I've been going to Bryan for about a year now and he doesn't disappoint! He's washed my car after numerous snow trips from LA to Mammoth and left my car shiny, clean, and smelling so good! Most recently, my best friend had too good of a time and threw up in my car. It was in my air vent, on my speakers, and down both sides of the passenger window. Bryan took the time to really steam my vents so that it wouldn't smell and get the junk off my stereo, window, and interior. He's very quick to respond if I have any questions about our appointment time, has fair prices, and is honest about what my car needs. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for someone to take care of your car the way you do.

I have never left a google review before and it’s not like I want to do this. I would have rather given 5 stars and everything go smoothly. But I feel after my experience I have no choice. I contacted Victor because he had great reviews - I originally just wanted a wash but after review Victor pointed out that I had some scratches and dents on my car. So we agreed to get a detail and fix everything together for a higher price. I would normally have not trusted a smaller business like this with my brand new Tesla, but Victor is a nice guy who seems trustable and he gave me a good price, so I said yes. The wash was good and thorough - no complaints there (at least on the exterior). The bad part started with the fixing of the scratches and dents. There was one obvious dent on my side that was the main priority here to fix, there was also another bad set of scratches on the back of my car - all of which Victor said he could easily fix and make brand new. When I arrived to pick up my car - the dent was still there, but Victor assured me that the dent would come out in a couple of days as he put something on the inside of the door that would push the dent out. After a few days the dent never came out - this made me review the other scratches more carefully and I realized that those were all there as well - they were just slightly covered up. Anyways this wasn’t so bad though, as Victor told me that his work was guaranteed and I could go back if anything wasn’t all good. It was from this point that Victor pretty much cut all communication with me. I tried reaching him several times throughout the next two weeks and he simply would not communicate anymore with me. I even gave Victor extra money from the price we agreed, and was definitely planning on coming back to get more work done had this gone well. Well, I left him a text asking for my money back if I wasn’t going to be able to get any more work done and my car is still not fixed. No response again - so now we both end up losing here. I lose my money and get ripped off for trusting a small business, and in return Victor keeps my money but gets a terrible review as the price. Do not trust this guy with your stuff if you value it. They always say you get what you pay for and I guess they were right. Again, I had a terrible experience and don’t want it to happen to anyone else. This guy values money over everything and will take yours and run.

This guy is a serious pro, before anyone even begins to question his prices you should see the quality and punctuality of his work. 5 stars all day and I wish I could give him a higher rating cuz he deserves it. If I ever need good work done on my car again, I’m definitely calling this wonderful man!

This is my favorite car wash ever!!! The staff is always respectful, and takes such pride in their work! I have been coming here for over 7 years and have always had a great experience! I haven't had a better car wash from anywhere else, like I have over here at crystal clean! One time, I made the mistake of parking under a pine tree and getting a bunch of sap on it, and they were able to buff it out like new for a great price before my paint got damaged! Thank you for taking care of our sacred car space, it makes such a difference to have a clean car and confident hands to do the job!

They do not pay attention to what you want done to your car. My wife asked for a car wash and vacuum inside and use amorall. Well they did not do the vaccum and they ended up polishing the car. My wife asked what happened to the inside and they asked for another 30 bucks after paying 60 already. We are done with this horrible place and the bad attitudes.

Paid $35 for my car wash, my car was really dirty. Vacuum was in point, was was really good. Overall satisfied except my windshield could have got a little better cleaning. But I will definitely come back. 💯

Honestly i was hesitating in posting but i work hard for my money. I brought my truck and i was a regular wash but i asked for inside shining they added $10 more making the totak of $50 . When they finished i notice the car still diety i complained the manager came and they started to clean it but it was a lot specially the rims. So i told him how much more for wax they told me $30 i said ok lets do it. At the en i paid $80 but still dirty. I god upset they supposed to do armorall in and out but the guy was really BAD

After a couple of times, I said that I would not return to this place, I gave him another chance, and once again, disappointed, it took almost 3 hours to get my car out. I understand that they have many cars, but they also know that they need personnel. too much time after leaving the car, it was only to dry it for about 20 minutes and to be there for more than 2 hours and waiting I was about to take the car just as it was, finally someone decided to finish it and in the end it didn't look good now yes already no more with this place definitely.

As I was starting my own mobile car washing business, I came across diz auto detail in offer up. I was not too convinced to that the owners material and equipment would be reliable, but decided to stop by and take a look regardless. Let me just say it has been the best decision I have made by far! I ended up buying all my equipment and material from here, he even threw in a some bonuses for my business, and of course he gave me his advice and experiences for free. He set up everything in my working vehicle and the very next day I was washing my first two box trucks. The soap along with other products and pressure washer make the wash go so much smoother than I imagined. My client was so pleased that he gave me another set of trucks to wash for the next day. Oscar did a great job detailing my car and even restored the paint on one side of the car that was swiped by someone's truck tires. Team Mike's #2 is the place if u want your car to sound nice not only they do a good job ,they also treat u very nice and respectful,. Starting with Greg, Emilio, Enrique, and the rest which I didn't get there names . They can do any type of custom exhaust for any vehicle. These people will give you an estimate and will do the job but if it takes them longer then expected they will create more work for themselves and charge you extra.
