Frank did an awesome job on my ford raptor , it had hundreds of pin stripe scratches from off road trails and the paint also looked hazy , no shine whatsoever , it was a hot mess! He was super detailed and explained every step of the process. He would communicate and send pictures of the progress. my truck looks so shiny it’s like driving a new vehicle all over again. He also sends you a detailed email on how to continue to care for your car after the service has been completed. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM. It’s worth every dollar.

I drove my truck from NY to California and to say it got dirty is an understatement. I did a search on Google for a detailer near my location and SJ Auto Detail stuck out immediately to me because of the reviews and star rating. I messaged him and gave him the details about my truck (has PPF and is ceramic coated) and if he's familiar with the type of care my truck would require. He was so I made an appointment with him just to do an exterior wash. He kept in correspondence with me the day of, keeping me informed of his timing. He came with everything he needed and my truck came out looking just as good as my guy in NY when he does it. Upon looking it over I could tell he takes his time and puts in the work to make sure your vehicle comes out looking mint! With that being said, pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area and I'll be using him when my truck needs anything in the future while I'm here.

Jose absolutely killed it. Talked over the phone and asked for an estimate, the price was firm and didn’t change the price once the job was done. Arrived on time and discussed what I wanted done. Very professional and such a nice attitude and open friendliness. I will definitely be recommending him to anybody looking for a mobile detailer. Thank you, Jose! Carnail did an excellent job on my BMW. I didn’t think it could shine like that again being it’s 8 years old. All the swirls are gone! I will definitely have him come back and do my other cars. I called deez super early in the morning and he was able to detail my truck an hour later. WHEN I TELL YOU I have paid hundreds upon hundreds of dollars to get a detail from other detailers and got lesser quality. Dion was WAY better than the other detailers I’ve used. He even came to my school to detail my truck while I was in class. He got the nooks and crannies, he got the inside glass (which other detailers never do), he got all the dog hair from my service animal, the way he cleaned my rims. Y’all my truck hasn’t looked that good since I drove it off the dealers lot. Dion is officially my go to. He was so respectful and kind and nice. He even put air fresheners in my cup holders. MULBERRY SCENTED!! I love mulberry. Dion is the GOAT!

Beware of the trick, if you get a $10 car wash, it does not include the top air dryer so your car comes out, wet windows, and everything so be prepared to Dry it off yourself. I’m a monthly member and for the last three months I paid $20.99 per month. And received a really nice wash few wet spots. Last month I paid $20.99 for monthly service and was receiving the complete package with the top air dryer so my car was coming out pretty nice. I check my credit card this month June to see if they had charged me and they did $10 I thought it was some kind of a discount they gave me for being a good customer. I went to the car wash today June 2, 2024 and my car came out all wet. When I asked a manager what was going on because my car was all wet. He explain to me that I only was getting the $10 package. Which that does not include the top air dryer shine. I explain to him that I have paid $20.99 and signed up for the monthly of $20.99. He told me that if I signed up for the $20.99 that will only give me the $10 package And in order to receive the service that I was getting last month, I would have to join the $30 monthly. Well, nobody told me this while I was signing up plus I’m a regular customer who has been on the monthly program and I always just pay $20 plus a month. A customer next to me was also complaining about how wet his car with us and Xpress he never had this problem before. But if this is the way they are going to wash his car, he said he buys well stay home and do it his self that’s just how much water was on both of our cars. So is the $10 car wash worth it/ free vac you dry That’s up to you / But I don’t think so. If you join the Monthly program make sure they are going to get what you are paying for.

Disgusting! Paid for the "best" wash at 16$. The washing mechanisms literally did not even touch the left side of the car. The water pressure didn't rinse all the soap off. The entire car is still covered in dust and bugs. Not to mention the car wash smells like straight sewer. Probably a health hazard. Will update if we hear back from them. WoulD AVOID.

I went here shortly after the grand opening which happened 2 years ago. The washed my car really well and (please correct me if I’m wrong) I believe the employees offer candy to children if their parents bring them to this car wash. This place is great in general, but what i found odd about it is that it’s located not far from another car wash wherein you have your car washed manually, unlike this one. Shine city has been extremely popular ever since it opened.

Only place I'll go wash my car at. Older attendant guy is super friendly, does a great job keeping it clean! I'm very picky with how I wash my car, never use the brushes, only a wash mitt I bring myself. As long as you keep money in the machine they dont mind you using your own mitt. Which I totally understand, and dont mind paying an extra buck or so so I'm not getting swirls all over my paint. I go here probably 6 times a month, and never let me down. Thanks guys!

Just had tiny removed on truck after another shop declined touching it. I was in and out in less then 10 min and the price was more then reasonable. I'll be bringing my truck back soon to get all windows retinted properly. Highly recommend these guys

For someone to take the time to write a positive review for a car wash, you have to trust that it's good. Friendly and fun staff, updated machines, and STRONG vacuums. Plus they have clean towels for you to use and an air compressor to clean out the nooks and crannies. I also recommend the cherry air freshener.

I just took my truck there. I order the works. And paid 59.00 fpr rhe job. Never will i take my car there. The hood of my truck still has dirt. They never wiped down the hood. There is dirt all over the truck. That job is not even worth 20.00

I went to the car wash to get a wash use $5 I had laying in my car by the time I was done using the $5 I had soap all over my car and just needed to rinse I didn't want to use my $20 bill and they're changing machine was broken I went to go ask the worker on site and didn't want to help me when I was asking for help with the change I was sent to call a number on the wall and called three times and no pickup and transferred to the voicemail automatically I only needed a dollar in change just for a rinse and wasn't trying to use my $20 I went back to the worker and was pointed somewhere else due to him not wanting to help I took my loss and came with the review wasn't very happy with this interaction and I've been coming here for a minute kind of bummed out there was no change machines or anything

Never too crowded here and overall a good wash but be careful with the spot free rinse. Some of the bays are good while others will leave your car spotted and looking like you did not wash your car. I had left a message on their phone but never heard back from them. In a sense, I'm glad I didn't hear back because that caused me to look elsewhere for car washes. My family and I now take our cars to a place that's actually closer to us and does keep equipment running great.

I really want to give this wash a 5 start review. The wash quality is great and it does a great job without damaging your car but it leaves half of your car wet at the end and doesn’t dry the bottom half all the way. Vacuums works well and everything else is great! Hopefully they can fix the drying issue so it actually dries your car! Response to Owner: Thank you for clarifying I can share that the remaining water does not dry without leaving water stains on the my car and windows the blowers only dry the top half and having some more to dry the bottom would make the wash that much better! I would love to be able to swing through and drive away without needing to dry the remainder of my car myself. Like I said love everything else about the wash!

First time coming, can’t complain the service of the gentleman in the window was great. The wash itself could have been longer to remove few more spots but overall my car was in much needed attention of a wash. The vacuuming is pretty satisfying especially because it has a strong suction. So far my fav in hemet
