If you are looking for quality and professionalism, this is the place to go for any of your vehicle needs. They are well informed, trained, and have all certifications needed. They can easily charge an arm and a leg, but choose was not to. I arrived just as they were closing, looking for a touchless hand car wash. They were friendly and did an efficient, decent job in my car. Not perfect, but not bad for the price. My dog is shedding and they did a good job vacuuming all the hair.

I've been coming to the Apple Valley location for a while and I like that the employees are quick in assisting you. They do their best to keep the place maintained and there's towels available to clean your car. Even if they run out, you can ask one of the staff and they will happily provide you one.

I submitted an earlier review which I have to take back. Customer service is NOT what I thought it would be especially from management -Isaiah who is rude and not helpful. A little over a week ago , the car wash malfunctioned while in the car wash. When they started the car wash back up, the sides of the car wash had a metal component stuck to it and as it turned it was banging against the glass of my window over and over again. It scratched and chipped my window. Right away I reported it to Miles who told me, “ what do you expect them to do with that small damage?” He told me the car wash had been malfunctioning all day and they apologized but his customer service was very poor as if he didn’t care. It took over a week for Isaiah to call me (asst manager) because regular manager didn’t have the decency (Alex and Kelly). Isaiah said they reviewed cameras and tried to blame me for their car wash malfunctioning saying I wasn’t on the track and had my car in reverse. Ummm who does that and how did I get into the wash. But yet they don’t let the customer see the camera. Just a sweep under rug. They are refusing to abide by their own terms and customer care and their signage of what they are responsible for. I asked who handles their legal and he refused to talk to me after that and told me to call customer service. After looking up more reviews, I see they have many malfunctioning issues and refuse to be accountable. These pictures are right after the issue. You can see how the driver window was fine but when they started it back up it was between the driver window and back window and went straight to my back window as I proceeded through wash.

G Wash is the best car wash you can get in the Victorville Area. They cleaned the inside and the outside of my car for a very reasonable price. And I've spent up to $200 to get my vehicle detailed. It didn't look this good. I would suggest giving this place a try. Plus, the lady at the front desk is very nice :)

These guys got me with the upgrade promotion. Was offered a free upgrade to premium wash and agreed to it. 3 months later I’m auto charged 37.99$. Wasn’t told that my rate would go up. Typical subscription service to sneak some extra charges. I was also told by one of their employees that I can get a refund if I wanted because apparently this happens a lot. DO NOT OPT FOR THE TIRE SHINE OPTION. Whatever solution they use for the tire shine is extremely oily. Anytime I turn, a splatter of black tire cleaner gets smeared on my truck. Forcing me to go back every other day. Let’s not mention all the small scratches I now notice from the spinning arms. Would not recommend this place until they can be honest about their “promotions” and the tire shine doesn’t splatter everywhere.

I reviewed this place when it first opened. I didn't like it then and I don't like it now. The machines they use are weaker than the previous owners. They only clean the front and top ....it barely washes the side or back - the back of my car still has dry dirt on it , it didn't even get wet !!!! and there's mud splashes under my car but I was supposed to get an under body rinse. I got the most expensive wash ??? I only went here because it was closest to the freeway and I was in a rush. They charge too much and it doesn't even clean your car .....I regret going . I would of got the same clean from the gas station free wash with full tank of gas - waste of my $$$

My car is very clean on the outside and the front seats. However the back seat and floor in the back were not cleaned. Not wiping down the seats or vacuuming the floor. The very back trunk area never even opened

I don't know why my boss keeps sending me here always only one bay open 3 to 5 trucks waiting in line last time did a pretty bad job that we weren't happy for the price we pay. Hopefully this time they'll do a good job, if not I'll just take it somewhere else!!! Someone just pulled on the side put him in and started washing his truck while we are waiting for our turn in one lane, what gives???!!!

Horrible experience. Opens at 7am, but there's no rush to get moving. The cashier was friendly, but you're definitely on HER time. The wash job.... 🤣.... HORRIBLE. When you show up with a + $700k vehicle for just soap and rinse, that's what they should do... just soap and rinse! That means NO BRUSH, NO WIPE, NO TOUCH!!!!! and you WASH the vehicle, not leave bugs and grime all over a white vehicle! Will certainly NOT be back. Same time and money and use the Blue Beacon in Barstow!!!

Beware!!! Took my car to Tri City car wash yesterday. When I went to pick it up the guy asked where I left the key . He couldn’t find it , but said it was in the car cause it started. I looked in the console box where I left it and it wasn’t there. As we were talking about it I noticed a scratch about 6 inches long on the backdoor. I showed him and he said , it didn’t happen there. It obviously had you could see it was a new scratch. My car is only 1 year old and I don’t drive much. I definitely would have noticed this scratch. I went inside to get a manager. I wasn’t leaving without knowing where my key was and wanted him to see the scratch. The manager came out and they finally found my key said it was in the console box. I had check it myself and it wasn’t there. The manager said the scratch had not happened there. It obviously had. Beware of this place. I have used them for many years. I’m looking for a new car wash. Any recommendations? Also passenger car seat, mat and rear area were dirty when I left. I had wiped down all the seats before I got there. Couldn’t believe after paying $40, this is the job I got.

Hector is very professional and friendly. He installed the westcott design leveling kit (Front) for my 2022 hybrid Tundra. The guy knows his job and does it very clean. Honestly the price that he charged me is not comparable to what other shops told me.

Paid for the First Class package (most expensive one). Tyres not shined, wheel wells are still dusty (never got wet), grill still has bugs and dirt showing. Wouldn't recommend. Only positive were the friendly staff. Very unhappy.

Love this place. Does a pretty good wash. Helpful and offered tire shine after a wash. I Included a video of the wash. I also gave a tip to the guy who offered to clean and shine my tires. It's always nice to give a tip for extra work. Great job! There needs to be more Jet Waves in the high desert. Gets the job done fir the most part. Great wash.

Got into an accident with over 9,000.00 in damage done to the front end of my baby, I was so worried being a single momma how long I’d be without my car and no rental, I told Terry (the owner) my situation and he got me my 2017 Kia Forte fixed and painted like new in 8 days!! Shortly after purchasing my truck in August of 2023, I took my truck to Roger, owner of Pro Detail Auto Spa & had him apply, "Revivify" to the entire exterior of my truck. I was looking for superior paint protection at the time. I was very impressed & completely satisfied with how my truck came out. Being that I live in the High Desert & park outside of my garage, dealing with the different elements of weather such as extreme sun/heat, harsh wind & dust, & even occasional snow, is part of daily life. It's very important for me that my truck remains looking as new as possible for the life of my truck. Well, a week ago, I reached out to Roger and inquired about this new Carbon X product that I had heard about. After doing my own research and speaking with him as well, I decided to have Carbon X applied to the complete exterior of my Tundra. Hands down, Carbon X speaks for itself !!! When I walked into his shop to pick up my truck, I was in disbelief when looking at my truck. My truck had an extreme shiny gloss to it, almost looked fake. My car needed a detail and I've been dreading finding a new place after moving to the desert due to having a lot of bad experiences. And this place was new so I really didn't know what to expect. And I'll say they did about the best detail my car has ever had done! It seems like there is always at least one thing that a car wash will miss. Be it a regular wash or a detail. And I really could find nothing! They also did a great job cleaning up a coffee spill I had from months ago. Can't even tell any more! And on top of it they gave me a ride home while I waited for the detail. Great cleaning and great service. At an unbeatable price. I will definitely be back.
