Did not expect this level of service, attention and commitment, not just from Noah the main man but also from the entire team (super chill and cool people). The service I got was a full Icon Rockclear and it is noticeably different in terms of maintening my vehicle glossy. (Haven't tried the scratch test yet lol) Good price for what is essentially a full paint protection within a 2 day turn around time. Ps. Mazdaspeeds will love it here! I recently had my car detailed here and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, clearly taking pride in their work. The attention to detail was outstanding; every nook and cranny of my car was thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. The shine on the exterior is incredible, and the interior looks brand new. I appreciated the environmentally friendly products they used, too. I can't say enough good things about Shawn, Henry, and the whole crew at 68 Auto. I use them for almost all of my exterior car needs, from tint, ceramic coating, PPF, to wheel repair. They usually have a solution to any project or issue related to my car's appearance. What has kept me a customer is they have a knack for attention to detail and they truly care about their projects and making sure the customer is happy. They basically treat each project as if they were working on their own car and wanted it to come out perfect. It's a ritual now that any time I buy a new car, I bring it to 68 for tint, ceramic coating, and ppf before I even drive it anywhere. I highly recommend this approach, as it will make your car look like new for the duration of you owning it and get you top dollar when you are ready to sell. I am dropping off my new Tesla M3P in a couple weeks and can't wait to see the results! I highly recommend this family owned company!

With winter approaching fast and a couple road trips in the books, I wanted to get something to truly protect the paint on my SUV and settled on PPF. After scouting for a place, I decided on Song Auto Detail and I couldn’t be happier. Yong is the owner and he is a truly down to earth guy. He walked me through the whole process, detailing exactly where and how he would install PPF protection. Only 2 days after, I got my SUV back and what a difference it made. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Extremely detail oriented, the precision of cuts makes everything look and feel seamless. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I purchase deluxe which includes interior and stains from sunblock my kid threw days ago still there as you can see from the picture, clearly no effort. I was feeling bad because no cash to tip, I’m so glad I didn’t after seeing the work they did. They will stand around after stare you down waiting for their tip too

I purchased a #2 Deluxe wash. The guys didn’t even vacuum my car. My car wasn’t really dirty inside but they obviously didn’t vacuum and no scent was sprayed. We had just taken my wife’s car there and they did a great job even though her car was pretty filthy inside. I’m disappointed and feel like it was a waste of time and money.

I brought my daily-driver white Shelby GT350 in for a Signature Detail a couple weeks ago. In the process of moving, I had to leave it outside for about a week, and it accumulated a thick layer of pollen/dust/rain deposits. Will and his team are awesome. I'm a home detailer, and know the ins and outs/do's and don'ts of car detailing, and these guys are utter experts. My Shelby could easily pass for brand new. The light swirling that showed in her paint before the appointment is completely gone. The interior is spotless - they even fully removed a tricky stain that I would've been happy with them leaving alone. I'm extremely impressed with how consistent the wax coverage is. I chatted with Will and his team throughout the process (there's also a really nice waiting room nearby with coffee & a small restaurant) and it's clear that he's a huge car guy. I got a few recommendations for fun roads to try in the area and feel like I made some new friends. I'll continue with Signature Detail appointments every ~8 months with some Deluxe Details thrown in for maintenance. Might even get my car wrapped here soon - they have an awesome selection of options & I saw firsthand the quality of their wrap handiwork. I won't take my Shelby elsewhere. So I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this place for a few years now. I’ve been bringing both my BRZ and MR2 here to Will and his team yearly since 2019 for a detail and they do a fantastic job! My roommate used to also bring his GTI here as well before. The team communicates really well and also will usually text updates on the progress of the car especially when doing a paint correction. They take the time and focus on the little details. Their prices have gone up through the years however, it’s understood that detailing is very tedious and takes a very long time if done correctly but compared to other shops and mobile detailers their service is top notch! Depending on your service your car will honestly come out looking brand new like it’s fresh off the truck from the dealer if not better to be honest since many dealerships will wash the car through the “meat grinder” car washes. Not many places will steam clean the vents and the interior of the car. Overall, 5/5 would highly recommend the shop and the team is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I stupidly spilled smoothie all over the front passenger seat of my car. It was 8:00 am and I had just gotten to work. I did my best to wipe off the goop, but because it was berries, I was SURE it would stain. I immediately looked up car detailing places nearby, and a coworker recommended Manuel. I called him and he said I could come during my lunch break. So I went in and he cleaned it so fast and so well that look! You can't even tell!!! Amazing work. Friendly guy. Lifesaver. He also buffed out a couple of minor scratches I had on my bumper. Will definitely recommend and will come back!!

