Satin Detailing did an amazing job detailing my M3. The car had been at the dealer for about a month, then sat through days of rain before finally getting cleaned. They did an amazing job taking care of all of the dirt, dust, and water marks on the exterior. The orange interior had dirt marks from the mechanics going in and out & they took care of all of it then ceramic coated them. The G80 M3 is notorious for brake dust but they got the wheels shining and ceramic coated those too. Very good work, will definitely use their service again.

Those guys were a friend referral, my friend was on point, those guys came 7am sharp as they promised, they can full crew and a lot of special tools I never knew even existed in car detailing, the outcome was beyond my expectations, I was thrilled. I read all the good reviews so was hopeful going in. But big disappointment. I will be brief: The good: To be fair, the exterior job was fine and he touched up a small scratch with some paint, which I appreciated. Window job was fine too (both inside and outside) The bad: Interior job was terrible. It was actually worse than a regular car wash job. (see photos and captions). My kid's sun screen mark, which can be easily wiped off was still there, dust and dirt still visible, tires were still dirty, and he completely forgot to clean the rear seat cup holder area. Again see my photos and judge for yourself. The ugly: When I started asking questions about the poor interior job, he gave me this attitude and rudely said he would not take my money and told me to go. This is an older man, and I kind of felt bad at this point and offered to pay him the full price and apologized to him that I didn't mean to be rude and that I was just asking about the job.. but he kept his rude attitude kept telling me to leave. He ended up taking $80 instead of the $125 he initially charged. Honestly, I think I could have just gone to a hand car wash place and got a better result for less than $50. I would not recommend and never go back. My job was done by Henno and my interactions were with him.

STAY AWAY, THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!! Took our sedan here to get detailed because it was a local small business and reviews were decent. Got quoted $160-180 by the owner Hano. We were surprised when he called within about two hours to say the car was ready. When we got there, he kept the car in a dark garage and as we began inspecting it, I immediately noticed that nine if the interior had been touched, except for the carpets. As I pointed out footprints on the back of sears, crumbs, smudges, etc., he kept trying to distract me by saying he wanted to show me the outside. When that failed, he started telling me these were not dirt but the result if the car losing its luster. When I asked him why he had not conditioned any of the leather interior, he said “I don’t do shiny.” He then started to spray the visibly dirty areas with a pink liquid in a spray bottle like they use at any car wash. When I asked him what that was he said “special cleaner.” I wish this was a joke. Instead of offering to do the jib right, he then said he would only take $100. Not realizing the full extent of the con, I eventually agreed. He then started rushing me out if there. When I got home, we inspected my car in full daylight only to discover he had not vacuumed the interior, and had in fact not even washed the exterior of the car. There were still leaves piled up inside the trunk and visible liquid splatter in seats and on the exterior (see photos). Now, this brazen thief is not returning our calls. Never ceases to amaze how easily people are willing to cheat others out of their money. At most, he may have wiped down the outside of the car and sprayed the inside with air freshener. Most surprisingly, this man has had this business for nearly 30 years!! Here is hoping no one else gets scammed like we did.

They did a terrible job of gluing the rear window, it felt like the film was running out and they stuck on what they had. They didn't even discuss any refund or redoing the work, they weren't interested. They talked nicely and guaranteed quality, but in reality they were just empty words, I don't recommend it.👎

I drove from Bakersfield to get my car windows done from a relative recommendation. The tinting looks good, but whom ever worked inside the car left his work boots soles marked in the carpets and on the side doors They cracked a tiny piece of upholstery on a window frame. It left me wondering why so careless.? I have to be thankful though since it’s the lowest price from 4 places I searched, so I guess I get what I paid for

I brought my car here to get hand washed instead of self service car wash but didn’t see much difference. I had to call the cleaning person and his manager to show all the spots he left dirty, dusty and wet. He went over the second time only outside but did not touch inside whatsoever. The dashboard was barely wiped. All the corners were still dusty and dirty. I noticed after I left the place how badly it was vacuumed. I had the “early bird” $22.99 + tip. We live in the time that apparently that’s not enough money for a car wash to do the basic wash properly. Don’t even tip them before checking your car condition. Better, save your money and go somewhere else!

