I went camping, so was looking for a place to take care of everything for me. I paid over 200$ for detailing, clay finish etc. I would assume it means cleaning everything making it look new like it just came off the lot. If you're looking for a place where they treat your car as their own this isn't the place I paid top dollar for everything but didn't receive the services I was looking for I'll keep looking.

I was excited about trying this place out, unfortunately my experience wasn't as expected. I paid for "presidential" service but it wasn't quite that. The out side was decent minus the rims, they still had dirt that could've been easily wiped off, they could've have vacuumed more efficiently, and interior could have used a better wipe down. My bad for not checking before leaving and they had closed by the time I realized it needed a bit more attention...

Don’t come here. This is my second car wash and I should’ve learned my lesson after the first one. For a 47 dollar car wash after taxes you’d expect for your truck to be clean. I pulled the back mat to have them vacuum that area. It wasn’t done. You’d expect them to clean the plastic materials inside the car. They didn’t. I found numerous areas in the interior outside of my back area that weren’t wiped down. The guy at the front doesn’t listen to what you have to say it’s an immediate upsell to something you don’t want. Got a one star because the water I bought was pretty cold. Find another place to have your car washed.

Have a high expectations when a business is rank 4+ stars or higher. While in the area, I found this place and decided to give it a try, why not right. The way this is carwash is set up especially if is your first time, it will be kind of odd as you drive your car up the left side of a building then into a backyard then onto the right side of building to come out. Place is way too small for bigger SUVs or trucks. May be OK for smaller cars. The host/owner writing up the receipt did not have the best attitude, but I did not feel welcome or like my business was wanted. Told him and 2 more people to power wash under the tire wells as they had mud, this is the main reason I was there, and that did not get done. Also, I noticed minor scratches on my paint, minor, yet they were multiple small ones on it. This means they are not washing their cleaning brush or sponges enough to remove debris dmthus scratches on other cars. Wish it had worked out, but this car wash seems it needs better quality check and more people keeping an eye in detail...that's what a car wash is all about...details, details, details! I'm just not happy for what I paid ($41 for F250). Owner/host needs a better attitude and employees to do a better job at what they do.

Paid $26, and my rear view mirrors weren't cleaned. My trunk wasn't opened up to vacuum it or clean around it after it came out the wash. The cleaning inside was minimal. Rims on my car weren't dried or cleaned after the wash, overall not very satisfied. Will not be going back.

Ed did a really good overall job. A quarter of a gallon of milk spilled on a mat and got into a carpet space. Regardless, the vehicle needed a full interior clean which I'm glad about. Yet, the milk wreaked (especially after day two) and was the main reason I sought an interior detail. Still, I had to do a bit of cleaning and vacuuming afterward. I brush-foam-washed the mat to get rid of a bit of dried milk left over after the detail. I left Arm & Hammer's Plus OxiClean™️ Dirt Fighters Carpet Odor Eliminator, Extra Strength overnight to help pull all the milk from deep in the carpet in preparation for the vacuuming which pulled the milk out of and away from the carpet. I learned milk is a complicated substance and baking soda is really good for cleaning. Ed is really kind and does a really good job especially considering his workload. He gets booked quick. I called him twice in the week. The first time, he had open slots, and, the next day, his next available slot was four days later. It'd be convenient if Ed accepted more payment methods than cash. There are nearby ATMs with low-surcharges. Yet, surcharges can equal a lot of other things in life like a slice of pizza, two boxes of pasta (maybe more, depending on the brand), bread, frozen burritos, etc. It's just a heads up, bring cash. If you're wondering if I'm going to learn to detail to clean the vehicle myself, I am looking into it. Otherwise, Ed's skills are convenient for one's detailing purposes especially if you don't have time to do so yourself or are simply looking for a reliable detailing professional.

I like that this car wash has unlimited car wash options and are open for a good portion of the day. Full service is usually pretty good, they do an excellent job drying the exterior and leaving clean windows. Interior vacuuming is 50/50, sometimes really good and other times average.

I went in a few days ago for a car wash and they don’t even rinse your car before it goes into the wash and I believe that caused my car to get scratched it left very bad scratches and pretty deep. I didn’t notice until the next day and I’m a busy mom and didn’t have time to go back and show them. My 2021 Accord looks so bad I will not be going back.

Geo was awesome. I booked the appointment kind of last minute and really needed the job done same day. Not only did he take the job, but he showed up on time. He did an excellent job. My car was recently stolen. When I got it back the interior was just disgusting. There were black greasy finger prints all over the moonroof cover and sun visors that's a light grey upholstery. He cleaned ALL of that. The carpet was so clean I took my shoes off before I got in because I didn't want to mess up his work. His prices are EXCELLENT. I will definitely use him again. I didn't take many photos. Just the exterior. But left is before and right is after

Sorry to the poor older lady they assigned to work on my car.However with that said I've brought my car here numerous of times and it keeps getting worse! I paid for the $120 wash & detail that is supposed to be by hand and oh boy was it bad. The lady was trying but the manger could've checked for quality control at least ONCE! instead of detailing my interior they just wiped it down with some greasy solution that is sticky and wears horrible. Furthermore they caused a crack in my windshield AND LEFT dirty rag residue all over my car!!!! This needs to be refunded immediately and they need to check for quality control... ESPECIALLY if you are paying for the $120 package! I'll be coming up there tomorrow and will keep you and others updated. Please do better!! STAY AWAY PLEASE

I just wasted $150 on wash/wax, They don't listen and don't care, I specifically told them several times that I did not want any Armourall on my truck since it just hides dirt and makes everything slippery, I have a lifted truck so that last thing I need is having somebody slip while getting in/out, WATER SPOTS on all the glass and there's still dog hair on the carpet

Yes, I bought a black truck. Yes, the amount of dust and dirt that showed on it for the first few weeks I had it drove me CRAZY, and I was super paranoid about getting rock chips in my paint. Problem solved. I found Polished Protection through word of mouth and then I watched all of their YouTube videos. Sold. I got the paint correction done to remove all of the tiny swirl marks from when the dealer "detailed" my vehicle. I also got the full front end clear bra to protect from rock chips and the gold package ceramic coating to make keeping my truck clean super easy. Yes it's only been a couple of days but I'm more than pleased with how good my Bronco looks. Lily and everyone at Polished Protection were great and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend them.

My 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe was always washed through drive thru car washes and had so much damage to the paint. I got the paint correction package and ceramic coat and it’s better than when I first bought it. Definitely recommend, customer service is great and they reply quickly.

Jameel completely changed my car. I’ve had my Toyota Corolla since I first started driving and it was awful. He made it look like a brand new car. Not only that, I recently got in a car accident and he was able to lift the bumper to prevent it from dragging until I am able afford a new one. It seems to be an issue with these type of car wash, as the soft cloth rollers can pick up debris from other vehicles, which may then cause damage.
