I recently had my car detailed by Mike from Number 3 Detailing and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! What can I say ... my car looks beautiful & smells amazing. The attention to detail is impeccable! I had my car detailed a month before and was not satisfied. I knew it was not done correctly but I also don't know anything about car detailing. I asked for the same package and the difference on the detail was not comparable. Even my engine was detailed. I'm very busy so they were super flexible with the time. The price was excellent! I finally found someone I can trust! Great job red wagon !!!

Brought my Model Y in for a PPF, Tint, and ceramic coat and Concours did a fantastic job. The communication has been fast and straight forward and the process easy. They do a follow up and check the work for any issues post application. Fortunately my vehicle didn't have any issues (delaminating or bubbling, etc..) on the PPF or Tint so goes to show they did it well the first time. Definitely not the cheapest but went with this service from word of mouth and seeing other vehicles they've done well. But not much more than i would've expected for tinting and front PPF.

I brought my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy in to have an emblem removed from the hood and they were great and efficient in removing it without any damage. Everyone involved were friendly and great. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Concourse Auto Spa.

This car wash is small yet convenient. There's nobody hanging out so you can clean your car without feeling uncomfortable. The owner is really down to earth. This is my favorite go to spot. Don't trip about the price because everything is expensive...BTW... $3 OR $5 isn't expensive. Your attitude is.

I apologize for not leaving comments the first time, sometimes I only have time to leave a quick rating. I visited during the hours of about 6 to 7pm. All but 1 stall wassupposed being used when I arrived so I swooped on it. I also don't think I received the correct time that I was supposed to, however I forgot to actually pay attention so tomorrow when I go I will definitely pay attention. I know I fed about $8 - $10 for the was. Is this location open 24hours? I would have planned on going now, I am a night owl. The location is always clean. I will stop by again tomorrow to get her dolled up for the weekend. Thank You

Disappointed, as my car is still visibly dirty. I came here because they accept Apple Pay, and have good reviews. I chose the $16 wash option, proceeded through the drive-through car wash as normal and continued to the vacuum cleaners. The vacuums had strong suction and thus worked well, but my hands got very dirty just handling the vacuum nozzles. I honestly felt disgusting after leaving, but fortunately had some wipes in the car. I couldn’t find anyone to address the issue of my car, still being very dirty and spotty. The entire hood, both front and rear bumpers, as well as my trunk door are all extremely dirty.

Great service always easy to drive through and vacuum. They offer wipes and air fresheners you can upgrade for a $1 if you choose. Been coming here for a while not and I just upgraded to platinum membership

It's hard to find good fair priced hand wash locations nowadays but my wife found this one and recommended it and I'm happy I came! My car looks amazing, their prices are super fair compared to other places I've found recently and even though there were cars here already, they moved quick the whole time. Super happy I found this place!

yea NO . there are 2places i have a go to for handwash . of ALL the times ive came here very DISSAPOINTING today . 😡TRYed to have someonefix or even answer my concernz ,NO no NOPE. . one wrkr suggested maybe i shouldve got the higher price 🤨 not even the air freshener was put on (wich comes inpakage) -- no wonder reviews are MOOONTHS ago

This place is okay. It was closed for a long time and recently reopened as an express car wash. Most car washes now are now going self-serve with rising wages. This place offers a pseudo of both types of car wash. $5 for self-serve. Upgrade packages are available and trucks and SUVs are extra. Vacuums are free. The suction is fairly good when there aren't too many people using them. They offer full wash if you don't want to do the drying. The bad part if this place is the entrance. It's a bad design and it is hard to make the sharp turn to get through the lane. You almost hit the guard posts. The place looks like it is still under construction.

Love it. All of the personal were friendly and helpful. They remove a large scratch on the bumper of my car. Small place but my car was left very clean. Better than the larger car wash. Would recommend.👍

Terrible service, they left trash by one of the doors. It’s not a hand car wash; they use an automatic machine, and it scratched the paint on my Tesla. When they put the car in the automatic machine, they didn’t close one of the rear doors properly, so water got in and soaked the interior of my car. They said that wasn’t true, but I have proof in my Tesla app showing they didn’t even use car wash mode to prevent water from getting inside or to stop the wipers from being used. This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. Hey, if you’re thinking of coming here, don’t say you weren’t warned because they will mess up your car and won’t take responsibility for it. These people could easily get sued for false advertising because they are not a hand car wash.

They did an amazing job and were SO helpful in detailing our car last minute for shipping. I called a day ahead and had our plans change so many times, but Samuel and his team were still able to help us out. They were all so friendly and definitely take pride in their work. We had our car detailed right before turning it in to the shipper and the shipper told us it was too damp and needed to be dried. We came right back to Hernandez detail and they were more than happy to help us dry out the carpets. They really did help us out when we were in a snag. I highly recommend this place and I would keep on coming back if we weren’t moving away! Thank you so much Samuel and team!

10/22/2024 Using V4 polish on 2008 Tundra now too . Looks like new , water beads and rolls off . Finished roof with C4 also but still need to polish/seal with V4. 10/08/'24 Using C4 cutting compound on 2008 white Tundra . Huge difference , bigly. See pics. I've been using chemical Guys products for a while now and although you can find cheaper products "you get what you pay for" . When you spend hours detailing at home it makes a difference you can see and feel I have not been disappointed yet . See attached pics .

Don’t waste your money! First time bringing my car for a wash / vacuum. Never again, vacuums don’t work and after the wash I dried it and seen scratches on my car, paid $10 to get scratches and not a clean car. WASTE OF MONEY. Don’t want it to happen to any one else

Unprofessional! Do not come here! I asked for a refund because there were no vacuums in the parking spots and they looked at me like I was stupid and said “the vacuums are free” with a wash, which I paid for. They manually added a vacuum to my spot. When I walked out and their friend said “my car wash came out messed up” and the person in charge said “you sound like her”

My dad paid $90 for what was supposed to be an oil change as he gotten an engine maintenance required notification on his car and they changed the oil but never the sensor that was going bad. Even had their kids working on the car and they said they didn’t even know how to replace it. Stay away from this place. This business scams.

We got a new Acura MDX and hated the chrome on it. My husband and I decided we wanted to do a chrome delete , we decided to take our car to Boyds and we love how it came out!. Exceptional Service - Transformed My Car! I had an unfortunate encounter with a concrete splatter on my Cadillac due to ongoing construction in my neighborhood. I would give them a zero star but won't let me. Today I went to get a car wash but I was rejected because last time the person in charge not the owner but the one that is supposed to be supervisor was taking to long with my car and was talking I had a Dr's appointment so I ask him to leave my car like that he got upset and didn't take my money but I pay the other guy and today when I go after a month I'm told that the owner say not to wash my car no more..to the owner pay more attention to your supervisor because I was never disrespectful to him I have always respected your employees but to let you know you only have one male employee that I have seen that does his job ...and I'm not afraid to meet you in person and say who it is you can contact me when ever you want ........

TO EXPENSIVE: NOT AND ABOVE AVERAGE CAR WASH: I own a business. I have lots of cars that need to be washed at least twice a month. This car wash is closest to my business. They do an okay job, but not a great job washing, waxing, and cleaning the interior. They refuse to give me a discount, even when I told them I just wanted them to wash and wax, they did not have to clean the inside. I paid them cash and tipped the person who cleaned my vehicle $5.00 CASH. They charged me the same price.They are more concerned about making money as opposed to giving good customer service. They are getting greedy! This place charges at least $35 for regular cars $45 for trucks.There is a car wash right down the street on Rosecrans and Avalon that does pretty much the same job for at least $10 less. GO THERE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ACT LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING.