I do not recommend that you go to wash your car in this place, apart from the fact that the machine scratches your car and breaks your windshield and then they give you a bad service and for a not cheap price it is not fair guys 👎 Always when you are going to get into the car, check your car's windshield and check the service of the carpet and paint. If your car is not scratched, that is why whenever I went to wash my car I saw people complaining about the bad service.

TLDR Angel really took good care of my car: he didn’t rush anything, the work was of great quality, he charged a modest (and appropriate) rate, and didn’t try to upsell at any point. I called Angel yesterday, and within 24 hours he was at my house giving my car the once over. It was a really great experience - everything from the scheduling, to the customer service, to the actual quality of the clean were incredible. When he came, we walked through the car, talked about its history a little, and he recommended what sort of services made sense for the car (including not doing some services, as it’s a lease). He also made a point of recommending only one extra add on, and it was based on a request of mine. All-in-all, he’s great at what he does, great to work with, and I don’t see a reason for me to go to anyone else. As a first time customer, he earned my repeat business.

This is the last time that I am going here! I paid $34 for the platinum wash and $15 tip. My car has a lot of water spots and still dirty!! Come on guys, the owner needs to watch their workers! If you’re not happy with your job, QUIT!!! Money is not easy to earn to receive this kind of poor service.

I did a lot of research of car detailing in the area and felt that Birds had great, competitive pricing. This was my first time getting a car detailed, we’ve had our Model Y for 3+ years and definitely put it through the wringer. Camping, beach outings, moving furniture, you know the drill. We get it washed when it’s dirty but it was time for a reset. David was so kind and accommodating when my husband was late to drop off the car so I appreciated the flexibility. When I went to pick up the car a few hours later I was stunned. My jaw dropped. It was unrecognizable. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was so shiny. Sparkling. The interior has never looked this good. Even our weather proof mats were glistening. If you’re debating… just book it. I felt like a million bucks driving my car out of the lot where they cleaned it. Unbelievable and worth every penny!

Birds Auto Detail is amazing. They respond in a timely manner. You can book your appointment on their website which has a user friendly interface. Booking an appointment can not get any easier. Different types of packages listed on their site. I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. After Eduardo was done, the car looked brand new. Can't thank you enough Eduardo and Birds Auto Detail Team! thanks again and Happy Holidays!

I recently got a full detail by the guys over here and I couldn’t be any happier. My Interior had 30 year old stains, and the guys were able to remove most of them which was impressive. They also did an amazing job on the engine bay and exterior. They do not have the cheapest prices, but their prices are fair for their quality of work and they are probably one of the best detail shops in this area.

Highly recommended! They mostly do wraps for exotic vehicles so that says something. They helped me black out the orange accents on my subaru forester, front, back and side skirts, roof rails was a little tricky but they made it happened! Kevin will give you his EXPERT HONEST opinion which I really appreciate. He actually gave me the idea of gloss black since the color that I wanted is quite rare. Happy with their service! I brought my jeep wrangler here and was very impressed. First they took me right away and explained pricing. My car has a rack system and a lot of stickers so I preferred a hand wash with vacuum, window cleaning, and surface wipe down. With the floor mats, I paid $50 which I thought was a bit high but after I watched the crew clean very thoroughly I was happy to pay that price. They took my car right away despite it being a sunny Saturday and the entire hand washing took nearly 25 minutes where they did not stop working. I definitely recommend for a thorough wash and clean when you don’t want to pay detailing prices.

