These gentlemen are extremely professional, washed and clayed my car and after we still need to do a paint correction on the black. Told me he would be there the next morning in the morning it would knock it out at a discounted price, kept his word, car came out amazing, so happy I reached out!! I called Ameer first thing on a Sunday morning. I had an immediate request for service. Not only did he answer the phone at 8am… but he never hesitated to say he would come. Once he arrived, he set up shop and got to work. He was communicative and explained the whole breakdown of services and fees. He was honest up front and no surprises. The inside of my car looked amazing when he was done AND the outside looked better than the day I bought it! Although detailing can be expensive- he is totally worth it

I purchased my 2024 F350 just before Christmas and I contacted Kyle immediately to scheduled it for a ceramic coating. He also suggested window tint and clear bra for the front bumper and headlights, which Kyle took care of setting it all up, all I had to do was drop it off! After it was tinted Kyle took over to do what he does best and protect my truck from the elements. When I showed back up the truck looked amazing, it was everything I was wanting and was so satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Kyle and his team. This place is horrible. They completely messed up my car and had no remorse about it they didn’t even care. no money back no free car wash no nothing. Dakota was rude and blamed it on the manufacturer and not the messed up car wash. Shanyness was helpful and nice. I would not recommend coming here unless you want a messed up car and dirty looks from staff!!!

He advertise to give you the water for free if you buy something in the end he charge you for it and the water quality socks do not buy here go to a different location. This is a very good car wash place. Drive through wash and dry so you stay in your car the whole time. Recommend the “first class” for $19.99 with a 10 dollar rebuy that you can use within 21 days. Wash is good for what it is. Lots of vacuum stations outside. Abraham the manager was amazing. He greeted me at the gate and even asked how my day was going. Excellent customer service. This will keep me coming back for sure. Highly recommend for a quick wash. Will return.

The car wash caused damage to my brand new 2024 truck and won’t take responsibility for it. The manager was very polite & took down an accident report at the time , he took pictures of my rims since when my truck went through the wash both the front and rear drivers side have identical marks from something hitting both rims. When I was going through the wash my entire truck shook, it felt like some sort of a jolt. I talked to the site mgr Robert who said he was reviewing footage. He showed me footage before my truck shook, I told him that it happened afterwards. I don’t recommend this place at all, they don’t take responsibility at all especially if they cause damage to property. He said after watching all of the camera footage my truck never moved which I know was incorrect both of my rims have identical marks on them to prove otherwise.

The did an amazing job making my car look like new again. 🤩 The price was great especially since I had a filthy car with my toddler’s crumbs and stuff everywhere. I appreciated that they were able to work around that so I didn’t have to prep anything in advance. Also, I loved that I was able to get my car washed at my home which saved me sooooo much time! Cheap air freshener messed up my interior panel , I hung the air freshener on the cell phone mount and next day when i was using the radio I noticed the radio panel looked warped and hazy, come to find out these cheap air fresheners messed it up

The machine broke my passenger side mirror and they did an incident report just to find out that the owner John says that it was a different mirror I had on. They said my mirror looks different than the driver side. Of course it looks different hanging. These people are so unprofessional and the owner John keeps hiding from me when I call or show up. Never going bringing any of my cars here again.

They are too slow! They don't have the cloth rollers that scrub the car as it goes through the wash, therefore, there is one person scrubbing the cars down by hand before going through the rail wash. This causes a back up of cars. If you don't have time don't come here. It took 40 minutes before my car went through the wash! NOT HAPPY!

Came in at 12:25, left my car and went to Wal-Mart to buy some stuff. Lady said it will take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hr as its busy. Asked for engine wash said they can't do it as not enough staff. 50$ for car wash and detail. Oh and my car was a mess inside. When we got back from Walmart at 1:30 I just saw my car leaving the wash bay. Either they had to thoroughly vacuum my car or it was really really busy. Went to taco bell and ate lunch. When we were done we still had to wait for another 15 minutes. Got my car 1 hour and 40 minutes. There was a guy who said his car was not yet ready after 90 mins. So he was asking for refund. He was waiting for a long time and observed that some other cars where done ahead of him he was not too happy. Lady that did the intake did not have the skill to pacify him. To make matters worst one of the detailer started answering back. And they were yelling at each other. This could have been avoided if the in take Lady did not keep offering the detail service when she had more than 10 cars in que. Or at least gave the guy a longer estimate on the service. She was telling customers behind me the same 90 min estimate when I finished. They made a killing today but I'm sure some customers will not come back. I was just passing by and had walmart not been near by I would not have gone here. But for the service I got I will give them 5 stars. The car was detailed nicely. 👌

First time here😊 Really needed help with cleaning my car’s exterior and more importantly the interior. Thankful for the help and hard work into my car. There’s plenty of message chairs inside you can sit in (message part requires card payment). Outdoor seating with shade umbrellas are also available while you wait for your car. There are 4 types of cleaning plans. I chose the Manager Special for my car’s need. The wait wasn’t too long for a weekday, but I assume weekends are a longer wait.

