It is rare for me to give a 5-star rating to auto detailing company. I like to have an interior detail performed in my vehicle on an annual basis. Each year, I'd need to search for mobile auto detailers in my area and request for an estimate. The issues I've ran into in the past with previous companies is that they are a "no-show" or late to the appointment or they quote a much higher price upon arrival. Nomad is none of that! Nomad is a franchise company that recently expanded to OC. They have a website that lists upfront pricing (not estimate) for all types of detailing wok. In addition, they have a subscription service that offered discounts based on the frequency of detailing services you request. Since I perform an interior detail yearly, I immediately subscribed for their annual service. It was very convenient to select the services I needed and schedule an appointment through the website. I did not need to speak to anyone of the phone at all. I received a confirmation when the appointment was booked. Due to previous experiences mentioned earlier, I was a bit nervous that Nomad was going to be a "no-show". On the day of the appointment, I was able to track their location (whereabouts) via website when they started driving towards my meet-up point. That put me at ease. I was happy to see that they arrived on time. Upon arrival, we had a friendly introduction, and I discussed certain areas that I'd like them to focus on. Afterwards, Nomad got right to working. They did not rush the job and took their time to ensure that the interior detail was immaculate. After the job was completed, I did a thorough check, and I was very satisfied with the service. What surprised me even further was their payment system. They did not request for upfront payment. Instead, they sent me an electronic invoice with a 5-day grace period to review and pay later. When I made the payment a day later, I ensured to leave them a reasonable gratuity/tip. Overall, Nomad earned my 5-star rating because their business model delivers value to their target market. They have upfront pricing, subscription-based service, a user-friendly website, no-hassle payment, and lastly, great customer service!

Bought the Titanium Package during Black Friday sales and it was not a disappointment, really easy to make a reservation they can come to you or you can go to them, was told it could take anywhere between 2-3 hours depending on the condition but they were done in 1 hour; with everything the promised to be done; allowed me to check it out prior to them leaving to make sure they job was up to par! Definitely would go back to them!

I have a family member who works in construction and uses their car for transporting/removing items and materials. As a result, their car had become had a build up of a lot of dust and had become quite dirty. I decided to help them out and book them a car detailing for the interior. I came across Costa mobile detailing during my search. I was easily able to book an appointment online and received a prompt response back the following morning. I met with Frank and he was able to confirm a really reasonable price for the work. Since the car is old and used quite often, I was looking for just a simple cleanup so I settled for the mini interior detail package. However, Frank went above and beyond even with "mini" package and left us basically a brand new car interior. Incredible work, thank you!

I guess the car wash is okay, but they provide no towels to dry your car once it's done. Worse still, and the reason for the 2 star review is that they use hard water, which dries leaving spots all over your car.

Only good thing here are staff. Guys are really nice and friendly. I don’t know how this place could get so much miss managed. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. 1. Almost half of vacuums don’t work. 2. Those that work are very weak almost no suction. 3. Car comes out all in foam. Clearly owner wasn’t here for a while now.

I do not recommend this car wash. You guaranteed do NOT the time you pay for. I paid for 6 minutes of time, and actually only got 5 minutes or less! I couldn't believe it. I tested it 3 times! Timers are not accurate! No thank you!

Great stop if you're near by. The bays are kept clean, now walking anywhere else is tough. Bring some non slip shoes. The front is like being on ice, the vacuum stations are awesome!

Wow is right! My car looks amazing. It’s meticulously cleaned and it wasn’t it the best shape. I go out to the beach and camping and hiking, I’m always getting dirt and sand everywhere. The owner was doing another car at my complex and I asked some basic info. He ended up fitting me in to get it done tonight. Not only did he stay late, he didn’t rush the job.
