on your CC if you don't end up canceling by emailing/calling or on their app. Single washes were also available for a reasonable price. See my pictures.

We’ve been using bliss car wash since they first set up shop at the 76 gas station. The membership was cheaper when it first opened but even with the increase over the years it’s still worth it. I kid you not my husband will drive through the car wash everyday if it’s not busy. It’s helped to maintain the exterior of the car from the elements.

If these guys aren’t thieves snd liars, in My opinion and with the terrible experience I’ve had with them I’d say they are pretty darn close to it . I booked an appointment on April 19 and though they did no work charged me almost &400 right away . I had to cancel ghe appointment on or before April 21 because I found they won’t work weekends and couldn’t do the job when I needed it done.they advertise they will refund your money but was told when I asked for my money that it takes 7 to 10 business days . Well, here it is as if today May 17 and still no refund . They use the excuse that they use some 3rd party vendor to handle that stuff for them and completely deny responsibility for stealing my money. Looks like I’m going to have to get into some sort of litigation. My advice, never pay anybody until they actually perform the work . Martin's detailing service made my car look beautiful again. He cleaned it up top to bottom, inside and out. Even got almost all the brake dust buildup off the rims, which I know from personal experience is no easy task!

We have used several different detailing companies for our vehicles over the years and agree that All in One auto detailing is the very Best! They are not only highly reasonable but were able to completely remove tree sap from the hood of an older red Audi A4 and left the entire car looking like it had just rolled off the showroom floor.
