Justin and his guys washed my car and my girlfriends car early morning in the cold on Sunday. Got the wheels and exterior super clean in a timely manner. He even explained what chemicals and soaps were being used and what they did. Would 100% have him wash my vehicles again and will be recommending family and friends as well.

I was referred to Justin by legends West whom my fiance recommended for car detailing. He is very nice and down to heart and passionate about his work. I initially gave him a call to see if I could get a quote and also if he recommends if I needed paint correction. I've had my car for 8 years. I didn't get PPF back then cause it wasn't as popular yet. I scheduled a consult appointment, got the quote and his recommendation. Due to work travel, I didn't get a chance to schedule an appointment until recently as well as both sides being busy. Got a wash and detail. Justin kept me in the loop the entire time while he was working on the car with another person who was helping him. He was texting me photos and letting me know when my car would be ready for pick up. Just was very honest when he needed more time since he wasn't happy with the work that the person assisting him, on my interior. So he redid it, added on UV protection for the interior and 6 month spray sealant in the exterior for the inconvenience. Overall, his work and cost is worth it. He went beyond to make sure his attention and focus is on your car. Him being a car enthusiast himself, he understands the care and mindset we have about our cars. I highly recommend going to Justin!

Leo is a very helpful person, first time here at this location my experience was great, he was very helpful walked me through/ answered all my questions and helped me choose the best products and polisher to start polishing my offroad tacoma. He also gave me a very helpful polishing class since im a beginner and have never polished befored walked me through every step from how to apply the compound to how to properly hold the torqx and polish a vehicle.

Tony picked up my call and he was able to accommodate with setting an appointment. Excellent service on the requested list of items. The price value for the work that was done was top tier. I had shipped my car from Hawaii and found them through a mutual friend. I received exterior detailing and deep cleaning of the interior. The interior seats got shampooed and they were extremely dirty. I am grateful that Tony and his team were able to get my car clean and done within 24 hours as I was on a time crunch. Tony recommended the headlights lens restoration and I am glad that I I went with his recommendation. My car, she's a brand new beauty. Reminds me of when I first bought the car 7 years ago.

Only takes coins. Does not take debit/credit card. Vacum hose hardly had any suction. Had spot free rinse and air blower but soap left a film after rising and noticed it when I was drying my vehicle.

The exterior clean is very nice. The interior however, not so great. I inside handles of the car were not cleaned. The area around the start button was not cleaned. And the interior vacuum was ok at best. I still found food and paper pieces under my seats. When I give a 20% tip on top of the high price of the car wash package, I expect no food to be left in my car and for the areas that are frequently touched to be wiped down. I'll drive further out for better service.

This place is TRASH. Overpriced, they charge $30 for reg wash and dry. basically a tunnel wash and a VERY sloppy vacuum pass. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The pendejo dropped my keys, almost ran over them 🤦‍♀️

Have been coming to this carwash for a while. They have such great prices and many deals to not miss from. Just took my car to get a wash and they recommended I get a headlight polish. I definitely don’t regret it. Big different in my headlights. They look brand new. When I saw them I couldn’t believe that was my car. my car wasn't vacuumed properly, under the mats and under the seats too it's dirty and i have bought the diamond package, i'm very dissatisfied with the place, i went around 4:40 PM. at first when i had got my car, the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned and the dashboard wasn't cleaned niether and the guy wasn't providing the service i had paid for and still he was giving me attitude. I won't be coming to this place, i'll find business somewhere else.

This is my new go to neighborhood car wash. The service is really great and the prices are very reasonable. My mom started coming here before she couldn’t drive on her own anymore and she always shared how all the workers took care of her when she was by herself. Worst experience, poor service. the service broke my car's rear wiper. their phone number never works to call and they reply in email that they are happily careless and not responsible for any damage that happens if your car is 5 years old. just avoid it.

I have been a monthly member of Bellagio Express Car Wash since last month. My car is black and it was dirty with a lot of dust and bird droppings. It was not easy to clean my car every week, but since I found this place while driving, I clean my car about 4 times a week. It doesn't take much time, so it is convenient. I normally go here to do my oil change, but had a horrible experience, the Armenian guy wasn't honest and didn't put the right amount of oil they blew engine...dishonest business how do you expect your business to grow if u offer service like this? I took my mother's suv to be wash the exterior was okay but they did a horrible job with the interior of the car they just pushed a dry rag around to make it seem as if they did anything a complete waste of $35 because I eneded up having to clean the interior myself

I was going to Target and saw the car wash while I exited the freeway. I contemplated getting a car wash and how I would drive backwards to get to the entrance. I ended up deciding to do it and Google Maps was very helpful. There is an entrance/exit from the Ross plaza that lets you turn right, then you can turn immediately right into the car wash entrance. There are three lanes you can park into. I checked the menu above and went with the Rainbow Wash $33. They gave me a slip and told me to leave the keys in the cup holder. They proceeded with the interior vacuum while I went inside to pay at the cashier. (They accept credit card and Apple Pay.) I later realized that the guy who gave me the slip and the young lady at the cashier were the only two people who were able to speak to me in English. I didn't plan for the interior vacuum, so I had a ton of s*** in the trunk. After they finished the back seat, I was able to move the trunk stuff to the back seat. Then they cleaned the trunk. Then they drove the car into the car wash building. After the wash, they parked the car outside under the sun with the other cars and let it dry for a while. Then they got towels to dry the exterior and wipe down the windows inside too. They honk your car when it's done. My car took 40-45 minutes. I saw a lot of people walk out to do shopping or grab food while their cars were being washed. They have several waiting areas, so it was nice to be able to walk around instead of staying put. They also have two massage chairs! Their sign outside says they have like $13-14 car washes on Mondays through Thursdays, but the fine print says it's for vans and SUVs. Lowkey misleading.
