I read the reviews and looked at the pics and most were very old. I also thought maybe people expected too much from a "car wash" and maybe should have looked into a detail rather than a wash. I would not expect my vents to be dust free or a car wash to fix and clean my inability to not spill drinks and food throughout my interior. However I do expect the "best" package to include a proper wash of the outside. This would include bugs..and dirt. They appear to go through the motions, but reviewing the same areas they "did" resulted in a redo when I got home. went there because I didn't have the time to do it myself today, but ended up spending just as much time redoing as I would have if I had just done it myself. And I'd still have the $40+ in my pocket. Positive note: the air fresheners is still the same as it was 20 yrs ago. That's about it. Lesson learned.

Had the best experience at Gonzalez Car Wash & Detail! I wanted to find someone that would take their time and put in the effort to bring my car back to life. I recently purchased my vehicle used and wanted it to be as clean as possible. I googled local detailing and I came across a video of Edgar shampooing one of his details and it immediately caught my attention because you can tell he was taking his time and unfortunately in previous details I’ve had, you can tell things were done in a hurry or even left out. Edgar was very helpful with questions or concerns I had and made me feel comfortable taking my car to him. Love it that I can wash my own car here. I rarely use express car washes due to small scratches it does to the paint. A THING TO CONSIDER: a lot of drivers stay in the wash bay while drying their car by hand, taking up the space for longer than they should when they could have just move for others waiting in line. -note: one self service bay's wash options (by pay machine) does not correspond to the advertised choices.
