Came from Northern Nevada and looked for a car wash and gave this place a shot.. my car was a mess since it had snowed when I traveled down and had bugs plastered on the front bumper. The guy with the neck tattoos did an AMAZING job at prepping my Tesla. It was the best experience because of him 😅. The actual functionality of the scrubbers 100% run poorly and need to be tuned, fixed or just ordered new for this place because if it wasn’t for the guy who prepped the car to begin with, the scrubbers as is, would absolutely not work. Overall, the gentleman’s attitude, enthusiasm and attention to detail was immaculate.

It's a deal and an affordable splurge! Having my car washed, vacuumed and armor-alled, and cleaned the glass inside and out, tires & rims for $25 plus a tip is nothing compared to the time and back pain it would cause me to do on my own. Beyond worth it! The guy pulled out my floor mats and everything and handed me things I'd lost in there 😆. Is it the quality of a $200 detail? Not, but it's pretty damn good and it's affordable.

Pulled up, waited nobody showed to take my money. Woman pulls in after me, asks are they open? After 10 minutes guy ambles out, ignores me, waits on her first. She’s so classy, doesn’t tell him I was here first. Place has gone downhill badly. Now the lowest of the low. Avoid at all costs. These people aren’t smart enough to operate a business

I’m actually super disappointed with the crew at this place. I show up and get a sales pitch that I can appreciate being how it was pointed out somewhere in there that there is commission involved. I worked on commissions for about a decade and can appreciate that quality effort is what makes the money. I spent more than I anticipated, $45 package for interior and exterior. I waited for an hour and figured that my car was super dirty and they were just being thorough. He said for a couple bucks less, he couldn’t guarantee me that he’d get the outside that clean. (Crazy disclosure right?!) By the time they gave it back to me, my dash and steering wheel was covered in the same untouched dirt that I paid for to get wiped down.....ummm? Yeah so I had to go there. Had to complain and ask what was included. I had just gone to the beach, so an easy vacuum to get it up off my partially leather seats. Still sand all on the seats. The carpets were great though. Black grime still smeared on the bottom sides below my doors and dirty gray water spots like they only sprayed down my car. So why did it take an hour? Then another 15 minutes to point out and wait for them to wipe down the inside. I still paid, but can not honestly recommend their service. So sorry to say. Whoever took my money seemed like he is managing the gig. So I feel bad for him that he couldn’t manage his crew to do their job, made him look not so good as he probably actually is. Maybe?

The soap they use never go away, I rinced for so long after it just would not go away and left soap stains everywhere on the car once dried. I had to do another car wash after.

Cory was professional and kept me informed along the entire process for this unusual detailing job. This old trailer had a paint job that was uneven and had been neglected for years. In spite of the less than stellar paint job, he was able to bring it back to life. I'm very happy with the results.

I had an awesome experience with Cory and At-Ease Detailing! I am one of those car nuts who is very particular about who looks at, let alone touches my baby (talking about my TRD-Pro) so I am automatically skeptical about someone who claims to know what they are doing when it comes to auto detailing. From the very first couple of minutes when I reached out to Cory, I could tell he was my guy. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I must have asked him twenty questions and each time he took the time to explain the different levels and processes he could do based on what I wanted. Throughout the day he was overly communicative, I never had an unanswered question. Now let me tell you about when I picked up my vehicle; Cory more than exceeded my expectations. As I said, I baby my cars, but he took mine to the next level, it literally looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership just two years ago. Just purchased a 2023 Honda ridgeline, and it is my third vehicle to get tinted at Pro Tint. The service is beyond exceptional and the quality is outstanding the ceramic tint with UV coating definitely made a difference, dropping the temperature inside the truck by 5 to 10° easily. Could not be happier Jesse and his crew of employees are top notch very clean install no residue nothing left behind or out of place once I picked up the truck.

Stopped in here for a quick vacuum and wash. Tried two different vacuums and neither worked taking $3. Went for a wash and for $7 barely had the time to get out SUV washed and rinsed. Can not find contact anywhere to try and get my money reimbursed.

Awesome Restoration shop or even a quick touch-up paint this is the place to go. Super friendly family run business with fair prices. Did a great job on repaint and color matching my bumper.
