Paid 40$ for super wash. This is what i get. Exterior cleaning is great BUT interior is what you see in the pictures; so many parts that needs to be clean and they forget to do it.

This is my third time here and I must say the experiences have only gotten better. The gentleman at the front does a great job at selling their services so be mindful lol. The real stars are the workers/detailers. They’re all very easy to talk too and willing to address anything missed but the main reason this place deserves 5 stars, is their service manager Valentine. He is attentive, and isn’t afraid to get out there with his men and get dirty himself. From the conversations I’ve had with him, he is honest and upfront. He tells you what you vehicle needs and doesn’t try to up sell you. As a customer, there really isn’t anything more I could ask for. If you need a good wash at a decent price, I recommend this place 10 out of 10. I got the $45.99 Ceramic wash and I am very happy with everything. My car looks new again.

Terribly car wash. I paid for platinum and it didn’t wash the top of my car at all. The sides looked good but the entire top was never touched.

I can’t believe this place has a bad rating. It’s miles better than any other car wash around and I was almost hesitant to leave a good review because I wanted to gate keep this gem of a place all to myself! For $35 they hand wash and vacuum (nearly a mini detail) my truck and it looks amazing every single time. We will be returning again and again. Save your “fast” money other places and come here instead!

Very rude staff. Not organized and mixing the customers. I paid $80 for Crown cleaning which has detailing and after 15 minutes they called me and said the car is ready! When I mentioned are you sure you did a right service for my car, they said oh then you have to wait it was a miscommunication and the manager came to me and questioned me and came up with a conversation from another customer and acting lime I am lying. Never gonna come back due to a rude staff and accusing me of a conversation that I didn't even have with them....!

I have since had to revise my review (12/30/24), as I've had ongoing issues. People arriving late for the set appointment time, one guy disconnected my phone mount and in the process broke my vents and left the mess for me to clean/repair. Then ongoing issues with charging the wrong CC. Yesterday, the guy showed up 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I was getting texts earlier in the day confirming my appointment for 12:00pm, even though I made the appointment for 12:30pm (and it was confirmed by their reservation system). Then took almost 2 hours to wash my car, which I though wow, this guy must be doing a bang-up job...nope! There were mud spots on the car, and he totally forgot to dress the tires. Also, I specifically asked him to let me know when he was done, so I could lock the car and I was waiting on the vehicle to go to an appointment. Did he tell me when he was done...nope, just left! Then I texted and they were gonna come out and fix it. I said I'd left and would be back at 4:30pm, but they didn't show back up until 6:30pm at which point I had plans for the evening and had to leave. Honestly, it's this type of thing that drives me crazy! I ONLY spend $50 on a stupid car wash, so you can make it convenient and I do expect my car to be clean, at least the basics! I can do a much better job on my own, which is what I will be doing going forward, at least I know things won't be broken, I won't be waiting on people, and my car will actually be clean! Initial Review: I called and was able to make a same-day appointment, which was good as my car was filthy and I had a special event! They arrived right on time, and were nice and professional. They did a really good job on the vehicle, and I'm a perfectionist (working on it, as that word should be stricken from the dictionary). The only gripe is that I specifically asked to have the area near the running boards cleaned of mud that was left by the prior car wash (Crown Valley Auto Spa-awful place with even worse service). This was forgotten, but when I checked the vehicle, I pointed it out, and it was re-done and cleaned. So they made a mistake, but corrected it. I will definitely use them again, and happy to provide a good recommendation (sorry, no pics this time).

I don't want to leave a bad review, because the lady inside was very polite and helpful with me, but I paid for a full car wash, however many parts of my car weren't clean. I specifically asked for them to clean certain areas, one person said they would make sure it gets done. They did not wipe down all of the inside of my car. There was dust and finger marks on the dash and the door. One of my windows I don't think they wiped down at all. They did a good job vacuuming my mats but they completely neglected the rest of the floor and near the seats. My windshield was not fully wiped down and I can see old spots on it. I usually always alert the workers if things aren't done correctly so it can be fixed, but I've been to so many carwashes within the last few years, and with all of their service's quality going down, I don't feel like I should have to ask them to provide the service I paid for after they've "finished" it every time I go to a car wash. That's something I paid for and something that should already be done when the keys are being handed back to the customer.

I understand I only got the premium wash, there highest level of basic wash, but for $40 plus tip I expect them to have atleast vacuumed the visable areas and fully wipe the car down. There are things left behind bluntly on the seat, in the door handles and floor. I would have been better off doing a self tunnel and self vacuum.

Absolutely amazing job. Moises is the best. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Self contained. Had a generator and everything in their truck. They couldn’t of done a better job. This was the first time we used their service but we’re definitely going to stick with them. Top notch.

Lucas is by far the best mobile Auto Detailing and Car Wash service we’ve used. They did the Ceramic coating on my recently acquired BMW iX and did a remarkable job. They are perfectionists in their approach to detailing even beyond the expectations of my somewhat critical eye. Moreover, their mobile car wash service is great. I absolutely love this carwash. I have a monthly subscription, which is an outstanding value. The employees are also awesome. I especially love Pavel, who epitomizes customer service. He knows everyone's name and treats everyone like a friend. ***Update: ownership brought in new staff. Although quality has only slightly diminished, the wait times have exponentially increased. The vacuuming line is extremely slow causing huge backlogs of vehicles.

