Very bad job vacuuming the car the interior was not even wiped. Talked with manager very nice at first then called me back to tell me that his staff spent 5 minutes vacuuming. You judge their job by the pictures. My 1 star is for the behavior of the manager. First at this place. My car is a 2023 VW needed just regular cleaning. The manager also suggested I put up pictures of previously taking the cars. So if you decide to try this place take before pictures in case you are asked for them.

We have been coming here forever. They consistently give excellent attention to our vehicles. My son had a dog hair farm growing in his car & Bubbles made it fresh and like new. Tip: Try the massage chair while you wait for your car.

I had a really bad experience at Premier Care Wash. My car was still dirty after the wash, and to make things worse, the vacuuming wasn’t done properly either. It feels like the staff don’t care about the quality of their work anymore. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

I have been a customer of a premier car wash company for years, and the only reason I keep coming back is that it is close to my home. Their cleaning service isn't that great they always miss a spot even if it is obvious that there is a spot to clean. I have had my detailed cleaning, but I must redo it whenever I get home. However, the experience I had this morning was unacceptable. The woman who was directing us in the line was extremely rude. I consider myself patient, but her approach toward me as a customer was utterly inappropriate. I made a complaint at the front desk, but the lady there just smiled and didn’t even ask about my concerns, as if they tolerate the rudeness of their staff. I’m not usually one to complain or write reviews, but this experience has truly disappointed me this early in the morning.

I’ve been a member here since they first opened. I also bought my son a membership for his truck as well. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. I have the Date Night option, and use it at least twice a week. Car comes out pretty shiny and dry at the end, but I LOVE using the air compressor hoses to get all of the water out of all the nooks and crannies. I don’t even need to bring a towel at this point. Keep up the good work.

I would highly recommend high class mobile detail for taking care of your car inside and out … he did an amazing job on my vehicle and a really incredible job on restoring my headlights they were dull and cloudy looking and he made them look like new and clear and my car smelled good after his service… I recently got this vehicle and this was the first really good cleaning since having it and I was very satisfied with the job…. We had a great experience and profession work completed here. We were able to clean off water spot damage and protect the finish with a ceramic coating. We chose the 5 year warranty option. But you can get a longer one too. Immediately you can see ho much shinier and feel that it is so slick and smooth.

I wanted to make sure to come back and leave a review after having service a short time ago. After searching and finding too many place to choose from, I found this place by word of mouth. I’m impressed with the personal touch provided by the detail manager Ruben. I had a brand new car that I wanted the exterior detailed, this isn’t a listed service but he was able to accommodate. I valued be treated as an individual, not just a number. The service was outstanding—my car looked stunning after they detailed it. I was able to in quickly, and their prices were competitive - or better- without cutting corners. I think the website suggests that they specialize is a few brands of cars so if it makes a difference mine is an Acura. I’ll definitely return here for any future detailing needs. Being that I live in Sacramento and they are located in Elk Grove says something about the quality of my experience. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience so no complaints there and the staff previously had always been helpful. Unfortunately today will be my last time visiting. I was hoping to get a second run through the wash as it seems that it didn't scrub the back, no one was attending the front and all the employees were off to the side doing extra curricular activities. This is none of my business but when you are in the service industry, you must be attentive and be ready to help. I would have been okay if I wasn't approached after a few minutes without the chuckling but the laugh is what did it for me. I appreciate the many years of car washed though.

Great service at the drive-up payment, it was hard to reach but the attendant appeared immediately and was great. Gave my whole car a good pre-wash spray-down and even mopped the windshield and windows. As a result, the basic wash got my car way cleaner than the competitor duck wash place’s deluxe wash could ever dream of. Also it had more drying blowers than most places, plus a big drying buffing cloth thing like I’ve never seen before. Glad I stumbled upon this spot, I’ll be back next time I’m in the neighborhood for sure.

Great car wash. Friendly staff. Super easy to get to and use. They provide clean microfiber clothes that are amazing quality along with window cleaner. Vacuums are powerful and if you join the text message club you get the first wash free and your bday wash is free too! Love love love this place ❤️ and is my only car wash place I'll take my car too. Bright Vibes drove out to my house to detail two cars for me. They showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, and moved the cars around as needed. The worst experience ever.paid 40$ for highest wash and . Messed up my range rover allover the place alot of grease on the rims and those white comical allover the body and windows paid 260$ other place to taking care of the mess they made on my range. Last two pics are after I get those spots cleaned out.better to stay away bcoz I leave detailed message to their contact but never got reply.
