Wow! I am super impressed with the interior detail clean that Israel and his team did. The car looks like it's brand new now! They were able to get out deep stains from the drivers and passengers seats and deep cleaned all the carpets and floor mats and more. Everything is sparkling! The best part of their job is that they were able to remove a nasty lingering cigarette odor from the previous owner. I'm highly sensitive to chemicals and could not breathe with the cigarette odor before, but now after the interior detailing and deep clean I'm able to breathe fresh air in my car again. Thank you Israel and your team for transforming my car! I highly recommend your business to anyone looking for superior attention to detail and the highest quality service. 👍

Got my Tesla tinted here. It came out perfect. He is an authorized dealer for Xpel and his price is better than the one quoted from Tesla website. Definitely recommend Israel if u need work done.

The technician showed up 30 minutes late. There were several spots in the car that were not cleaned and vacuumed. This is what was still there in the car after a 225$ detail. Do not recommend. See photos

Technician was 30+ mins late. Service included clay bar but he didn’t do it. I requested an extra $35 for bug removal but he did not do that until reminded after (didn’t do it right). Pretty sure he used sealant instead of wax; rubbed car front/back (streaks). Did not vacuum found water bottles/wrappers. Windows streaks. Water should be included in their service but he asked to fill up their tank with my water hose. WAS NOT WORTH $264.

Cesar did such a great job detailing our Ford Escape! We could eat dinner off the floors and seats tonight! Everything is sparkling clean, and for such a reasonable price! And the fact that we didn't even have to leave the house is such a lifesaver. Amazing. We are thrilled. Cesar is very pleasant to work with and a great guy. The owners and their team are great. I go once or twice yearly for the 4 cars, vans, trucks and the most memorable things are how smooth the outside hood feels to the touch and how, how clean the vents are, and how clean the leather seats are after the cleaning.

Don’t even bother with this place. They’re very unprofessional. Their website shows that they’re open till 6 PM. We showed up at 5:10 PM and they said they were closed. The website isn’t updated. They do not value their Customers time and need to start running this business as a business and not as a flea market. Update: It is Friday 12 PM. And I am here right now and it appears to be closed. See photos attached. I drive from Castro Valley to this place. This is my second time within the last week that I’ve wasted more than 30 minutes.. Their hours are not correct. They operate this business as if it’s a flea market. If they continue doing this, they’re gonna go out of business quick. Jonny - it was not pour raining, photos show it. Yes it was sprinkling here and there, still not sure why you would not provide other services such as interior vacuuming and cleaning inside cars? Or at the very list head on over to your google listing and update that particular day’s hours so people are not wasting time.

I would recommend everyone to go to this car wash. It's off of Jackson St in Hayward. Different prices to fit you and it only takes minutes. They do a very good job. I just had 2 cars washed there this morning.

Not only do they have everything you will ever need, but they also provide incredible customer support and service as well. They know how, when and where to use every product. Plus they are located in the Manufacturer warehouse. I’ve switched all my products (wash soaps, protectants, ceramic coating’s, interior cleaner etc.) to P&S. They did an absolutely incredible job detailing my Chrysler 300c. When I got my car back I barely recognized it. It looked as if it was brand new the day it arrived at the dealership. I was blown back by the quality of work that was done by these guys. Extremely impressive! On the other hand, I discussed bagging up my belongings and leaving them neatly in the trunk or on the back seat of my car and told them to use their best judgement and keep my stuff that I had in my car and throw everything else away for a little extra $$. Upon getting the car back I was stunned to find they threw EVERYTHING in the dumpster and I never got any of my things back. Not too cool.

Steven helped me out with our old family Acura that had been sitting for around a year. It was dirty inside, had some mold, and we were looking to use it during the holidays. Everything I Hoped For! I've been driving by this particular detail shop for sometime now, and have meant to stop in to get an estimate on clay, wax, and other detailing for my 350Z. Last week, I finally pulled in on a whim - and have been really glad I did. I was waited on immediately by Barry, who gave me a fair and comprehensive quote. And, even though he was busy, he managed fit me in for the next morning, and even offered to get me home, since I wanted to leave the car overnight (not sure that's something they can routinely do, but it shows their willingness to accommodate a customer). The actual clay and wax job was done to perfection, and the attention to detail was evident - they really seem to care about pleasing their customers. I'll definitely be going back for other cosmetic issues on my Z.

