I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your car wash. I brought my truck in for a wash, and when it pulled out, I discovered that both my railing and tonneau cover had been damaged. When I addressed this issue with the staff, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused during their service. I am now facing a bill of nearly $2,000 to replace the damaged items. This incident has left me incredibly disappointed with them. I will not be returning for any future services and will strongly advise others against using your car wash for any vehicle with any modifications. The lack of accountability for the damage caused to my property is unacceptable.

I went to La Quinta car wash on Oct 25, 2024 and my service advisor convinced me to get the month unlimited. I told him I didn’t want a subscription as I was Canadian and only down for 3 weeks. He ASSURED me that he cancelled it immediately so I would not be charged again. Guadalupe V. server #4653. I washed my car a total of 2 times. Guadalupe lied to me and did not cancel the subscription. I was billed another $69.95 USD on Nov 27th. I phoned and emailed and it has been another month and they have not responded. Very shady business practice. I will now try to charge back through my credit card but very upset as I was already aware and made sure he told me it was cancelled.

The attendant named Gabriel is at this quick quack wash was nice and had great customer service. I declined the monthly membership but was still treated nicely. This place is always clean and the and always has towels to clean your car ….a++, keep up the good work Gabriel.

Wish they had MINUS 10 stars to rate Quick Quack. (2 year ceramic family plan member.)Car wash is pretty good I will give them that. But if you ever have any issues God help you. Customer service all they do is… read script and apologize out of the gate. Then you (the customer)gets blamed by corporate Quacks saying it’s all your fault. Make no mistake they only care about money and taking money out of your pocket. Completely a one way street. Stay away from the cheap air fresheners( in less than 24 hours in my vehicle hanging using string attached to air freshener…did $6,000.00 damage to my interior. It was hanging not touching anything. So I’m here posting trying to help others. I don’t want anyone else to go through this terrible experience. There is no resolution with Quick Quack. PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOU WILL BE THE PROBLEM AND YOU WILL BE BLAMED FOR QUICK QUACKS INEQUITIES.

Meticulous! We are snowbirds - our friends used 8 Shades last week and we were so impressed with the attention to detail and final results that we booked our truck detailing straight away. I just had Hector come out and detail my Volvo V90. Boy was I pleased!!!! He spent so much time being meticulous with his work. I had overspray on car from a bad experience at body shop. He worked diligently to make the car look like new. Like off the showroom floor. Will recommend to my friends and neighbors. He is reliable, honest and fair priced. Definitely will call him again.

They do a great job! My car looked brand new after they were done. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars is that whatever they used to clean the interior was very greasy/oily. My steering wheel was left super shiny, and “leather” wrapped steering wheels must be mat, not glossy, and smooth. I’d still be back for an exterior clean, though!

$14 for the cheapest wash and they don’t even towel off your car for you anymore, which was the main reason I continued to patronize and always tipped for, but I guess the owner thinks they deserve that money instead of the people standing in the cold and heat actually doing the work. At least it seems to clean well.

Poor service and expensive. I prefer family owned an operated. Everytime I visit, there's not enough help and I'm told it will be 45 minutes. Plus your web site has poor grammar. Perhaps look at it. Vacumn was spelled wrong. You spelled it vaccums.. Duh...

Hector was easy to schedule, showed up early and the price was right. He brought everything he needed and got to work. Best of all was the result. Absolutely shining car and the interior is spotless. Highly recommend, especially for those who worry about long term effects on paint of sending cars through traditional mechanical car washes.

Terrible customer service, called to get a quote and they scheduled me to come in for an interior quote. I arrived and the front desk lady was confused and thought that I was scheduled as a cleaning. She told me “for future reference, don’t say you want a cleaning because someone else could have taken your spot.” I went to inform her that someone on their end miscommunicated but she just ignored me. Then the gentleman that quoted the interior hardly looked at the car or listened to what I was asking him, it seemed like I was an annoyance for taking up his time. I don’t recommend this place, $150 interior for an SUV wouldn’t be bad, but I’m convinced they would do a poor job because of their poor customer service.

Really bad service don't get your car washed here. They charged me for a more expensive car wash that I originally wanted and nobody came over to vacuum and dry the car. Or put armor all on the tires. When I called the manager to let him know he said he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't care about satisfying a long time customer. If I coukd leave negative 5 stars I would.

I’ve been using Watmex for the last 15 years to wash & wax my 40-foot coach. They have always done beautiful work and they make my coach look brand new again. Also keeping it professionally washed & waxed preserves the paint and aging on the coach. I know it doesn’t look like it, but this coach is 12 years old, and I have Watmex to thank for that.

I purchased an older BMW and Albert did such an incredible job the car looks brand new! He did the entire car; interior and exterior which took 6 hours.
