Best auto detail in the tri-valley. He came to detail my car when I was working and my car was in the parking lot. Main points are trustworthy - you can leave all valuables without being afraid, friendly , and best of all, the best work i have ever seen. Yahir takes his time detailing and it shows in his work. I now get a consistent hand wash and internal vacun and also did a full detail with him inwhich he spend 4 hours on my car. I can go on and on but trust me when I say, this is the guy you want cleaning your valuable car.

Nathan and his team do an excellent job! I met them when they had a contract with Porsche Livermore and did the front of my Taycan when I bought it through the dealer. I brought my Bronco Raptor to him for full PPF, and was sold due to the protection it provides off-road, but also how easy a black car is to clean with full PPF! We have recently bought a black Escalade and he did an excellent job doing full PPF on that. What I like most about Nathan and his shop is that they stand behind their work. PPF will never be perfect the first time (im SUPER picky with my cars and how "perfect" the PPF is). He will go over it a second time where it is needed after I take it home, wash it and live with it for a while. He stands behind his work, and makes it PERFECT. I am super picky... did I mention that??? :-) Thanks Nathan, happy to call you a friend, and will be bringing future cars to you for PPF, ceramic and Rocklear!

Tried this car wash for the first time and they ruined my new wrap. Scratched my car severely, never rinsed their rag or scrub brush not even once the whole wash and left my vehicle filthy. Proceeded to try to wipe the dirt off dry with dirty rags. This car wash is unprofessional and they do not know how to detail or wash cars… be aware if you value the condition your vehicle paint.

Great service and cleaning inside and out. Car plastered with dirt and bugs from Chicago and they all came off. You cant beat the service for the price. Owner and workers are Vietnamese so you won't get rip off like other locations. Very friendly. Highly recommend them for your car services.

Pricey for a gas station drive-through car wash with just a little extra hand cleaning and applying plastic trim dressing afterwards. Not particularly fast, you don’t get to stay in your car, someone else drives your car, and not a great waiting area. I did not enjoy hearing the upsell when I just wanted a quick car wash. Quality of work is average. Value doesn’t seem to be there for me.

Would highly recommend getting your vehicle tinted at this location, the owner is nice and super responsive. Had a few bubbles in my front windshield I called them and they took care of it right away. They super knowledgeable and friendly. My experience with TinTix was great. Jordan did an amazing job explaining how each tint is different even went as far as showing a virtual simulation with glasses on how the car would look with different percentage tint. GREAT service. Ask for Juan. I went in for 25% all around ceramic tint and followed up with a 70% windshield tint the week after. There was a sizable bubble in the rear glass that I asked to get fixed and they took care of it no questions asked. Juan’s expertise is impressive for his young age and he will explain film tint percentages and specs flawlessly to make your tint choice easy. Got my truck detailed and polished and let me tell you they are amazing. My truck had a lot of water stains from the sprinklers and I tried removing them myself and it was a pain. After taking my truck to O&L my truck looks like the day I bought it. Came out beautiful. The receptionist was so nice and helpful and the manager was as well. I have nothing but great things to say about O&L and would recommend them to anyone.

I went to o&l detailers with the intention to do a full detail only to my new truck after a long 10 hours trip, Omar told me about the Ceramic with details and full of knowledge of the benefits applying it to my truck.. so i accepted to do it on my truck.. after i came back to pick it i was impressed with the results they did a really great Job!!!! Paid for full service wheels were half cleaned, tires half dressed what armor all put on was very heavy flinging on to my paint while driving but not covering the whole tire. Wash and dry was ok. Extras not so much. About 7 months later I have a brand new Camry two weeks old thought well they can get it clean pay it again for full service the windows were still streaked from the wipers the wheels were filthy and the car is only two weeks old. Save yourself some money and have some little kid wash it for you will probably do a better job this place is horrible

If i could give more stars I would! Sosaa had reached out to me through instagram after just posting my new car and i’m glad he did! I didn’t know much abt PPF but he educated me and showed me it’s a great investment for my car! I ended up doing a beautiful Glossy Black PPF, Powder Coating on the rims, chrome delete, tint and redid my caliper paint! All that for such an amazing deal and his communication throughout the whole was process was amazing.! The car looks perfection, no bubbles, lifting, perfect tucked edges. I’ve had so many people ask me who did my car and i always recommend Sosaa. Will definitely be bringing more cars back to him!
