I purchased a new car in December 2023 and had the ceramic coat and clear bra put on the car. Shine Coat did a fantastic job. The wife's car clear bra was peeling up after 5 years, different installer. We took her car to Shine Coat to fixed. Looks good as new. Shine Coat is busy, because he does fantastic work. Sometimes paying a little more to get quality service is a good idea.

Had a great experience working with Brandon at Shine Coat Auto Detailing. I was initially planning to fix rock chips before coating, but found out the patchwork was included in the package. He impressively addressed most chips, though an older scratch with a mismatched paint shade persisted. The overall transformation is remarkable, thanks to effective paint correction that eliminated the majority of surface swirls. The attention to detail is evident, although it made the pre-existing scratch more noticeable and somewhat disheartening. 😅 Throughout the process, Brandon noticed issues with my wheels. And he offered to reapply the coating after I fix the wheels, showcasing exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. Consistently responsive communication made the entire service highly recommendable.

Angel and Nate Figueroa are entrepreneurs with a knack for auto detailing. The father/son team take great pride in the ride(s) they beautify. Great Listeners Angel listened to my needs, took notes, sent a reasonable quote. The entire process is explained from A-Z Second opinion Detail Shop Fast and Furious is known by the car clubs, dealers, and by car enthusiasts as a 2nd opinion center. What does this mean? They receive calls and inspect other detailers work. I received a quote from another shop and was not satisfied since there was no explaination of the process. So I called Fast and Furious. Angel walked me through the process from A-Z, made recommendations based on my description, asked me to come in and showed me prices. He actually texted the price board, which I thought was awesome. Price All prices are in print unlike my previous experience at Lufo's in Gilroy. Angel and Nate are tranparent and work within my budget. Quality The quality of their work is guaranteed and superb. Carpets look like new, dash boards are back back to life with a shine as good as the day I drove my car off the dealer lot. Sheen and Shine of the headlights, paint, and wheels are so shiny when the sun reflects, I have to utilize my sunglasses. Time The process to beautify my ride took time because I asked for the NEW Gtechniq coating, paint correction, polish, soak bubble bath and asked the Figueroa's to focus on several details that I wanted perfect. Took 3 days - was worth the wait and time. Dropped the Mercedes Benz off on a Wednesday and car was ready Saturday morning. Communication Angel and Nate are easy to communicate. Angel responded quickly via text and returned calls when he had a moment. Texts are best. All in all I am super pleased. I do not give many 5 star reviews unless the business truly earns the right to the YELP and Google 5 stars.

I am very impressed with fast and furious detail the few times I brought my vehicles in there facility to be detailed. I never had to wait long to have the work done and they get the vehicle back to me ASAP! The work they do is impressive, stuff that I thought would never get clean again they manage to clean it well! I brought my daughters car in to have detailed the headlights were so dull they didn’t work properly. After checking with the car dealer it would’ve cost me $500 to replace the headlights. Fast and furious detail corrected my headlights for a fraction of the cost and they’re like brand new! I also had my RV completely detailed they did amazing job on that it was a lot of work, but they pulled it off quickly. Their pricing as well below market in my opinion which is always a plus. So if you want great work in a short amount of time and not be broke after you pick up your vehicle then you want to take it fast and furious detail!!

Chris did an AMAZING job detailing my Rav4 and we couldn't be happier with the result. Overall had an incredible experience with Dynamic Customs. My fiancé and I recently had our 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance treated by Moe and Chico’s team. We ended up wrapping the entire car in the XPEL Stealth PPF, having the interior and exterior ceramic coated, and had our front windows tinted. It was a big job and the turn around was a quick 10 days. The team at Dynamic Customs was very responsive to our questions and when it came time for pick-up they reviewed after care instructions. While the entire experience was stellar, I especially appreciate the integrity with which they work. Moe and Chico really stand by their work and reassured us that should anything not meet our satisfaction to let them know right away. Our Tesla looks amazing and we look forward to having our other cars treated by Dynamic Customs.

Dynamic Customs did a fantastic job on my new Dodge RAM truck. They applied the PPF film and ceramic coating. Their service, attention to details, quality, and communications were all excellent. John was absolutely amazing , he shampooed/steamed vomit out of my seats,roof, doors.My car looks better than when I bought it , I’m not kidding. I gave him a hefty tip not only for the inconvenience but for his fast and friendly service. Just for the seats alone he was going to charge 60$ , because I wasn’t too sure if they would bring every single equipment with them but ,to my benefit , they did! So I had to get the full clean, and I’m so happy I called them. Thanks again ,John !

