I like that this car wash has unlimited car wash options and are open for a good portion of the day. Full service is usually pretty good, they do an excellent job drying the exterior and leaving clean windows. Interior vacuuming is 50/50, sometimes really good and other times average.

I went in a few days ago for a car wash and they don’t even rinse your car before it goes into the wash and I believe that caused my car to get scratched it left very bad scratches and pretty deep. I didn’t notice until the next day and I’m a busy mom and didn’t have time to go back and show them. My 2021 Accord looks so bad I will not be going back.

I feel safe at the vacuum station as well, not worried about looking over my shoulder hoping no one sneaks up on me to rob/harm me or take my car. I read a lot of mystery/ death books (sorry). I have been a lifelong Customer of Carwood Car Wash for many years, and with many different cars, including BMW sedans, a previous and now a new Honda CRV! They used to be a no touch Car Wash back in the day. Now they have the automated Car Wash, which makes the whole experience fast and easy! I got a clay n' seal package along with a headlight restoration for a super reasonable price which was the first of my enjoyable experience with this detailer. Our conversations were always transparent and clear about what exactly was being done to the car which really gave me a sense of trust in the work being done, along with the fact that when it was time for my appointment they were on time. When it came down to the detailing everything was great. All of the equipment looks brand new and each of the supplies used are high grade with effective results. I had rubber and tar on the front end of my car that seeped into the paint and with the clay n' seal package, every last bit of it was gone leaving my paint nice and glossy in time for an important event with my car. I'm overall really happy with my experience and would recommend this detailing service as its one that I will be returning to.

I was referred to Jason by a friend of mine and had requested for my car to get a three-year ceramic coating, ceramic trim coating, paint correction, interior detail, and clay 'n seal done as it was just caked in dust and grime. I've got quite a busy schedule and was very pleased to hear that Jason is a mobile detailer, coming to your home at your convenience. Prices were reasonable and all our convos discussing what would be done to the car were transparent and easy. Jason also finished all these tasks a couple hours earlier than expected and left my car looking fresh once again. I do however wished he did a more thorough cleaning of the interior (cleaning the speedometer and interior side of the windows), but nonetheless, I'll be coming back to him for my maintenance washes and for him to check up on the ceramic coating. Highly recommend.

Fast and efficient service! The customer service was great! They answered all my questions and directed me. It was a fun wash and great experience! My car was filthy and it was very clean by the end of the wash! They gave me an air freshener and a wipe for the dashboard at the beginning after paying. They have a high powered vacuum and compressed air thing that you can use after the wash to clean the inside or outside of your car more thoroughly. They had 3 express wash options. Lowest was $12, middle was $18 and highest was $24(I think), I went with the middle option $18! Will definitely be coming back here again!

Do not go here. Period. I do turo. My car has 65 trips at 5 stars. My last guest had a dog in my car so there was dog hair. I bought the bronze wash and paid extra for dog hair removal via vacuum. I was told that wash included windows and a vacuum and wipe down including floor mats. When I was called to take my car, I inspected it and they DID NOTHING! The back passenger had not been touched! I paid 60 bucks! Huge rip off. They did NOT wipe down the dash and there was dirt in ALL the pockets and cup holders. Yeah the place is new and looks nice, the service is horrible. Go somewhere else. I went camping, so was looking for a place to take care of everything for me. I paid over 200$ for detailing, clay finish etc. I would assume it means cleaning everything making it look new like it just came off the lot. If you're looking for a place where they treat your car as their own this isn't the place I paid top dollar for everything but didn't receive the services I was looking for I'll keep looking.

I paid $200 for what I believe is their most expensive car detailing package for a small sedan, which included interior shampooing, vacuuming, and cleaning. They were super accommodating, even taking my car just two hours before closing. However, I later noticed they missed an entire section above the backseat. Take a look at all the dirt I cleaned off with just a few wet wipes after I arrived home. I had to clean that part myself, which was disappointing. Other than that, this seems like a solid place with good service overall. If you’re planning to go here, try to arrive early. Also: before handing over your car, make a mental note of a few spots to check afterward to ensure they’ve been thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, I forgot to do this and found both the area above the backseat and inside my center console to be dirty.

This car wash has become my go to place for the last year. Always pleasant and timely. They don't rush but they don't take too long either. The options are great and pricing is pretty competitive. I know this is a weird thing to be particular about, but I really appreciate that they use step stools/ladders to get the top of the car and not the typical method of standing on someone's car side or just drying blindly. Everyone there is super kind and polite. They currently have the Wednesday all day special for $17.99. The waiting area is covered but it is still outside so I make sure I show up hungry and walk across the street to grab a burrito.

We got Ricas Gold package and we really love it. We were told by many detailers that our seats are pretty much done and they can’t remove these stains. Ricas auto detail really amazed us with their service. All the hard and nasty stains are gone! Definitely getting our next car detailed here!

I was excited about trying this place out, unfortunately my experience wasn't as expected. I paid for "presidential" service but it wasn't quite that. The out side was decent minus the rims, they still had dirt that could've been easily wiped off, they could've have vacuumed more efficiently, and interior could have used a better wipe down. My bad for not checking before leaving and they had closed by the time I realized it needed a bit more attention...

Don’t come here. This is my second car wash and I should’ve learned my lesson after the first one. For a 47 dollar car wash after taxes you’d expect for your truck to be clean. I pulled the back mat to have them vacuum that area. It wasn’t done. You’d expect them to clean the plastic materials inside the car. They didn’t. I found numerous areas in the interior outside of my back area that weren’t wiped down. The guy at the front doesn’t listen to what you have to say it’s an immediate upsell to something you don’t want. Got a one star because the water I bought was pretty cold. Find another place to have your car washed.

Yes, I bought a black truck. Yes, the amount of dust and dirt that showed on it for the first few weeks I had it drove me CRAZY, and I was super paranoid about getting rock chips in my paint. Problem solved. I found Polished Protection through word of mouth and then I watched all of their YouTube videos. Sold. I got the paint correction done to remove all of the tiny swirl marks from when the dealer "detailed" my vehicle. I also got the full front end clear bra to protect from rock chips and the gold package ceramic coating to make keeping my truck clean super easy. Yes it's only been a couple of days but I'm more than pleased with how good my Bronco looks. Lily and everyone at Polished Protection were great and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend them.

Won’t be coming here again. The car wash broke off a plastic protector on my roof. You can see the scratches on the plastic. We headed to another location right after the wash and that’s when we noticed the piece was missing. I had to drive all the way back and sure enough it was in the tunnel. All the guy said was “sorry about that” ookkkkk….