Paid for the premium interior detail package. Everything was perfect except for a troublesome stain, but that’s no fault on them. I mentioned the stain that was still there and the owner offered to take care of it by running another localized detail around that area at no extra cost. I believe I was speaking with Gio (who may be the owner). Extremely professional and friendly, A1 customer service and even better detailing job. 5 star experience!

Scheduled an appointment with Jason for a complete interior clean for my 2007 CRV and was incredibly happy with the end result. After impromptu beach trips, the car was covered in sand and had embarrassing food stains on the floor mats. The Detail Kings took care of all of that and for a great price too. The car has never looked nicer. They also have great customer service, responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, and were very thoughtful of my time despite knowing they had a big job ahead of them. If you want a fresh start with your car, the Bling Bling Detail Kings will take care of you. (Beach access is a short walk too and cute coffee shops are all over the area, so don't worry about being bored while they get the job done.)

love this gem of a car wash. unique, authentic and professional. the owner is a super nice guy and the staff are all welcoming and pleasant. beautiful place to wait in the sun or the shade while gazing at the ocean across PCH or reading the magazines they always have out. this is a truly unique and quality car wash and i much rather give a privately owned institution like this one my business than some of the other places nearby whom don't offer this quality or experience. highly recommend for so many reasons

Car wash service good. My only complaint is that unfortunately the person who washed my car left a horrible body odor smell behind. I understand these guys are working hard and I'm sure they get hot. This is something that maybe management could bring up to the people who work there. Hygiene is important at all jobs. Especially when going to people's homes or getting in there car.

Really bad. The inside was still dirty after my car was "ready". I noticed before I drove away. There was still a lot of cat fur on the backrest of the passenger seat. I told the guy who was there. He initially said it's because the fur is too hard to get off. But then he tried to blow it off (since the line for the vacuum was now way too long). However, the fur blew easily off the seat... and spread out more in the car. I appreciate the guy's attempt, but the person who was the initial person who vacuumed the car is the real problem. The lack of care or even attention to what he was doing. He had been able to vacuum the fur off of the seat of the passenger's seat, but neglected to even look at the backrest of it. And it was a lot! I don't take my car to a car wash if it's already clean. If this had been his own car, I highly doubt he would have said it was done when it wasn't. So the problem starts there... get people who know how to thoroughly vacuum the inside of a car. Maybe they need a supervisor here to overlook their work. I ended up using the money I would have left for a tip and going to a self serve vacuum. What a waste of time and money. The other bad car washes in the area are looking pretty good compared to this one.

DON’T TAKE YOUR CARS HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE THEM WITH INTERIOR OIL!!!! if I could give a 0 I would. They left puddles of oil on every bit of plastic in my car and stained my leather. Spoke to the manager and he said I could come back and have it all redone inside and out for free. But no refund. But he wants me to be happy so come back and he’ll do it for free….. No thank you If you want your customer happy you should’ve refunded me even half the service charge of 62.99 that it costed to get this done. If I didn’t have a towel in my car it would have continued to get all over my clothes even more than when it did when I first sat back in my car. If someone ruined your property on the first time would you ever let that person touch your property again? I will not.

Paid $300 for a wax and my headlights restored but they did such a crappy job on the headlight restoration. When they initially finished the car, they didn’t restore the headlights. I told them it was part of the bargain so they said they would do it but they only did part of the light. Beware of this place. They don’t keep their word once they have your money.

Passed here accidentally. Car needed a wash badly and saw the sign $20 for 2 months unlimited. Sign was a little misleading since when we got to the guy who told us it's only for the Transform level sign up. Thought it might be a good deal so signed up to try and can always cancel if we don't like it there after 2 months. The car came out cleaner than my previous tunnel wash experiences. Also liked the fact that there's a guy doing hand dry at the end of the wash. No self service vacuum there though but not a big deal for me. The regular price is 38/M for the Transform wash which includes ceramic seal and UV protection so hope it works better for the car. Make sure you know it's an automatic renewal on your CC if you don't end up canceling by emailing/calling or on their app. Single washes were also available for a reasonable price. See my pictures.

We’ve been using bliss car wash since they first set up shop at the 76 gas station. The membership was cheaper when it first opened but even with the increase over the years it’s still worth it. I kid you not my husband will drive through the car wash everyday if it’s not busy. It’s helped to maintain the exterior of the car from the elements.

I have been using this car wash for 5 years. They used to do a decent job. However the last couple years the quality of the washes has been pretty bad. I have to finish washing it when I get home. I brought this up to the manager Ricardo for the past year as to give them a chance to correct it. Unfortunately, he is not willing to deliver anymore and basically told me to go somewhere else. Thought I should share this with others.

Exceptional work. Detailed, clean, professional wrap and tint job on our #Tesla Model Y Performance. Danny is such a gentleman and a master at his craft. Got me in within a week. Wrapped Model Y and tinted front windows all in 1 day. Now a week passes since install and the completed job looks just stunning. Wrapping a car, especially Tesla is not a luxury, but a necessity. The paint chips too quick on them. We wrapped our Model 3 some 5 years ago and to this day the paint is flawless. Good price, great service. Thank you Danny and team for going above and beyond turning the car back to me in cleaner condition than my drop off. Definitely coming back for other cars.

On this visit, I had a Stage 3 Front Lip installed on my Grand Sport, (happily I was not there because of an accident); anyways, Ben and the rest of the crew did a great job, again.
