A friend recommended this company, I have a wild two year old and needed a very deeply cleaning. Jose explained my options very thoroughly. He also explained the importance of not only shampooing, but properly disinfecting and sanitizing. Jose got my car spotless and had it smelling fresh off the lot. I believe that was due to the disinfecting and sanitation after shampooing. I’m very big on deep shampooing and wanted that to be the main focus as a babies bottle can drip milk and not only leave residue, but a very bad foul odor. I appreciated the timeliness, friendliness and quality work that was done. This first company to actually disinfect and sanitize on top of shampooing. I will be referring to all I know, especially those mommas that need a good deep shampooing job. 100/10!!!!!!

I cannot recommend them enough! My Mercedes Sprinter van was dirty from traveling across the country with a bunch of dogs and they cleaned my van spotless, I’ll definitely be coming back for exterior and maintenance cleans.

I came here to get an interior detailing for $169 as stated on the website. I had spilled something in my seat. I didn’t want to do the outside of the car but they did an exterior basic wash anyways which I really appreciated! The car came back BEAUTIFUL!!! They even cleaned my spare tire compartment! Beautiful job! Why I’m giving three starts is because I didn’t end up paying $169 I ended up paying $215. That’s $46 more. They said that the $46 more was to use an extractor machine so they can get everything up out of the seats. That they would shampoo and extract, but if you wanted it really, really clean/ extracted it would be $46 extra….. ummmm okay?? there’s nothing like that in the signs outside and there’s nothing like that in the additional services tab on the website. So it gave “ oh I can easily up-charge her because I know her seats are dirty” I feel like this additional service should be on the website so it looks like you didn’t just make it up on the spot. In reality $46 up-charge is a lot of money. that’s 3 hours of work! Or enough to barely fill up your gas! Will be going again but making sure $169 is my FINAL TOTAL !

Luis + JR did a great job on my Tesla Model S. I was grateful to find a hand wash service that delivers on quality, worth the $45 for the basic, they cleaned bug guts, dog hair + dander with nothing left but clean crevices. I'll be back every time I am in town.

Super fast and friendly service! My car hadn’t been cleaned in months because of all the rain. Within 20 minutes it was shiny and spotless - inside and out. Also props to whoever did the interior because my daughter has goldfish crushing parties in the backseat and not a trace of the processed cheese snack was left behind. 😅 There is also an air- conditioned waiting area, shaded outdoor seating, tons of snacks and drinks to choose from which made the wait more pleasant than other car washes I have been to. With all the car washes in the area I am glad I stopped at this one.

I've been going here for years! I just got my car detailed today, and they did such a great job! It was fast, and the employees were very kind and thoughtful. My car is always super clean when going through the drive-through, and unlike many places, there is a very comfortable place to sit out in front. Five stars for sure!!

After telling the foreman I wanted the gold service he wrote up a receipt. I pointed out that a beverage had spilled and can he please make sure they get that. "That is not included in the gold package you need a mini detail for that." "What I said? That's $200 bucks. You've got to be kidding." Having zero intention to pay $200 for such nonsense. Walking to the register I noticed he also signed me an extra $1 for a medium size vehicle. I drive a Chevy Bolt, anything smaller would be a two seater motorcycle. I got home and took a rag and Windex and it cleaned up nicely. I will never go to these shyster car wash place again.

We brought our black Porsche Macan in for two reasons, one to clean up after our dog threw up in my car and he did a great job. We also brought it back to get all the scratches (there were a lot) out of the paint both deep and mild scratches. They did an incredible job my black paint looks brand new the car looks amazing. Cody is great to deal with and very professional and fair. We will definitely be back with other vehicles and I highly recommend Shine!

Yes, had I read that $7 is the minimum, I might not have stopped. This is probably the most expensive car wash I have been to. Not sure why. It's no different than any other, and it's small, there are no drying bays, and vacuums are in the full sun. Spot free was okay. Left some minor spots. I think maybe the rent is high because of location so they charge more? Just be prepared. 7$ is the minimum!

