Shampooed my car they said!!!!! I PAID 200 dollars!!!! They didn’t vacuum anything under the seats nothing and didn’t shampoo my carpet like they said they would do. They didn’t do their job I still have sap spots outside on my car! They said they were going to buff them out and didn’t. When it came to picking up my car we showed up they said they were closed and we said you have our number and said that you will call when it’s ready! They were trying to keep my car I threatened to call the cops and all of a sudden I can get my car back. My husband went in and saw the sticky note with his number and name. Liars and thieves do not come here!!!!!!!

So I brought my car here for the first time today and it was an absolute rip off! The guy charged me $150 for a wash and to wipe down my interior. They left dry sap on the back of my car and they didn’t even vacuum above where rear passengers seat belts, speakers, rear window, and didn’t rub off some sticky adhesive off my front window are! I’ll never bring my car to this place ever again!

Best car wash and detail I’ve gotten. I have a Tesla that I got wrapped so I cannot go to just any car wash. Ultra Autoworks made sure to take care of the car and did a spectacular job at hand washing the vehicle and detailing it. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Went here to get my Tesla Model Y washed and I was more than surprised with the outcome. When I first came in, the staff was super friendly and offered me a water bottle while I wait. They really take their time and the cool thing is that you can see your car getting washed. My car came out perfect and they even cleaned the inside and it looked better than when I first picked up the car. Definitely recommend this place when it comes for a wash or any other services they offer.

NEVER going back to this horrible car wash location. They had a deal for a $50 turbo wash/wax with a vacuum interior and wipe down of the inside. Welp they completely missed the inside besides vacuuming only ONE side of my truck & not wiping/cleaning the inside. They are cleanly incapable of doing the job right. All of them are LAZY. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just got back from this place with my car. It was my first time here, I went with the turbo wash and the guy at the front said for $35 they’ll “shine my back bumper” (for 5 extra dollars) I went with that, they did a horrible job. Not completely washed, still dirty, dry spots all over the car. Extremely upsetting. Not sure what bumper they ended up shining either cause it definitely wasn’t my cars.

I almost don’t want to share this because I don’t want the place to get busier! They offer great monthly packages and have a $25 hand wash, interior and exterior, which is my go-to. Ask for Ceaser and regardless of who you get, don’t be cheap, leave a tip!

After trying out three different detailers to tackle the stubborn hard water stain, Mike from Pro Mobile Auto Detailing stepped in with an amazing approach. He checked the paint's thickness and used a microscope to ensure the stain is over the clear coat. Mike promised he could fix it without the need for a full repaint of the hood, and he delivered! Mike’s work was impeccable. He restored my 2022 Tesla’s paint to its original color via paint correction. After weeks, the car still has a showroom shine. I’m happy every time I look at it. And the inside of the car looks and smells brand new. I’ll be having Mike do the detailing from this point forward, as he is incredibly meticulous and it’s obvious that he takes extraordinary pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants their car to look as good as new again. Honestly, I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I went into this project but the result far exceeded my expectations. Besides me, Mike will be the only person touching my paint from now on. In an unfortunate turn of events, I already marred his perfect work by simply trying to get rid of what appeared to be a stain from a drop of green fluid that landed on my hood from the pipes above in my parking garage. Because I can’t live with it in this imperfect condition, I’ll be bringing it to Mike to fix it. Thanks in advance, Mike!

Just got back from the car wash i paid for the deluxe 60$ wash because my car was pretty dirty and i thought higher the price the better the wash but Im pretty disappointed. Multiple spots still have died bird poop and they didn’t even vacuum my trunk. I added a picture of a water spot to show I just got back from the car wash.

Went in today to have my car hand washed and the interior fully detailed for $130. My bf had gone a few weeks prior and the job they did on his car was amazing. I'm not sure what happened today but the job they did on my car was horrible. Attention to detail was not there at all. Right off the bat, my seats still looked dirty, and we actually addressed this with the employee. After leaving and upon further inspection I noticed: - steering wheel still had gunk on it - visor mirrors were still dirty - hub caps had black residue on them - touch screen was still dirty One of the things I was looking forward to getting rid of were these liquid splatters on the outside of both the right side doors that would never come off when I went through a car wash. They were still there and there was no sign of any effort in taking them off. The front hub cap on the left side was broken in 2 spots. Overall, very disappointing to say the least, especially for what I paid for.

Pretty terrible for $40 + tip. The car looks cleaner but not what you would expect after a car wash. Doesn't seem like they wiped down the inside with anything but a rag. Windows are still dirty. Center console dirty. They also broke the plastic piece to the bottom of the seat and left it in the passengers seat.

Ron and Brad cleaned my car earlier today. The communication with them was very easy. They arrived on time with a great positive attitude. They told me what / how they will do it. They answered my questions and showed me the specific spots inside my car that really needed cleaning. It took only 1 hour to get my clean nice car back! I will absolutely work with with Ron and Brad to get my car cleaned in the future.

Had a mishap where some paint overspray got all over my vehicle. Called about ten different places and so glad I settled with these guys. Ron gave me the best option and price and connected me with Brad, a mobile detailer in my area. Brad did an amazing job, removed all the paint and made the finish of my car new. Excellent HAND car wash and auto detailing. Vic and his team do an excellent and thorough job inside and out. They know how to clean a black car( no new swirl marks, water spots etc.)If you take pride in your vehicle you'll appreciate the pride they take in their work. I actually live in Los Angeles, but when I want my car looking really nice inside and out, I always drive to OC and take it here. The other thing that's great and unique is if he sees something that needs to be addressed, they call you and suggest solutions. Always at a reasonable price.

Purchased the Full Detail Interior Package. Company was prompt and arrived on time, communicated with me their ETA before arrival. I recently took my new Tesla in to Luxury Road for a full ceramic coating. Bryan did a fantastic job with the total car including the wheels. In addition to protecting it from general weather and road grime, the dust is no longer an issue either. It ALWAYS looks clean!!! This is a great, local resource! Bryan is consistently the best! Attentive, friendly and detail oriented. I bring my 2014 Toyota Highlander in about once a year for a “spa day” and pick her up looking like new (not easy with a large dog and lots of beach trips).
