I brought my F-150 Platinum to James and his team. James put protective film across the entire front, ceramic coated the entire truck, and put UV blocking film on the windows. All I can say is that I will never trust my cars with any other shop again. T1’s work was flawless. The truck looks amazing and the paint feels better than it did straight from the manufacturer. Good quality work must be paid for, but nevertheless T1’s pricing was very fair and well earned. Separate from the work quality, James is a true professional. He takes his job seriously. He is well educated on the products he uses and doesn’t push you into things you don’t need or want. He did a fabulous job explaining the pros and cons of each choice I had to make, and guided me to the right result without any pressure. I will be bring all my cars to him from now on.

We took our new car to James to have him put on paint protection film before the winter driving season. He explained all of our options and was able to get us scheduled right away. After seeing how nice it looked I took my pickup in for some protective film. Now I have more locations on our car that I plan to have him add protective film to keep the rock chips and scratches from damaging the paint. He is excellent to work with and his work is outstanding.

I had been using my wife 2015 Grand Carvan for work. Well after months of abuse I wanted to return her van back looking as good as new. Well I got more than that. Bought a brand new car and needed a tint real bad. I went and called up a few buddies and they said this is the perfect spot to go! Called them up and got an appointment the very next day. Pulled up early and got my car finished and it looked amazing. He also didnt lag on my car like my past experiences. The guy that did my car was very nice, helpful and did great work. Let me tell you how good these guys are ….I come from HAYWARD, to get my car washed here!! The customer service, friendliness sales me EVERY TIME!! What made me extremely excited today was…I had to put my sisters grill in my trunk and there were ashes everywhere. My go to carwash. Signup for the monthly it is worth it. Especially with the dirt buildup with the farms nearby, a carwash is necessary more than often. Even the basic $9 carwash is better than ones I have used before. FREE VACUUMS was a surprise. No time limit and the suction power is amazing. Usually paid for vacuums in the past but this location is great.

My car was on need of a wash . I previously visited this location and had no issue until now . The wash tear apart the weather strap from the roof of my car . I didn’t noticed it until I got home since I didn’t need to vacuum my car there . As soon as I headed back to the wash I spoke to an associate and left my information. I still haven’t been notified by management about the incident. Don’t take your car there . Go to a touch free car wash .

Caught the opening 5.00 special weekend for labor day. Cleaned my car well, has extra jets to dry your car which other car washes don't have as many as this new wash. Plenty of self vaccume stations. I was impressed for the have a air nozzle to blow out your rims, windows and engine of water or dust.

I’ve been a member of Mister Car wash for a good month and have been to 3 locations Layouts will very but I tell you what; vacuum then wash your car recommended. Big thing about this location, PAY ATTENTION to the signs so you won’t accidentally enter the exit side. Fairly new area doesn’t have the drive through unlimited lane yet.

It was my first time coming to this mister being I usually go to riverbank or some other one closer to modesto, but I decided to stop here yesterday. I needed help activating a membership so I had to ask a lot of questions at the kiosk screens. I felt annoying asking so much, but the young guy helping me was super patient and nice and explained the difference in all the washes and pricing!! Got a $10 wash the drive thru car wash and it did not clean my windshield well enough I still had plenty of bug splatter and had to go to gas station to clean it up. Haven't tried the self wash yet but once I do I'll leave a review on that as well so I would say overall experience was a 3 out of 5. But I'm glad I was able to meet the height standard of 7'4 with a rack on my tahoe.

Used the self service wash that was available. the foam brush was not very helpful and made my car even more dirty leaving streaks of dirt that the power washer stream couldn't take off. I then proceeded to the car wash they had located in the middle of the building and paid 12$ for the car wash to just shoot foam and water and my car was still dirty and had streaks. Never using this car wash again waste of time and money.

I’ve been looking to get ceramic coating over my PPF to help combat attack of the dead bugs and make it easier to just clean the car. My friend referred me to River Islands Car Salon,(Neil) to add ceramic coating as well as an exterior detailing and he did an amazing job! He even wiped down my interior and did wheel trim.