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about in these reviews. It all worked perfectly, the payment, the wands. I cleaned my entire rv for $15. My theory is people just don’t how to wash their own cars haha! I had a hard time finding a do it yourself car wash around here.

I went there on a Tuesday about 10:30 am, it was an aprox 6 minute wait to get a stall. Everything was in working order except for the the vacuum I used had a finicky cc terminal,there was no wait to use the vacuum and it had good suction no air leaks. This do it yourself wash has Zero shade tarps at the vacuums..and why only 3 stars instead of 4 is the Money ...the wash terminal comes to a stop at $15 requiring you to re up the minimum $5 again I feel ripped off since I already put in the minimum. I just checked my bank statement they stole $2 from me with two single ghost $1 charges. If I didn't have an older car that shouldn't go through the auto machines it would have been half the price to pay for a full service standard wash elsewhere. ****Hey Buggy** you could have had a good return customer if you hadn't ghost stolen money I don't care how small amount it was.

I would give negative stars if I could. I've gone to countless self serve car washes all over socal and Phoenix. Never have I ever and never will I ever support the business of a bad person. Don't know if he is racist or he is homophobic but the owner lives on this property and expect to be harassed by him. He turned off my carwash and threatened to turn off the lights on my if I didn't leave. My car was covered in soap while he was harassing me. You're better off supporting the homeless people on the corners that wash your windshield than waste your time and money at this disgusting establishment

Don’t go here unless you just want a machine wash. I got a complete detail and the outside looks like it was only rinsed. I was told they would do a hand polish, but there is still grime, surfboard wax and even new substances (looks like dripped cement??) on the hood and roof. There are many other better and cheaper places near by. I would suggest High Performance Auto Detail.

By far the most overpriced and underwhelming car wash in the area. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Unless you’re paying $100 or more they will not do a good job and will only offer bare bones service. You’d be better off at a self car wash. This used to be one of the best car washes in the area. I wouldn’t go here again even if I had a gift card to pay for it! WORST CAR WASH IN CALIFORNIA

I had an amazing experience with Sunshine Detailers! From start to finish, Jen and her team provided top-notch service. They were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough with their work. My 2002 BMW looks like it just rolled off the assembly line—absolutely flawless! They took care of every detail, from the exterior wash and polish to the interior deep clean, and even managed to remove some stubborn stains I thought were permanent. Booking was easy, and Jen was very accommodating with scheduling. I also appreciated the use of eco-friendly products that left my car shining without any harsh chemicals. Jennifer, the owner of Sunshine Detailers, did a WONDERFUL job detailing my Lexus, from beginning to end. She arrived on time, and her attention to detail as she worked on my car was outstanding - when she was done my 2007 Lexus sparkled and looked brand new! In addition, I never saw anyone enjoy her work as much as Jennifer, and as a result I enjoyed watching her work! Her business is new and I want her to succeed. UPDATE I've given it some thought and I've upgraded my review to five stars. Yes this is $6 which is more than $3 self-serve but they give you twice the amount of time. I did like going here and what I particularly liked is the retro design and especially that the owner is responsive and replied right away to my review. It's a fun, retro, kitschy place that's pretty cool. So I'm recommending this place and I'm going to go more often. Have a great day and support interesting small businesses! ORIGINAL Helpful place if you don't have access to one of the cheaper self-serve. I thought it was good. Things I don't like are the fact that it says $5 minimum and it's $6. However it gives you a lot more time than those other ones so if you have a big car it's still a good deal. I can get mine done for under $3 in Pacific Beach which is my favorite but this was useful and I thought it was good!

I keep getting charged $15 on my credit card, when I just spend 5 min on a wash. Other than this issue, they have great service with a good spot free rinse formula. Another negative is they open at 6:00 but none of their lights turn on so I have to wash in the dark!!!! Please TURN the lights on at 6 am!!!!!!!

