My dad paid $90 for what was supposed to be an oil change as he gotten an engine maintenance required notification on his car and they changed the oil but never the sensor that was going bad. Even had their kids working on the car and they said they didn’t even know how to replace it. Stay away from this place. This business scams.

Exceptional Service - Transformed My Car! I had an unfortunate encounter with a concrete splatter on my Cadillac due to ongoing construction in my neighborhood. It's one of the worst drive-thru washes I've used, and I've used quite a few. See the pictures. I purchased the highest level wash ($14) to ensure a proper wash and it was terrible. The staff had zero care. See the pictures for yourself. Better off spending 6 bucks and some elbow grease at the self wash and doing it myself. Dead serious.

My entire back end/trunk was clearly untouched…while the rest of the car is clean. I don’t even know how that is possible. I guess the basic/normal wash only includes 3 sides of your car! You must pay more if your want the whole car cleaned? Hahahaha 😂🤣 absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.

It seems to me that the quality of both washing and vacuuming has dropped. You pay for the basic price and everything is fine, but you pay for the premium price and it's the same soap, there's no difference! Vacuum cleaners always clogged! I'm sorry but I won't renew my membership until I see changes.

I’ve brought my brand new Tesla to them several times now. They always do a great job (including with hard stuff like vomit, bug splatters, gum, etc.) and fairly quick (usually about 45min to an hour). They aren’t the very cheapest, but the prices are fair. They’re very friendly and I’ll keep coming back.

Saw this car wash been built and now is open. Took my vehicle and is only hand wash only. Abraham and his staff did a good job washing my vehicle. They wash inside building and drive it outside to dry it. So far so good and I will go back.

This car wash is a great place to mitigate scrubbing from brushes! Sometimes it requires a double wash if it didn’t clean the car properly due to thick dirt/ dust. Other than that 12 dollars for a supreme wash is pretty reasonable in todays economy

Very disappointed in the lack of craftsmanship. I’ve brought my truck here a few times before and never had an issue with paint damages let alone sloppy armor all coatings on the tires. Typically I wash my own vehicle and I’m very meticulous to avoid creating swirl marks on the paint but now there are visible swirl marks throughout my entire truck to the point that I will be needing to get a paint correction from a professional detailer. When I came in my truck was very dirty and dusty but you can clearly tell that these scratch marks were cause by the lack of preparation to remove as much of the dust and dirt before scrubbing the truck. This dirt got stuck to their sponges and caused the entire truck to get scratched. Very disappointed with their work here…..

I've been coming here for years, never had any problems. I usually come late at night and throw in $8 and that's enough to take care of everything. My only complaint is that they got rid of the independent vacuuming part, so you have to take up a stall if you just want to clean the inside.

Solid self serve car wash, $2 minimum but the time is tight. Throw a $5 bill in and you have just enough time to get a decent wash with the brush and sprayers. The spot free rinse isn't very spot free, so I'd just skip it.

Absolutely terrible experience, car was returned to me dirty, scratches were still there, even the funny smell they were not able to get rid of however I was assured by the gentleman I spoke with when I give them my car that the smell would be completely neutralized but that wasn't the case on top of that they refuse to give me my money back which is completely unacceptable do not do business with these people

I will be having my car shipped so I needed it to be extremely cleaned to pass the inspection, this is one of the best rated car cleaning and detailing so I had high expectations. Robert arrived at the house and went over what would need to be cleaned prior to shipping. The over all inside was nicely vacuumed and wiped down, but there were many little areas everywhere that show the service was not to par with the requirements to ship the vehicle. A lot of black smudging residue was left on a lot of the black plastic of the outside and it felt very greasy. I really expected more cleanliness for the price I paid. Really let down and will need to clean it again with only one day left before I need to turn it in. Not worth the price paid. Also, my battery was drained because the car keys were left in the ignition with the power on. I was able to have someone come start the car- the reading showed my battery is still good, not sure how to react to that though.

I met Robert after I bought a brand new Mini Cooper. I want to keep it clean and new for as long as I can. Robert did the new ceramic coating for me which is better than waxing and last longer, like 2 years or more. It’s unbelievable because everything just wipes right off. Took my girlfriends car here for a wash and vacuum inside. The quality of the car wash was terrible. They missed a lot of spots and even in the interior, I still saw some spots that needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. Gas station car washes are far better than this and less costly as well. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Horrible experience-save your money! We took our Jeep there for the first time and paid for the upgraded special package. They only cleaned the front interior and didn’t even vacuum back of the car or clean the back windows. A perfect example of you get what your pay for. Please go somewhere else!

Took around 5 minutes and 7 dollars to go through the rolls and get the car super clean again. You can pay with cash, card or tap just before the rolls start, follow the instructions on the left side of the entrance and let the machines take care of your car. Once that's done, you can use one of the many super powerful vacuum cleaning stations for free and finish cleaning your car. I have a dry towel in my trunk and I can always finish the inside too, so I don't have to buy one there.

Excellent Car Wash. After moving apartments, my car was so dirty and had clutter and stuff on the floors and the seats were dirty. I took my car to get and detailing and OMG! They spent 1.75 hours to clean it and they were soooo thorough. The manager/cashier who was helping me in the beginning was so accommodating too. I could not be happier. Thank you guys 🙌👏

I did $140 exterior only clay bar and wax at the shop. Great customer service. They did a really good job. They are thorough and pay attention to details. My car had many contaminants, and there were still quite a bit of contaminants left even after the clay bar treatment(this would be similar anywhere you go with the just clay bar treatment). So if you're in for getting rid of all contaminants and have a smooth finish, I would recommend paint correction. I would definitely come back for that paint correction. Thank you team!

Ok...I'll break this down in two parts: Customer Service and Quality of Work. CS - before I even had work done there, I called twice to ask a few questions. The calls were about a month or two apart. Both times I spoke to the owner, Hector. Let me tell you, this dude spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the first time and about 15 minutes the second time. Not only did he answer my questions, but he educated me on the questions I answered. He took the time to ask me what/why and was able to give me knowledge on things I didn't even think about. QoW - WOW. F'n wow. I purchased a graphene coating and window tint. I took my brand new F150 from the dealership straight to him. I thought new paint looked great, but after a two-stsge paint correction and the graphene coat, my paint looks like it's wet...all the time. Dust hardly sticks to it, rain doesn't spot, it's unreal. He even detailed the inside which somehow looked better than when I bought the truck the day prior. Hector truly cares and is passionate about his craft. It shows in his work. On top of that, the price was unbeatable and offered more (paint correction, detail, etc) than anyone else around. I would recommend Hector and Genuine Auto Detail a thousand times over. To have that level of customer service along with the quality of work is something you can't easily find. Even if you have a guy, or a place already picked out, just call or go by the shop. You'll find out what Genuine quality is!