Car wash equipment does not even work. the staff here didn’t bother to re-clean the car and just wipe the water off. No refund or anything. I will never come here.

The car wash service ppl do not speak English， when I asked them if the vaccum is free 3 times, they just staring at me without any response. Unfortunately, the vacuum is NOT FREE anymore. You have to pay at the front n have to let the labors vacuum the interior.

They did an absolutely incredible job detailing my Chrysler 300c. When I got my car back I barely recognized it. It looked as if it was brand new the day it arrived at the dealership. I was blown back by the quality of work that was done by these guys. Extremely impressive! On the other hand, I discussed bagging up my belongings and leaving them neatly in the trunk or on the back seat of my car and told them to use their best judgement and keep my stuff that I had in my car and throw everything else away for a little extra $$. Upon getting the car back I was stunned to find they threw EVERYTHING in the dumpster and I never got any of my things back. Not too cool.

Steven helped me out with our old family Acura that had been sitting for around a year. It was dirty inside, had some mold, and we were looking to use it during the holidays. To put plainly, Jerry is awesome. He is incredibly easy to talk to as well as professional. He will answer any questions you have and even go above and beyond by providing more information than what you would initially expect. He transformed my scrubby, poorly kept Mazda3 into an exquisite and stunning vehicle. I initially reached out to him to have him detail my exterior and interior and of course, my car looked amazing afterwards. After researching and pondering the idea of having my car ceramic coated, I decided to opt for it and again, contacted Jerry. Once my car was in his care, he kept me updated throughout the process and even provided me pictures. If you ask me if I regret spending money on fixing the paint on my car (word of wisdom, do not run your car through drive-in washes no matter how desperate you are), I will say no. The embarrassing amount of swirls and marring on my car's paint now cease to exist. Every time I step out of my car, I give it a good look before leaving. I've received numerous compliments with how beautiful my car looks and how the paint just shines (those who weren't aware of my car assumed I bought a BRAND NEW car). I even have people asking me where I had my coating done! I couldn't be more happier with the outcome of my car. I can ensure you Jerry has the magic to have you leave with a smile on your face and with a car that looks brand spanking new. The price was right and the results were astronomical. Jerry was absolutely outstanding. Found him through Yelp and it was a breeze to get an accurate and fair quote from him. The photos speak volumes to his attention to detail and the stellar quality of his work! He offered a free car rental as well which made the whole car detailing so so easy. He kept in touch through text and was super responsive. Just some background on the car, this is a 2007 Prius that prolly hasn't been cleaned since 2007. He did a complete 180 on the car. I thought it'd be a good but the level of detail and cleaning way exceeded expectations. Highly recommend! :)

Worst customer service that I’ve dealt with. Left my car @ 830 am for an interior and exterior detail. Picked it up at 12 and had to turn back around immediately when I noticed that there was a button inside missing and that there was minimal cleaning actually done. I waited an hour for people to “help” me and walk away. And when I asked for the manager I finally got someone to respond “oh, he’s gone for the day”. I was told to “come back tomorrow, to fix this” I spent $350 for a quality service that I did not receive at all. I was ignored and not helped and now I have a semi washed, button-less vehicle.

