I have the Buff n Shine membership. I enjoy the quality of the wash and vacuums. However, employees are not always friendly and their advertising is deceiving. According to what they advertise, I should get all the benefits of an Ultimate Wash, but employee tells me the towels are an extra dollar. If that is the case, then correct your advertisement as soon as possible.

These car washes are a hit and miss when you go them, but the best for a quick cleaning. I have to share that buff and shine. Car wash is on the higher end of the competitors in the area. The location is really nice the washes pretty good. They had enough room to have a full wash experience. The drain and vacuum area is nice and maintained and I like the branded air freshener smell definitely a nice touch when it comes with the $14 and probably $20 wash. I think the $20 a little on the high side and I was fine with the $14 wash which seems to be somewhat similar to the $18 and others. I personally wouldn’t pay 20 bucks for an Express wash. I would say the worst thing about this location which doesn’t get it. A four-star is the corner location on a busy intersection, which makes it very difficult to enter the car wash unless you are coming down south on Hacienda rd. to make a right into the wash. They would probably be busier if it was located in a better area. You can’t make a U-turn and they kind of block it so you have to drive up several streets and then turn around on Hacienda in order to enter legally entrance into the car wash.

First of all I didn't know they where mobile, that was an +. Secondly, they came out on time and finished before time. Third they did a great job and even did a little extra and didnt charge more. We've had the car for almost 3 yrs and never waxed it. They had brought life back to the car, so wonderful. I would definitely go back to them especially because my husband was very satisfied with the outcome.

I got serviced 1 and a half-hour ago today. I have many complaints. My car wasn't vacuumed thoroughly and the interior wasn't cleaned. There are still marks and stains left in the car. I don't know this kind of quality is worth $23. If this is the kind If quality left by hand washes, I'd rather go to a car wash done by machines, which I think would have done a better job than this.

These guys set me up with a reservation and came to my house to wash my BMW M3. Their staff is friendly, communicative, and detail oriented. There aren’t many people I would let wash my car but after the job they did, my mind has changed! Number one place to get your detailing equipment! They have a very broad selection of equipment/brands unlike other detailing shops. People there are very helpful and serviced my generator for my detailing Buisness! Great customer service and will always be returning regarding any detailing necessities. You won’t be disappointed!

On March 10, 2024, between 3-4pm, went to the car wash. During the car wash, heard a loud noise. Got out to check and found the wiper is broken. Reported to the staff. Staff found the broken wiper inside the car wash and handed it over to me. Staff mentioned they would report to the owner. Called the owner 2-3 times daily. On March 13, 2024, the rear window broke while driving normally. It is presumed that it broke due to the impact when the wiper broke. Finally able to contacted the owner 5-6 days after the incident. The owner stated they would compensate for the wiper but cannot compensate for the window. The owner mentioned they would check the incident on video and get back, but it's been almost three weeks since then with no follow up. The owner's phone is off. Actually owner is blocking my cellphone, I was able to find out by using calling with another phone and call goes through. Please aware, if there is any damage during the wash, they will block your number and will avoid you. *Please use other carwash places even though they may slightly pricier, because they will probably fix the damages, but not here for sure.

Hopped in for a quick car wash The female attendant that was working today was actually using the bug spray down device, which most people skip I really appreciate her for that. Sorry I didn’t grab your name. Thank you. Wash was complete great rinse, which is the most important part Vacuum sucked lol like they’re supposed to. They were super powerful to clean things up like it should. quick and easy to get in and out

The guys at G’zox are professional and reliable. Despite me not knowing much about cars, they were very friendly and took their time explaining how everything works. Went in for some audio stuff and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before i left. I asked about buying a subwoofer box and the owner Jason said he’d be happy to make one for me but that i could probably find cheaper options online. Its rare to see that kind of honesty nowadays. I cant recommend this place more and will definitely be back for any other car related services in the future.

They say they give you extra time, it's not true, the service control buttons are all changed. When I wanted to remove the soap and I thought it was just water, soap came out again after paying three times for the service. I tried all the buttons and they all contained soap. I had to take it with javin to my house to wet towels and remove the javin, it already damaged the paint on my car and it doesn't even have a place to soak towels to dry the car, a total disaster

I purchased the M8S V2 polisher. The second time I used it the polisher stopped working. It would only turn on when the dial was set on 6 which is the highest setting. I called and spoke to someone about it at Maxshine. The guy took all my information and said he would get it to the right person and I would hear back soon from someone. I never did hear back so I called 3 more times and was told the exact same thing. I even emailed support 3 times and nothing. Bottom line the product is unreliable and customer service is absolutely horrible. If you’re looking at a Maxshine product I’d look elsewhere……

Ravi always does a good job on my cars. This latest time he did the work on my 24 Genesis G90. 5 windows on each side, plus the front and back. He had to buy a special tool in order to complete my windshield. Reasonable pricing for the amount of work.

Ravi and his team did an excellent job. They listed out a variety of options and showed me examples of each one and what the pros/cons were. They didn’t try to oversell and were very fair with pricing. The finished windows look absolutely fantastic and I have received multiple compliments on the look of the tint. The customer service there is great, but I spent $40 on this tire spray bottle. It literally broke the second time using at the car wash, there’s air coming leaking from where you screw it on. I’m disappointed, but whatever I’m just gonna get something cheap on Amazon and get more uses out of that.

I recently inherited a car from a family member who unfortunately smoked cigarettes in it. It made it unbearable to be in it for too long without the windows having to be down. I have a child and we like to car camp, so it was super important to me to get the smell and as much smoke residue out as possible. Anthony was super communicative throughout the whole process. From the initial scheduling, to the process and the pickup. When I saw the job he did…AMAZING is an understatement. The car is almost 10 years old and was showing some age. It was dull and dirty and literally looks BRAND NEW now. From the plastic to the headlights, to the mats and upholstery ..he is truly a miracle worker. There is now zero smoke smell and everything is sparkling 🥹Anthony’s attention to detail is unreal. There was no part of my car that was overlooked. Brian & his mobile car wash/ detailing services are great! He responds in a timely manner (bonus points, he texts!). He was on time & his work is impeccable. I have a toddler & I learned the hard way why kids shouldn't snack in the car. My car was absolutely a wreck.