Leaving this review in hopes that the owners see it and honor the warranty on the work of their wraps. I paid $300 to have the roof of my Lucid Air wrapped with a Pillar Delete. Their quotes were a little higher than other wrap companies but they are literally down the street so I went with them. They got the wrap done in a few hours in 3M Gloss Black, not the best quality but should hold up for a year or two before needing to be replaced. When I picked up my car, I noticed that they had not properly wrapped the roof and had left exposed seams. I brought this up and said that it would let water in and that the roof rail needs to be slid out with the wrap trucked underneath to accommodate for shrinkage (I watched a few wrap videos before I decided to wrap my car lol). The owner told me they "couldn't get the roof rail off" and they worked around but it should be fine and if there are any issues they will warranty their work - whatever that meant. I told him I need some invoice or paperwork to show I got the work done and was told a register receipt is all that's needed if I have any issues. After a couple months later, the wrap has shrunk. The exposed seams have warped, I took the car in for a wash from them and was told the wrap guy isn't in and that they would contact me to schedule me to bring it to get it done properly (a second time) and what sounded like at my cost. For now, stay away from getting your wraps done here - they don’t do a correct job and do not honor their workmanship warranty. Will update my review if they actually get back to me

UPDATE: Joseph was reasonable and made things right for which I’m thankful. See below. Joseph was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. But the end result was not worth the full day I had to leave my car for or the price. I had two main requests. A well detailed interior and to remove some vinyl stickers from the exterior. There was still gunk on a floor mat when I went to pick the truck up. It was addressed immediately, no problem. The decals were not removed. So they went to work on them when I was there to pick up. One came off no problem. The other was more stubborn. I wish they had just said we can’t get it off. Instead they scratched up my paint. Not just the clear, but all the way to bare metal. Deep scratches. It was dark so I didn’t see the scratches until the next day. I’m moving out of town and don’t have to time to go back to deal with this. Last, they didn’t even bother to open up the center console or glove box to clean those. Not worth the $350 (well, $325 at the register because I think they know they messed up).

Alfonso is the man. He was so accommodating of my request to detail a friend’s 2013 Toyota Corolla that has seen a lot of wear and tear. He worked with me to do a Saturday appointment and was on top of communication the whole way through. When he was busy, he always returned a text or call. His detailing work of inside and out, really shaved years off the car. It looked a few years newer and removed the troublesome seat stains, water spots, and oil steering wheel gunk. I recommend everyone do a deep detailing on their car at least once to either keep it looking new or bringing a older car to looking new. It’s pricey but this isnt simply a car wash. I was looking for a great hand wash spot and this spot was excellent. I have a bigger truck and paid around $60-70 which was fair. The price was comparable to other spots maybe just a little higher. The process took about 45-60 mins, mainly because they took their time and were very thorough on cleaning your car. It wasn’t just one person doing your vehicle, it was multiple people rejuvenating your car’s shine. It took longer but I appreciated the level of care/cleaning they gave. Tipping system for them is a tip jug that they all split. I’d definitely go back here again.

I definitely won’t be going back to this place. I had just come home from a two month work trip and brought my car in for a hand wash. It was filthy and they asked for a 10 dollar increase over their hand wash price of $35 dollars to cover the extra time needed to wash it properly. That’s totally reasonable. However when I received the car it still had way more dirt deposits than is acceptable.

The positive reviews about this place are well-deserved; they did an excellent job repairing the damage my husband caused while backing my car up in the parking garage. Although it took about two weeks due to the insurance process, the final result was beautiful. I will add photos once I get the chance to take them. AnA Deluxe detail is by far the best detailing place I’ve been too. I’ve been going to them for a few months now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else after seeing the way they treat my car. They keep my car looking like it’s fresh out the dealership. I’ve gotten so many things done with them from a full detail to a ceramic coat and they wrapped my car as well.They are very nice people, I definitely recommend. Not to mention, they are also mobile so they got you any time anywhere.

I'm an unhappy customer of this company. Like some other reviews on here, when we attempted to contact the company about the issues with our service, we didn't receive any accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. When I pay $275 for a detail, I don't want to have to detail it after they leave. Very obvious things were missed. Under seat non vacuumed, sticky substance not removed from multiple locations on the body, dust and debris accumulation in visible and easy to clean places not addressed. See attached photos. We've called multiple times and received no response. As a side note, we have security cameras installed and caught the supervisor/owner yelling at the employees in our driveway. Very unprofessional and unkind. The gentlemen who cleaned the car were polite but didn't do a great job. For that reason, we recommend you find another business to detail your car.