Oh my God the guy who's work in there he has a lot patience with some women that go in there and it's mad because the door it's locked it was around 11:45 pm when she try open the door and all I see was she's screaming and yelling at the guy who's working there he has a lot patience with her but she keeps on talking so Loud to him how do you want to get help if you treating the night shift guy wrong? I give 5 stars because he has to listen to her screaming and yelling at him for no reason

I don’t know about the dayshift, but I got here at 11:30 tonight and they’re supposedly open till midnight. I had washed my car and somehow a greasy film had gone all over the windshield inside and out.Driving at night the lights glared off of it so I could barely see. I stopped here at the shell at 950 E Calaveras Blvd to wash my windshield, but there were no squeegees around. The booth was 100% blacked out, and as I was wondering around looking for a squeegee, the lights suddenly came on and the attendant said “what do you want? I told him I needed a squeegee and he just looked at me and told me that they’re almost closed.. I couldn’t believe it, a half hour till closing time, and this guy wouldn’t let me use the squeegee so I can drive safely. If I can help it in the future, I will not be using this gas station for anything.If they don’t care about my safety I definitely don’t wanna put money in their pocket. All it would’ve cost the attendant was about 30 seconds of his time and he was not willing to provide at least adequate customer service. Well, the lazy, actions of that one employee cost them a good customer.I hope this review reaches other customers and they decide to get gas from a station that is willing to help even if they are not selling gas at that time.

Kobe is a hard working individual. I gave him my car and at the time it was completely filthy. He gave it back to me absolutely spotless and pretty much reflective like a mirror. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a nice quality detail. He’s very easy to work with. (if you look at the photos it was two days of driving the car after the wash)

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The staff lacks basic communication skills, and instead of listening to customers' concerns, they become defensive and start yelling. The biggest issue is that they charge upfront fees but fail to deliver on their promises. It's unacceptable to prioritize making a sale over providing quality service. The customer service is not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They don't make an effort to understand the customer's perspective, and instead, they push their own agenda. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication, aggressive customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises

Poor service. I feel followed or watched when shopping as a person of color. Older clerk is intrusive and rude - does not mind personal space. I rarely stop here anymore due to problems with my card information somehow getting skimmed a year ago or so. I isolated it to my visits at local 7-Eleven stores and Walmart. And since I stopped using my card at 7-Eleven stores and avoid Walmart ATMs, I have not had any credit card breaches. I have stopped here 3 times over the past two weeks because I forgot to bring lunch for work. But I limited my purchases to using cash. After this morning's experience, it will be my last visiting this former 7-Eleven store/76 gas station. Let customers shop without telling them what sandwiches to pick or bumping into them with a mop. Stop eyeballing customers as they are looking for items or following them (previous visit with a different cashier).

I had a very disappointing experience with the car wash service at Chevron today. The code I was given didn’t work, and when I called for help, I was told to go back to the end of the line and wait again. This resulted in me wasting half an hour in line with no resolution. The lack of effective management and poor customer support was extremely frustrating. I am really upset and giving one star due to the inefficiency and lack of assistance.

Been going to Dynamic Detailing for years. This time around, I needed to PPF the headlights as the OEM UV coating has started peeling (never had this on any cars before) and do yearly maintenance on the ceramic coating. I’d taken the car to them to have it looked at prior and for feedback on next steps. Appointment was easy to schedule with Harrison. I stopped by the shop, handed the car over, and worked from their very nice and cozy waiting room while the car is being worked on. Daniel, Harrison, and the entire DD team does great work on protecting the car. It came out brand new and PPF looks great. Highly recommend them and will be going back for future needs.

By far the very best detailing shop that l've encountered in the Bay Area The professionalism, the communication, and the responsiveness is far above which not only starts the process off extremely well but maintains that excellency through pick up and aftercare. I wish I found these guys before having PPF installed on my entire car but the work they did in adding the PPF and ceramic coating I did need was flawless. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and contacted me with questions and options immediately. What I also loved was they always offered options. It was as if they wouldn't accept that there isn't a solution but rather understood how important the car is to me and as such became as important to them. Their lounge, work area and staff appearance likewise clearly exemplifies the professional approach and importance they place on the services they provide and their customers. Highly recommend and will be my only shop going forward.
