Elliot did a great job. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. My complex did not allow him to do his service in my location but he was able to relocate and continue with service. I was able to work while he did the detail. So for a busy working mom it was extremely helpful. The car was so clean that my two small children noticed and are working hard to keep it clean so it stays amazing. I have been wanting my car detailed for so long and was pleasantly pleased with the results.

Paid for the premium interior detail package. Everything was perfect except for a troublesome stain, but that’s no fault on them. I mentioned the stain that was still there and the owner offered to take care of it by running another localized detail around that area at no extra cost. I believe I was speaking with Gio (who may be the owner). Extremely professional and friendly, A1 customer service and even better detailing job. 5 star experience!

I moved to United States 3 months ago and bought a car 2 months ago. I had no idea how to wash my car and my car was still covered in 2-month dirt. I saw the Checkered Flag Express Car Wash website yesterday and went to the branch close to my house today and had my first free wash. First, you enter the tunnel, foam, brush, rinse and dry. Then, you enter one of the platforms reserved for final touches and apply the final touches with vacuum, compressed air and glass cleaning fluid. Even if you don't have any equipment with you, you can finish the whole job in 10 minutes and leave thanks to the clean towels prepared in different colors for the windows and body, and rims and tires. Also, the monthly subscription plans are very attractive, I recommend you to check them out on the website.

Great price and a quality tunnel car wash with unlimited car wash membership. I prefer to use the express service, towels and vacuums are provided at no charge. They also have a mini mart Chevron gas station, and public bathrooms. The staff is overall us on point and professional especially Ricardo, thanks for recommending the membership. If I could give this car wash a zero star, I would. The only reason I am is because the manager is a sweetheart but the staff is rude. It states to spend 5 minutes to dry and vacuum your car. The vacuum had low pressure and couldn’t pick up anything. They told me that I need a “special vacuum” to vacuum my car. I asked for a discount or a coupon. They refused, made me move to three different spots. Still couldn’t vacuum up my car. They said that’s the best thing to do. I talk to the manager. He finally gave me my money back once I started to get frustrated. I wasted so much time I would’ve been better off just going and pay for somebody else to do it. Won’t be coming back. The service off trabuco and bake has never told me I need a special vacuum lol the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in awhile. 🤣

Take a LOOK at the PHOTOS! And you’ll get if you want to wash your car there or NOT! Please don’t waste your money on this Carwash; it's the worst service I’ve ever received so far! I paid $71.99 to do the Exterior and Interior, but literally, they did nothing interior, and they didn’t vacuum the car. There was so much dust left inside the car that I had to tell them to vacuum again and clear all the dust. The guy was just trying to show everything normal and telling me: you’ll be happy with the results at the end of the day. Dude, you can’t even offer a good service. I’m not even satisfied with their service. Don’t go there because you’ll just waste your money and time, and you’ll get mad, but they don’t even apologize for their terrible service.

you can get 10 minutes of self service wash time for $6, accepts tap and swipe as well as quarters. there's also vacuums for $1.25 and a drive through car wash. everything worked good, didn't have to wait long to get into a slot

I’ve used the self wash stalls before, and they’re generally pretty good. Fair prices, and the place is generally clean. But I used the auto wash for the first time and bought a $10 super wash which was supposed to come with blue wax but I don’t believe I received it.

Aidan and team did an amazing job on our 2013 Sienna today. The interior has not been detailed for at least 9 years and they made it look as new as an old minivan can. They also did a fabulous job on the exterior. We were very impressed and will definitely call on them again. Such super nice people, too.

Been wanting to come here for a while now and it did not disappoint. Ed was awesome, very informative and took the time to go through everything i needed for all my cars with several different circumstances. Customers came in and he was still 100% attentive to me, while being polite to the other walk-ins. I was kind of a kid in a candy store if you will. Excellent products, so far I’ve used the Water spot remover, the leather cleaner, and the hydro shield (Vinyl, rubber, and plastic). Amazing results. The store is very clean and very well organized. Lots of parking. Lots of different types of detailing products, From basic car cleaning and washing, to paint buffing. Today, I had the pleasure to talk with the store manager, Victoria. She was very Kind, welcoming, and she knows her products very well. I had lots of questions, she answered them all, I walked around the store to check it out, Victoria wasn’t pushy with her sales. I joined their rewards program since now I’ll be coming here for all my car detailing needs. Overall, excellent experience, come and check them out!

Nick did an amazing job on my truck! I have a white English Labrador and her hair is EVERYWHERE. I don’t do a good job protecting the seats and floors but Nick got everything looking so clean and fresh, and the dog hair is gone! 😊 I was so amazed at how he got the back rubber running board looking brand new. He was prompt and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He is extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. Guaranteed you will like him and his service.

Called Neat Nick's Car Wash and was blown away by the service! Great guy ,he went above and beyond. He managed to get some tough stains out of my carpets that I thought were there for good. I absolutely love this carwash. I have a monthly subscription, which is an outstanding value. The employees are also awesome. I especially love Pavel, who epitomizes customer service. He knows everyone's name and treats everyone like a friend. ***Update: ownership brought in new staff. Although quality has only slightly diminished, the wait times have exponentially increased. The vacuuming line is extremely slow causing huge backlogs of vehicles.

Car wash service good. My only complaint is that unfortunately the person who washed my car left a horrible body odor smell behind. I understand these guys are working hard and I'm sure they get hot. This is something that maybe management could bring up to the people who work there. Hygiene is important at all jobs. Especially when going to people's homes or getting in there car.

Really bad. The inside was still dirty after my car was "ready". I noticed before I drove away. There was still a lot of cat fur on the backrest of the passenger seat. I told the guy who was there. He initially said it's because the fur is too hard to get off. But then he tried to blow it off (since the line for the vacuum was now way too long). However, the fur blew easily off the seat... and spread out more in the car. I appreciate the guy's attempt, but the person who was the initial person who vacuumed the car is the real problem. The lack of care or even attention to what he was doing. He had been able to vacuum the fur off of the seat of the passenger's seat, but neglected to even look at the backrest of it. And it was a lot! I don't take my car to a car wash if it's already clean. If this had been his own car, I highly doubt he would have said it was done when it wasn't. So the problem starts there... get people who know how to thoroughly vacuum the inside of a car. Maybe they need a supervisor here to overlook their work. I ended up using the money I would have left for a tip and going to a self serve vacuum. What a waste of time and money. The other bad car washes in the area are looking pretty good compared to this one.

The best experience I could have asked for. Anthony, the owner, gave me a price when I called and I then set up an appointment with him. He confirmed with a text the day before and the morning of he let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and spent 2 hours detailing my car. He made my car look like new both inside and out. He is so nice, punctual, has the best customer service, and does a fantastic job on the detail. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Anthony was very accommodating, despite the security at my apartment complex being so difficult. He still found a way to make it work and get the job done so perfectly and flawlessly.
