The communication, time, and dedication from this place is top tier. I appreciated the constant updates and communication from the front desk. Once my insurance approved the parts, the shop went all in. I was amazed to get my car back less than a week! I felt like my car came back cleaner when I dropped it off. The body works was amazing. These guys are the best! I love the extra attention they gave my car. The quick towel dry right when you come out and they even put tire shine on my tires while I was vacuuming! Maybe because I’m a member now, but even before I signed up they took care of me. Also, I love the automatic floor mat cleaners there!! A huge time saver!! I hate cleaning floor mats lol definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the staff that helped me out too. 10/10

Very professional and fast carwash, strongly recommend. I have to go to LA and i was there at around 2:00 Pm and i choosed no 3 service named Ultimate grease, the manager Mohamad told me that wait time is 1 and half hour because we are busy right now, i asked him if they can get it fast because i have to go to LA and i have only one hour. He understood my problem and told me that he will try to finish my car within 50 minutes and to my amaze my car was done in 30 minutes, looks clean and shining, they also put air freshner. Very good service, will return back

You pay for your car wash and the attendant has a screen to ask for a tip. A tip for what you're just standing there taking my card for payment. Now if you were to meet me at the vacuum area and vacuum my car and wipe down my windshield maybe a tip would be given. I'm going to have to say a hard no, no and heck no.

Pros: We like this Mister Car Wash and just grab the monthly for $19.99. Always friendly staff, great equipment to vacuum and dry/blow Your car/suv out with. Cons: I almost didn’t even add this cause everything else is pretty much cool. But the dryer when you come out of the car wash could definitely be better. We always come out with quite a bit of drip. But that’s everywhere I suppose. I still Give 5 stars for this spot.

The attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. I had my dad’s truck washed yesterday and his van washed today. Both times, they were friendly, and the wash did a fantastic job. They even provided me with a towel to use. I won’t go anywhere else! They truly understand what customer service is all about.

I drove across town to this wash only to find out I couldn't get quarters. It's an all token car wash. It doesn't even have a credit card option which would've been better than spending $20 to wash my car. The smallest bill I have at the time. What would I do with $12 in token change? Retarded these token wah places are. Rip you off.

I come from Fresno to Hanford just to get an oil change. These people are very professional, they let you know if you have any leaks or something loose under your car. They let you see the dipstick before and after of the oil change. Clean the windows, air the tires, check the signal lights! All the men are hot, I meant it was a hot day and my car was still serviced! Nice area to kick back at.

Excellent customer service on 7th at Hanford , every time I go. Even to just check air on tires. We take all 3 if our vehicles. I don't know what's in the water, when they clean our windows, but it comes out super clean, no hard stains from bugs.
