All the services are done while I am in my comfortable car. I enjoy the bubbley soap water surrounded my entire car. It was combination of curiosity and nervousness while go through the washing circle. Everything is done automatically with the staff members standby with me in every turn. I got five minutes free vaccumm that is the most strong vaccumm power that takes away any dusts, deris , dirts alike . This place is convenient in getting in and exit . What enjoyable experiences I have here at Amar Express Car Wash .

Used to bring my vehicle to this place but I stopped because how dirty was left after cleaning . I wanted to give an another chance but definitely not coming back again. First of all , the cashier has an extremely bad attitude towards customers and I noticed she gives the same treat to the employees there as well, she is very rude and not polite at all . I took my vehicle there today to get the windows re-do since I can’t drive like this, thankfully the manager who was there was very helpful and got it done properly. Thank you for that I very appreciate it.

I get my car detailed by Avinas auto detailing bi-weekly and I am always amazed with the work. After every detail it feels like I am entering a new car. They need to fix the Blastro-Dry Put in 5 bucks to Air Dry and it didn’t work, instead of giving me the full 11 minutes it gave me 8 minutes. Not only did it not give me my money’s worth, theres no number to call or any information to get your money back

At first this car wash was very good. However, after the first month of coming here I noticed that the wash was actually leaving grime and grease throughout the sides of my vehicle. I found myself having to take an additional towel to the wipe it off knowing that it would be there after going through. Perhaps the brushes need cleaning more often. If you go through the polish tunnel, the tire shine will leave clumps of shine on your wheels as well so make sure to ask for no tire shine. I suppose the basic wash is good value, but I find myself coming here less often now.

Where do I start, my husband and I have been coming to this place for a long time. We have a monthly membership and have 3 cars that we wash here. Little did we know that once something happened they would not make themselves responsible although they are at fault. On May 28, my husband took his work van to wash (he had already done this multiple times). On this occasion their equipment malfunctioned and caused a damage to his work van at the top of the van. When he notified the person in charge, they said they would look at the footage and get back to him. Prior to washing his van this damage was not present and once he came out, this was the condition. About 1 week went by and we had not heard anything. I reached out and the person said that they only had footage for 7 days and didn’t think they would be able to view any footage any more. Clearly they were waiting for this to pass so we didn’t have any evidence. He then said he would get back to us the following day. On the next day, he said that they aren’t responsible for the damage and their equipment could not have caused it. That when my husband showed him he observed yellow paint but in the image clearly there is no paint. Honestly this is very disappointing. Needles to say I would never recommend nor are we ever going back. After being faithful clients, to be treated like this it was quite discouraging. Worst place, worst service, and lack of honesty, definitely not giving them our money anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very Satisfied customer. Communication to schedule the appointment was prompt. My car was parked for 1 month straight, and has not been washed 10 months prior (thanks to Covid). My VW GTI was embarrassingly filthy. I scheduled for a Clay and Wax. After seeing the transformation, and quality of the service, I was sold. I already plan to use these guys again in the future for my other vehicles. Really wish I had a Before and After Picture.

I found this business through a mutual friend and instagram and was impressed with the posts. I decided to book a premium wash and wax. I am very satisfied with the outcome and notice the attention to detail. Marlon provided clear communication and I can tell he put some hard work in the vehicle. purchased the most expensive car wash package at this location, and not only was the wash extremely subpar, but it also left blue spots from the car wash fluid all over my hood and roof. When I approached the staff for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating it was not their responsibility and refused to offer any further help. They even suggested that I buy products from their vending machine to clean it myself. This is incredibly irresponsible and dismissive behavior. I strongly advise against anyone using this car wash. Avoid it at all costs.

Please do not go here!!! Thankfully they're shutting down!! My family and myself have brought all our vehicles here for years. The past several years have been rough with them. People revving my cars and trucks. Scratching them as they dry and clean my car. Recently they purposely ripped wires out of my brother's new Mercedes and cut wires to his passenger seat. Of course, they didn't want to take fault and we had to fish out good money to have his seat fixed. If you love your car and your sanity. Do not bring your vehicle here! Especially if you're young and drive a nice car. They will treat you like crap.

An amazing place to get a professional car wash. The prices are ok. And the wait is short to medium in length, about 25 on an easy day to 45 on a crowded day. They also have a great waiting area. With jewelry repair, hair dresser, birds, and two arcade machines.

The Shell Fuels Reward Program announced that this establishment is one of the ones where you can earn and get $.35 cents off a gallon for the L.A. Rams game days and I went there yesterday and the female clerk told me that she didn’t know anything about it, I showed her my phone and notification and she said oh, it must be one of the newer stations because ours is still on the old system. So instead of putting $50.00 gas in my car I put $20.00 gas just to keep it at the half tank mark. I checked again and yes, it says check for participating stations and this one is one of them. This is not the first time this has happened, the previous time was with the AAA offer to join both AAA to my Shell and Fuel Rewards and get an additional discount of $.30 cents per gallon of gas and I linked all together with no extra gas rewards because again the same clerk said that she didn’t know anything about it and that day I just went to an Arco instead. I guess that is where I will be going from now on! If this establishment is not one of the ones participating then have your business removed from the list!!!!! A very unsatisfied customer, ACTUAL RATING IS 0 of 5 (ZERO)