Last week, my father and I brought our 1994 Chevy pickup truck to Los Primos Auto Detailing and our experience was phenomenal! My husband took my Honda pilot in to get the headlights unfogged and he got the inside of the car detailed as well. All I can say is amazing! This is a 9 year old vehicle and have gone through three kids, car seats, football practices, and much more and the inside is impeccable! I brought my very dirty car here this weekend (primary car for my fam of 6, 4 children and 2 adults) and they left it looking like NEW. It's been years since I went to get a deep clean for my vehicle and Jose and his staff were amazing, fast and their prices are reasonable and worth it. Everything was great except they did not have disposable towels to wipe off cars ourselves I prefer when car was can supply that to patrons. One if the vaccine was not as strong but overall quite good.

If I could give this place 20 stars, I would!!!!! It takes credit cards ot coins at the stall. It has nice, fluffy soft, soapy brushes that are lightweight and easy to use, as well as the hose does NOT bang the heck outta ur car!!!! It also, which I LOVE, has the turbo drier!! Makes drying ur car so easy, its awesome!! AND, it is inexpensive!! Although, u might spend a little more because u will want to spend the extra time and use the ammenities, while enjoying the process! Truly the absolute BEST self service car wash I have ever seen!!!! Highly recommend even if its a little extra distance! Worth the trip!

Very good and well maintained facility. The best part is they have a turbo blower which is very powerful to dry much of the car. A little crowded on weekends. But just a bit expensive for a self car wash. I almost spend $30 for my mustang.

Was referred to Paul for a quote on Tesla Y front ppf, all over tints, + windshield tint for a Tesla model 3. Paul was responsive and able to get me in ASAP as I wanted the car protected before driving around. I literally picked up my new car and drove straight to his shop. His team is super friendly and really great at communicating. I was convinced to do the matte ppf as they showed me how it would look. I slept on it before giving them an answer. They were able to finish my car in 3 days! It looks so good and I’m grateful. My boyfriend wanted a windshield tint so I had that completed also. They take their time, are considerate of your opinions, and make sure you go home happy. A car is like your second home. You want to find people you can trust that can take care of your home. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, their prices are totally worth it. I choose quality and service > anything else.

Made an appointment with them for a Thursday at 1pm. On Wednesday evening without a call from them, I received an automatic text saying my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled for Friday at 1pm. Instead of them calling and confirming this was an OK time for me, I had to call them on Thursday and get more information. On Friday , I received another automated text at noon reminding me of the 1pm appointment. I showed up at 1pm and there was nobody there. They did not answer the door. Only sound was the dog scratching the door when I knocked. I called their number multiple times and got no answer. Even left them a voice-mail and my call was not returned. Also left them a text messages and got no reply. Absolutely horrible service. I see many reviews saying they're detailing job is good. While it might be good, when they do not consider that their customers deserve the respect of a simple call, it's not worth it. It leads me to believe that the reviews about their bad detailing and the fact that they don't own their work are true. Do yourself a favor and find another spot that believes in respecting their customers' time.

There should be a rating for Fantastic! Sandra and the crew at DoubleTake Auto Spa did an amazing job on my ride. Took the car to Sandra soon after I bought the car. The previous job had PPF that was turning yellow and the shop had cut corners that showed poor work around the edges, emblems, etc. The crew did an amazing job with the removal, prep, and application of the PPF for a complete car refresh. They even went the extra mile by doing extra work to protect the wheels and interior. Also had them fix a bad window tint job with a new ceramic window tint. This was a second car with another that I'm bringing in soon. Overall, doing business with Sandra and her crew at DoubleTake Auto Spa is a great experience. Highly, Highly, Recommend!!!