Update to my 4 star review. I drive a stock pickup truck and recently subscribed to a membership package. This car wash is great for a car but for the pickup it does not wash the rear window and just applies soap and a rinse. I have had the membership for two weeks and I'm on the fence to cancel if I need to wash my rear window i might as well wash my truck myself. I do like the way the rest of the truck looks. Update to my 3 star review Went in yesterday out of necessity and I was extremely clear that my rear window wasn't being washed with the brush when I visited prior. The lady I spoke to said that if I chose the lucky duck wash for $23 it would wash with the brush. My truck came out amazing but once again my rear window did not get washed. I've given you many trys to make a situation right and have failed. When I cancelled my membership your corporate customer service failed to make it right and they didn't communicate to confirm that it was cancelled.

They never have clean towels, and if it looks like they do, it's just because they have no actual separation between the used and clean like it says on the container. On top of that, my license plate is all messed up after running it through the wash, with the outer corners bent inward. Honestly just waiting for my monthly membership to end to cancel. So disappointed, I never had any issues when visiting their NorCal locations but they don't seem to care as much here

I am a member here with 2 cars. We pay $60 a month. The blow dryers for the cars have not worked for over 2 months the entire passenger side of your car is left soaking wet. They still have not fixed it.

I really like this car wash due to its convenience on my way to and from work. However dor the last couple of weeks the passenger side blower dryer has not been functioning, making it necessary for me to exit the vehicle and dry it in order to not have water spots. I usually just drive away, since I'm a solo driver and my interior doesn't really get soiled, so I don't use the vacuums. Otherwise I'd of given you a 5 star rating.

Depsite hearing a lot of truckers say the little sisters in Fontana sucked... i decided to give it a try since i was going to get polished in the back anyway (the polishers are different). Standard wash nothing fancy, but for $40 extra on top of the trailer wash, i asked for acid wash to remove the grime. It's such a horrible job. I had to ask them multiple times to touch up spots. They spray the acid scrub and let it dry basically useless and then rinse it off. You could definitely see where they didn't even bother scrubing. They say its a hand dry included, they pretty much let your truck dry in the sun, then just come with a wet rag and do nothing. 1 guy was drying 4 trucks. The crews here are lazy and unsupervised, and it shows.

Absolutely appalling experience at this truck wash. I paid $117.99 for a truck wash and engine cleaning, expecting a comprehensive service. Instead, I was nickel-and-dimed at every turn. First, they asked for an additional $10 to unhook my trailer so they could wash the frame. Then, I discovered they didn't even clean the fuel tanks or wheels. And if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to ask for another $30 to clean the back side of the truck. That's a whopping $147.99 for a supposedly premium service that's clearly incomplete. Unless they seriously overhaul their pricing and service standards, I would strongly advise against using this truck wash. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I came here a few months back when they first opened. Let me start by saying Martin was their best employee and I was heartbroken to hear that he no longer works here. Martin provided me with excellent customer service. When I first came here, one of the other employees set me up on a monthly plan; however, the next time I tried pulling into the car wash, the gate would not opened. It seems one of the other reps there put the wrong license plate on my account when they first registered me. I showed Martin my receipt and he fixed it for me right away. On top of that, every time I would bring my car to wash, Martin would offer to shine my tires free of charge. I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond for their customers. Perhaps the other staff members here could learn a thing or two from Martin. As far as the car wash goes, give it 10/10. Plenty of vacuums and floor mat holders. They need to offer Martin his job back or hire him to train the other employees and pay him a higher salary. Seriously.

I’ve been coming here to wash my car for a good couple years. This time the owner showed up and said WASHING CARS WITH BUCKETS IS NOT ALLOWED. What? - I asked. He respected that WASHING CARS BY HAND WITH BUCKET AND A SPONGE IS NOT ALLOWED BECAUSE ITS A BUSINESS. I was alone there, all the rest of the bays were empty. Takeaway: washing cars on a self-service car wash by hand is not allowed. Don’t go there, don’t waste your time because it’s a BUSINESS, not a car wash.
