I recently inherited a car from a family member who unfortunately smoked cigarettes in it. It made it unbearable to be in it for too long without the windows having to be down. I have a child and we like to car camp, so it was super important to me to get the smell and as much smoke residue out as possible. Anthony was super communicative throughout the whole process. From the initial scheduling, to the process and the pickup. When I saw the job he did…AMAZING is an understatement. The car is almost 10 years old and was showing some age. It was dull and dirty and literally looks BRAND NEW now. From the plastic to the headlights, to the mats and upholstery ..he is truly a miracle worker. There is now zero smoke smell and everything is sparkling 🥹Anthony’s attention to detail is unreal. There was no part of my car that was overlooked. Went in for a full body PPF, 2-step paint correction, and ceramic coating to finish it off on my Tesla Model S. Cesar was great to work with, super responsive and included extra services for me like interior detail, Tesla badge replacement and follow up wash. Bradley did a great job on the PPF, they gave 2 weeks for the PPF to settle and adhere and asked that I came back in for a check up. Bradley was able to fix any spots where the PPF wasn’t sticking. My car now has a mirror finish with the ceramic coating and is fully protected. Overall with their occasional special pricing, these guys are great and the service was spot on. Would definitely recommend!

Eric has done a great job with tint and detailing for all of my cars. I had many questions regarding the processes and he was patient and willing to work with my stringent requirements. He was able to dial in my paintwork on my car that came with paint defects from the factory. He also explained the benefits of ceramic coating to me and I knew I had to have it. Hands down , Mike did an amazing detailed job on my freshly painted black 2018 Street Glide Special , although my Harley was freshly painted, it still had some flaws, paint was looking very dull no shine and lots of swirl marks. When i picked up my Harley i was super impressed. Mike corrected all the imperfections got rid of the swirls. Bike now has a mirror like finish can actually see myself in it .. Mike is a solid dude who did an absolutely fantastic job detailing my custom 96 Softail. Contacted him a few weeks back to set up an appointment, within minutes he responded and we got a detail set up. He showed up bright and early, was extremely friendly and professional and got right to work. He puts an incredible amount of attention and time into his details and knows his way around a motorcycle. I felt extremely comfortable with him working on the bike. After he was done my bike was glistening in the sun. There’s a shortage of good reliable Harley detailers, please do yourself a favor if you need your bike cleaned up and contact Mike.

I've been a customer of Xcellence Mobile Detailing for two years now, and I can confidently say that their service is top-notch. Michael, the owner, takes his time to ensure that the job is done right, using high-quality soaps, brushes, and towels. While their prices might not be the cheapest, the value for money is definitely there because of the exceptional level of detail in their work. I highly recommend. Clean establishment and Scott is very professional and responsive. I needed 7 pieces of very pricy carbon fiber from Japan. We are talking about TOMs & Voltex carbon fiber. 2 weeks didn’t seem long to me but he was very transparent about being backed up with work. Which is totally fine. I’m a very patient person anyway by nature. When our schedules finally aligned, dropped by for pick up and wow! What workman ship. Didn’t even know you could PPF in such detail. I was very impressed. He did a friends whole car in matte PPF, and that is why I chose Scott. His workmanship and he treats his customers good. Because of my positive experience with his PPF skills, I also dropped off a new set of BBS LM wheels for ceramic coating to give him more business. I highly recommend this shop! I look forward to giving him more and more of I can. Thanks Scott for everything!

Complete waste of money! Paid for a hand wash, car wash. $40 + $12 tip. Apparently that means, they only clean the exterior and by “clean” I mean they run a hose over it, clean it with a rag and dry it. I didn’t even think to look at the inside when I got it and noticed it right after I had driven off. I’m extremely unhappy with the quality and inability to be able to call someone to discuss this.

I brought my truck in for a HAND WASH since I have a lowered truck with wide wheels. It can’t fit down the auto washer. 10 mins later an attendant came up to me and said my tire was low. It wasn’t low the entire side wall was cut completely open 3/4th away around the tire. The guy swore it didn’t go through the auto wash. It’s impossible for me to drive there with that level of sidewalk damage so it had to happen by them. I will be going back when the manager is there to ask to see their surveillance tapes to prove to me if it did or did not go through the auto wash

First of all I didn't know they where mobile, that was an +. Secondly, they came out on time and finished before time. Third they did a great job and even did a little extra and didnt charge more. We've had the car for almost 3 yrs and never waxed it. They had brought life back to the car, so wonderful. I would definitely go back to them especially because my husband was very satisfied with the outcome.

Yo, this joint is the best man!!! Their whole staff is PLATINUM grade hospitality, hands down!! I love ❤️ this car wash, so much in fact, that I would shoot all the way down here from the docks in Wilmington on break just to get my car washed, for whatever reason, just makes me happy, feel clean and fresh and good for the day. There is definitely a good vibe here, always handing out wipes every time to every customer, doing promos, the best value compared to any place that i know of anyway on a month membership. Workers are the best, you'll feel welcome everything. Truly is the best experience and always look forward to going! WOW let me begin with that! I must say they must be recognized for as their service was beyond their duties. I really appreciated all of them but the most of all was Rosalyn & Jocelyn! and Ruben to top it off! I really appreciated you guys, thank you, and for their hardship work and beyond duties to get my service done, Thank you very much! First of all I was already pleased with how rough the brushing was getting done and how clean my car came out to be in the end. I wish I only had more time to wipe and vacuum but I was in a short schedule. And the worse happened on my short schedule. I was trapped when I was in the process of vacuuming when I realised I had locked in my sweater in a closing door with keys & phone! Immediately I began walking home for the second key, but they offered superior service to get my car unlocked! and they succeeded! I was so grateful and thankful, wish I had more to offer them! I am definitely a loyal customer and I will be returning mass of times. Their bundles and products seem to do the trick my car is very clean and I am so grateful for the time and effort these great people did for me, loved their product and their machine all seem in tip top maintenance shape, almost like new. In and out with a fresh looking car in 5 minutes. Vacuums work really well They also have a little air wand to get into all the tight crevices. Purchase the best wash they offered $20 comes with wipes and air freshener.

I have been going here for a long time. this morning the roller on the right side was not working and did not wash the right side. My husband went up to the manager but the manager did no offer anything. I called corporate and they offered an upgrade on my next visit. I asked for a free wash next time for the inconvenience. And they said I could get 1 within 24 hours. Which did no good. I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service. They dont care if they lose customers over 8 dollars

Brian & his mobile car wash/ detailing services are great! He responds in a timely manner (bonus points, he texts!). He was on time & his work is impeccable. I have a toddler & I learned the hard way why kids shouldn't snack in the car. My car was absolutely a wreck. Once Brian was done with it, it looked fresh & new (without the scents that a car wash will use in your car). 10/10 would recommend Brian. Our family has been using Brian's services for a year.

The customer service there is great, but I spent $40 on this tire spray bottle. It literally broke the second time using at the car wash, there’s air coming leaking from where you screw it on. I’m disappointed, but whatever I’m just gonna get something cheap on Amazon and get more uses out of that.

This car was open by my place, not too long ago and after getting my car washed a few times I really liked the service so I got my monthly membership and I love the fact that you can go as many times as you want to get your car washed really nice. People are really nice. The only thing sometimes is that the vacuums doesn’t work or they’re broken but other than that, people are helpful in the place is really nice. I recommend if you’re in the area to get a car wash better yet get your membership and get your car washed every day car washed every day.