I tried warning my family about them spraying wax on the car, leaving residue for at least a month. They didn't listen to me until it happened to them twice. That's 3 cars until they learned their lesson. I also had a credit card discrepancy right after handing my card to the kid who took it inside, and from what I can determine, he took a photo of my card and used it on Amazon the next day. I have no proof of this except that the occurrence happened immediately afterward, and I rarely used that card. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about going here out of convenience to find another way to wash your car or drive slightly out of the way to another carwash.

Absolutely amazing experience! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Adrian and the team at Blackout Tinting were extremely professional, experienced, and true masters of their craft. I brought in my Dad's 87 Nissan, that I recently purchased. They stayed as true to it's original form as possible, and I love it! I had my car wrapped here a couple of years ago and my windows tinted this past week. They did an amazing job! Adrian was very quick to respond and very helpful. Job was done very quick but with great quality. Coming back to re-wrap my car next month!

The vacuum job was really bad. Fifty dollars plus a $25 tip. Not worth it. Everything was removed out of truck before I took it to the car wash. I had to go home and vacuum my truck. Unfortunately I did not notice until I got home. Will not be using them again.

Two weeks ago we visited this car wash & received amazing service. The men outside did an amazing job washing & vacuuming the car. We were very pleased with their work. Two weeks later we returned & the young lady who took our car wash order wanted to charge us +$10 because we had a large vehicle. I informed her we had been here just two weeks ago for the same exact service & it was $10 cheaper she said she “didn’t care” & would charge us what was required of her by her boss. She then changed her story and said it was because it was a Tesla, and when we got inside her boss wasn’t even there. Very disappointed because the actual car wash is good just not the service inside.

Wanted to update my review, yes everything is great here besides the card payments, i understand there is a hold before it updates your true transaction, I had stopped the wash at 5$ exactly which resulted in my card being 10$ pending charge. Once it finalized it shows a 15$ purchase which is bs! Noone answers the phone and can't ever seem to find who works here. I love this place but not worth losing money

I gave 5 stars for what this is; a very unique and very convenient self pet wash in a town lacking self pet wash places. Pros: Well maintained equipment with good water pressure (it has oatmeal shampoo and conditioner on the machine that I used and my dog smells nice and feels clean) Dryer works very well Area is clean with a little fence area Wash is inexpensive (min $5 for 5 minutes, $1 min thereafter, be aware: cash only and no change given) Convenient (right on Monterey hwy) Cons: Only one wash bay Outdoors (covered, but would be cold in cooler weather. Perfect,and actually nice to be outside, the day I went) Cash only (just be prepared no change given) Bring your own towel

Johnny and his crew are amazing at what they do. Going through insurance and how transparent and communicative Johnny has been with me, he has made it clear that his work and professionalism is way above standard. When dealing with my insurance, despite the difficulties, he maintains well composed and reassuring for his customers that he will get the job done right and with absolute certainty of complete customer satisfaction. I’m more than impressed with the work they do here as I feel that my car is back to looking 100% brand new. For whatever reason the job may be, if it’s collision/repair or custom work, I’m sure to come back here for my other car and I highly recommend for custom work as well. Johnny and his staff did an excellent job repairing my trunk bumper. I was hit by a car from behind. He was very timely and efficient with my quote and work. He helped guide me through the process and pointed out important information I needed to know regarding my claim. He was very helpful and courteous. The quality of work is a 10, My trunk looks brand new and they even washed/detailed my car. It was a nice surprise. The staff was kind and polite. Great detailing operation. I booked 3 mobile details – 2 for me and my husband (2006 sedan and 2021 SUV), and one for a friend who lives nearby (2008 sedan). I called Frits before setting the appointment to describe what I wanted for all three vehicles, and he was clear and flexible with the work I requested. His pricing is also very reasonable for what you get. Very helpful and enthusiastic about his work. Frits and his colleague Chris showed up on time and did an amazing job on all three vehicles, going above and beyond. I am a detail hobbyist and in the past maintained my family’s and friends’ vehicles, including paint correction and even a 3-year ceramic for a friend, but after having kids I just don’t have the time to do this as often as I’d like nor can I spend the time I want to do a good job of even regular maintenance. Since I know something about detailing, I was able to nerd out a bit and had a great conversation with Frits about products and technique during his visit. He uses top notch stuff. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing detailing work, whether you have a neglected car that needs sprucing or if you have a car in good shape and want regular maintenance to keep it that way. If one of his detailing packages listed online doesn’t quite fit your needs, have a conversation with him and you will be able to find something that works for you. We and our friend will be making regular maintenance appointments, and my neighbors will be joining the next detailing party. So nice to know that we will have our vehicles regularly cleaned to pristine shape without me having to stress about when I can get to it next. Thanks, Frits and Chris!