I initially wasn’t completely satisfied with the job done on my car, but after speaking with the manager, the team went above and beyond to make things right. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. They listened to my concerns and made sure to address every issue. In the end, they did an incredible job on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I truly appreciate the extra effort from the entire staff, and I’ll definitely be returning. I came here many times but this time I was very disappointed! The car was not cleaned at all especially the inside still crumbles between the seats dust all around and for $29.99 + &5 tip, they only took like 15 minutes total just tell that it was not worth the money and the drive, I could have done a better job myself, in-fact it took me 5 minutes to ho over the insite & make shine… will not come, that for sure!

One of the only gas stations besides AMPM that has the awesome 'crunch' chewable ice at the soda fountain - a must for me! Also has Nos energy drinks 2/$3 deal for the low-E folks, and refills propane tanks for $3.99/gal (fill only, no exchanges). Would be 5 stars but gas prices at this Shell station are higher than the other Shell on the opposite corner of Leucadia Blvd & Town Center Pl.

I usually do all the maintenance on my own vehicles but when it comes to despising fluids I like to take it in to my man Kalvin. He has so much knowledge on how motors run and made my work truck run so good by adding 5-40 instead of 5-30 because how it burns, they did a transmission flush and radiator flush. Running SOO!! Much better now thanks again 👍🏻

Mike was so great to work with and I’m so happy with the cleaning and ceramic coating he did on my car! 10/10 recommend. I called Mike looking for information on ceramic coatings for my new car. He picked up and took the time to offer me a consultation and discuss my options. He was so knowledgeable and actually helped me SPEND LESS by sharing what I did and didn’t need. I was so impressed by the customer experience I booked him on the same call and didn’t look any further. He thoroughly cleaned my SUV and applied the ceramic coating in 1.5 hours just as he said he would then shared best practices and options to keep it clean, shiny, and sparkling. When I got inside the car, I noticed he even touched up some of the inside and cleaned finger prints off the screen. I wish I could give 6 stars to Coast Detail. I met JT from Coast Detail while he was woking on my neighbors car and he instantly impressed my as a true professional. After the detail, I asked my neighbor what they thought of the job he did and their review was glowing about the detail itself, but also working with JT. I first hired JY to do a, "Interior Reset" on my wife's Volvo SUV - subjected to 110,000 miles of kids sports, In-N-Out drive through, dog sitting, and beach days. Suffice it to say, it was NASTY. After a solid 4 hours, JT transformed our car into near new condition. And he is HONEST!! During the detail, he volunteered that the rug deep clean (a significant part of the detail package) wouldn't be needed because the rubber floor mats we had protected the carpet from most of the abuse above - saving me a big chunk of change. I'm not sure many others would voluntarily suggest removing service and cutting into their revenue. What a mensch!

This auto car wash was shockingly effective! These auto washes never get my car fully clean but this car wash has two staff to spray and scrub the back panel of your car before going in which helps a lot. They have great attention to detail. The machine wash itself is also very effective and has a blanket drying part at the end so you don't get water spots. I didnt use the vacuums, but they give you a vacuum token to use at the end, which I'm assuming is on a timer. Overall this was probably the best $10 I have spent in a while! If I lived locally, I would try the membership.

Josh is FANTASTIC! I heard from him very quickly after submitting an inquiry on the website. He was responsive and flexible with setting up our appointment and arrived on time. He did an interior detail of our Kia Sorento, and man it looks better than when we bought it. We have a 3 year old Airedale Terrier that goes everywhere with us, so you can imagine what the cargo looked like. Our first baby is arriving in a couple weeks and I really wanted a thorough detail before we installed her car seat. Josh did NOT disappoint. I was ecstatic with the work completed for me at Mach 1. When I bought my VW Jetta it did not have tint and I knew with it being a black car it not only needed tint but it needed ceramic tint. All of my concerns were answered and I felt confident with my choices. I am leaving this review a year and a half since I received the tint and it has not aged one bit. I am very happy with the service and the product. I have recommended Mach 1 to my friends and family. I will be returning with future vehicles.
