They do a really great job on the exterior, the lowest car wash you can get is 23.00 , the inside looks nice but they never really vacuum all the crumbs out the seats , and the floor is missing some spots. No one there really speaks English very little , except for the girl ringing up the tickets . I came before and they turn me away they closed at 4 pm and it was 3:45 pm so really they close at 3:45pm . . . . Update , I been at this car wash about 4 times and the people are just rude , I gave them a pass because they don't speak a lot of English, but their rude, and dismissive, I am no longer coming back to this car wash again . They treat black customers way different. And expect a tip . Today I pulled up to car wash , and the man that spoke good English acted like he was doing me a favor ? They get mad if you buy the lowest car wash they usually have an attitude if you choose that one which is 22.00 . I will just spend my money else where I'm not giving my money to people who don't make me feel welcomed or like their doing me a favor and not adjusting their attitude .

Ever since go car wash took over the car wash has been bad the car is still dirty the suds are watered down, it was nice when i could come through and the car be clean. The car is still wet when i pull out, and the vacuums are hit and miss, broken, not enough suction. It's gone downhill since go car wash has taken over. Please fix these issues, I want a good car wash close to home.

We really like this car wash! But, today was very disappointing. 1. Because the A&R plumbing truck ahead of us in the Members Only line was not a member. 2. Because his partner in the Van, was too tall to go through the wash. So, he started backing up causing the truck in front if us to back up, almost hitting us. We honked & were able to get out of the line, and didn't get our wash. My suggestion is that you could put signs right above the lanes, stating "Members Only - No Cash or Card" and the other one "Cash or Card Payment Accepted" . Also a maximum height sign before they enter the line would be good.

The wash bay was not funtioning so stopped it at less then 2 min, n i get charged 10$, thats ridiculoous . Theres no way to get your money back. And beware i noticed a Mr.Suds charge when i never went so dont use your cards bring cash because they use tokens.

Jeremy came to my home and washed / waxed / detailed my 2012 Tacoma. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also spent HOURS working on my truck that was filled with doghair and slobber because I shamefully never really cleaned the inside. He also worked on a soda incident that occurred to a seat. I had phoned around for quotes and he definitely had the most competitive price. I will absolutely be using him consistently now since he did such an excellent job and his prices are very affordable. I have included before and after pictures so you can see how amazingly clean and shiny he got my truck!

I bought a used vehicle recently and the interior was terrible. The inside of the car was so dirty. I took it to Jeremy And I am Extremely satisfied! It is like brand new! Took 45 minutes to get my car to the detail area. Cupholders, door panels, center console not even touched. I dont think they vacuumed my seats... just the floor. Spent about 5-10 min detailing it. Left many bugs stuck to the front bumper and grill. I finished it at home. Could have spent 10 bucks at a drive through and ended up with the same or better results. I won't be coming back.

My car was way overdue for a wash, seriously way overdue. The gentleman who was there when I pulled up was very helpful and seemed to listened to my request, the girl at the register, (I am sorry I don't remember either of your names) greeted me with a smile and was very nice as was the gentleman who finished the wash. Staff was great, the car wash was not the best. The pictures were taken less than 5 minutes after I left and I just drove down the street. I didn't go back because I was grateful for the work done because she was so dirty and will just chalk it up to that. Hoping for better next time.

I called inquiring if they did duct tape removal- I had quite a bit it duct tape on my trunk due to having had a broken windshield. Neil explained the removal process and any possible negative outcomes thoroughly. I also inquired about their interior and exterior detailing and he explained both of those and the different "levels" and the main differences between them. I settled for the more expensive exterior detail and adhesive removal for the duct tape, and let me tell you... I absolutely got what I paid for. My car has never looked cleaner! They got the duct tap off completely with zero residue, and they were even able to remove a couple of scuffs/make them less noticeable, too! The pricing was extremely reasonable for the outcome. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Recently I brought in a set of aluminum method wheels that I wanted polished and the clear coat removed. After 2 days I went to pick them up and the wheels were not polished and the clear coat was not removed. Spots of the clear coat are still visible as seen in the pictures and splotches are still there. The detailer argued with me saying that all the clear coat was removed and refused to refund any money. I paid $100 per wheel, the job done was subpar, and I have to take them to another detailer to have it done the correct way. Also some of the face bolts were not returned when I got the wheels back. I will not be returning to 909 detailing and I suggest anyone who is looking to get wheels polished find another person. 909 detailing lacks the tools and knowledge to polish wheels correctly and professionally.

I am here at the sparkle car Wash right here on waterman and highland. I paid $42 and they did not clean my car. They don't do wheel wells. I suggest you don't bring your car here at all, not if you want it washed

Everytime I take my vehicle to them they never do a good job the outside looks decent but the inside is not even wiped they don't ever clean cup holders or wipe the doors down I don't think they wipe anything. I just left the car wash and this is how my car is looking. I don't recommend them at all. $30 for nothing I could have done better than this

VIP Mobile Auto Detailing washed, clayed, and ceramic waxed my 2003 GMC full size truck, and it came out beautiful. It was so good that I had them wash, detail, clay, and ceramic coat my Moms 2021 Prius. They also detailed both vehicle interiors. The Prius looks better than new!