Wonderful experience, I had my windows tinted and my car Detailed. My car looks so beautiful inside and out, almost looks like a different car. The owner was very nice and the workers, especially the nice pretty lady that helped me. She is an asset to the business. I recommend taking your car there for tinting, Detailing, and they also offer a ceramic coat if you want to protect your paint.

I don't usually write reviews but it'd be disrespectful to not share the quality of work these guys put out. The level of details and precision guys are amazing. I got my interior and exterior done for such a great price. Not only did they provide me with excellent service, but also excellent communication as well, keeping me updated with the status of my car. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Please do yourself a favor and get your car detailed with them.

Just had Tim detail the family wagon and am very impressed with the quality of his service. As a car guy who now has kids and other priorities I still noticed the extra little things he detailed. The grill was always my OCD thing to clean and he got in every single vent hole and made it look new. The mobile service in Morgan Hill was very convenient since it’s hard to leave the house with kids. Although, he does offer a place to drop off. Price was very fair and will be back for sure!

Just picked up our 2021 Suburban, the start to finish was less then three days. The ceramic coating (detail) and the tint look awesome. Got the vehicle looking brand new. TLDR: These people could not do the job the first time much less second or 3rd. The lifetime warranty is BS as Gilroy manager says that they don't cover scratches (which they do, and according to the paperwork I have) and they cheap out on you by not even cutting the tint to match some of the black parts of the glass and hope you don't notice, Didn't even bother to clean up fingerprints. Maybe for the common person, they don't care as much as I do. And everyone else seems to have a jolly ol time. But I'm going to request a chargeback soon on my card, since they also wanted to charge for re-installation if I were to take it off again... Won't recommend this place to nobody If you like your car and care about quality. I really can't understand just how unlucky my experience has been... I tried these guys out cause they had a good deal (so I thought) and at first were very nice and professional, explained to me how the job was going to be done and even offered a few recommendations. Nice. No problems there. Told me there was a lifetime warranty with no questions asked and no refund. Red flag 1. (Also no where on the paperwork says no refunds allowed btw) When I get the car back day of, I go to inspect it before I drive it off the lot and it wasn't cause I didn't trust them at the time. It's because I'm picky, and that's on me sure. But there were such obvious and frankly ridiculous flaws in the job done that I was pretty baffled and tried to be patient. Scratches and literal dust trapped in the tint that you can feel with your hand. I asked since the tint was just put on and I arrived literally 5 minutes after I got the notification that the job was done I asked if they could just take it off and give me a refund on the spot because the problem areas were nearly on every panel and the tint was still fresh so in my mind it should have been easy and a done deal. After an employee spoke to the manager, he told be that they were booked and unavailable until that next week and I just wanted the job done right the first time around. So he offered me to go to Gilroy and I did. After speaking to the Gilroy manager, he told me that they will make it right for me a couple days later. (there was another guy there having warranty work done on his car, Red flag 2) Turns out their windshield guy ain't there so I have to book another appointment to Santa Clara AGAIN to do the front windshield. And when I got back to my car there were scratches on my paint that clearly were not there before as I just bought the car and pre-inspected beforehand... surface scratches that I can buff out no problem but still a little aggravating nonetheless. And here I am a week later. I waited for the bubbling to disappear and followed their exact instruction not to roll down the windows and park in the sun and whatnot but still the same problems.

Saif is very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Explained the tinting differences and gave us the options available regarding UV protection which naturally costs more. Will have to see the results when we come back to pick up the car, and see if you like the difference.
