Great service! I am extremely happy with the ceramic tint on my car. There was a minor issue with the first tint installation and the team quickly fixed it with no hesitation. They sell quality XPEL films and offer a variety of other services. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate how he answered my questions regarding pricing/services but never once made me feel like I had to add on the different services.

It was such a fun experience getting my car detailed at this location. At first I wasn’t sure, but I’m so glad I got my ass off the couch to come visit this place. The staff is so friendly, especially Gabby! She’s so nice and did an outstanding job on my vehicle and she’s so pretty. Next time I go back I will for sure be asking for Gabby. I told all my friends about this place and highly recommend it. Gabby deserves a raise for her excellent service! This place is the best.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! Was my first time going through the wash made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. The location was clean and well put together. They also have a great one time wash for a good price and they also offer a reasonable and unlimited wash program if you are someone who would like to wash your car regularly. Overall my experience was great! Definitely give them a try!

I highly recommend pandas detailing, had a car show to attend and I needed a detailing, I hit him up and scheduled an appointment. He did not disappoint, my car is still shining like it’s brand new, plus my interior smells good every time I get into it. Wash and wax. And the price is right, for what you get.

Not that clean in general, nor does the water smell good or clean. You can see a lot of old dirty and muddy water. Also it is hard to see the conveyer tire ramp, and the attendant is not good at all to even tell you to turn your tires a little, so watch out on hitting the ramp. Unfortunately I only go here because it is close to work.

I like the car wash, but they never seem to get the bugs off the lower grill of my truck. That would be my only issue. The staff is always friendly and waving. They're excellent in what they do.

Went there on 12/15/25 at around 3-4pm. All was well until I received my car back from them. The front left wheel gained 1-2 new curb rashes while my front left tire looks like it got stabbed into my some extremely large and sharp object til the point where I can see my tire cords inside. Do not recommend this business if you have a car that has large wheels and low profile tires

Went there on 12/15/24 at around 3-4pm. If I can give zero stars I would! I strongly recommend NOT to visit. Take your service elsewhere or do it yourself at home. Recently I visited the Merced Prime Shine for a wash which resulted in damages to my vehicle. Around August 25th, shortly after I left the car wash I noticed some chipped paint on both the right and left side of my car. I immediately returned to the business and put in a claim for damages. Upon receipt of my claim, the claims representative informed me that all he can offer is free washes! Really?? I already have the unlimited wash package and as a result of their service I have damages to my vehicle, yet, I'm offered a free wash? To go back and ruin my car further? I'm lost in words! Prime shine's claim representative explicitly told me that they are refusing to pay for the damages to my car since the claim rep. felt it could have NOT been caused by the wash. Wow! Just wow!! And then he said that he will wait for a repair estimate from me to consider covering half or even nothing at all. Well then, explain to me what happened to my car?? My car is no longer in the same condition it was before I entered the wash! Explain, explain, explain. Is Prime Shine intentionally denying my claim knowing that their wash malfunction somewhere along the way in order to avoid claim cost?? I'm definitely writing to BBB.

Very detailed wash. When they could vacuum before covid 19, they did an excellent interior job. They even got stuff that gets missed when self vacuuming. Afterwards the car smells wonderful and with a hint of strawberries. Local business needs our support.

The employees here do a good job washing my truck. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because this is the 3rd time I've driven to get my truck washed and they haven't been open. The owner needs to update their business hours to prevent people from wasting their time and gas.
