The French Family We did our due diligence and research on the inner web for someone to Ceramic coat my 2020 Ram (Black) truck and my wife’s 2018 (Black) Cadillac. After several hours of this laborious task and reaching out to companies, I spoke with Derek of CCA Detailing on the phone. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Everyone else that I spoke with in my search just seem like salesman. Derek was honest and upfront about all aspects of Ceramic Coating. Derek is genuinely passionate about the services his company provides. After getting to meet Derek in person and going over our vehicles and listening to all the comprehensive prep work before the coating. I must say I felt completely confident, leaving my vehicles with him. The end result was amazing…both my wife and I agreed that our vehicles look better than when we first bought them new. Absolutely phenomenal work! Not only is the owner Derek very professional, he clearly is very passionate about his work and it shows, both in the way he talks about it and in the way he puts so much time and effort into making sure it’s done right instead of quickly. The PPF is perfectly clear, free from bubbles, and cleans to a very nice, high-gloss finish. You can’t even tell it has a PPF until you get up close or feel the surface of the car. He taught me how to take care of my PPF, how to clean it properly, and made sure I understood what it can and cannot do. It’s already protected the paint several times from large chips, and definitely worth the investment. The higher price is 100% worth every penny. He’s not just a wrap-and-done shop. He asked me to bring my vehicle in a week later to make sure the PPF was looking good, did some touch-ups, and made sure to let me know how to contact him if there are any issues any how to handle replacement of a PPF panel if that ever happened. He showed me all of the cool stuff they offer, the cool cars they had in the shop and I had a great time just being at the shop and interacting with the people there. He’s absolutely sold me on future work and as a long-term client. I can’t see myself taking my cars for PPF/ceramic coatings/protectants to anyone else as long as I’m in San Diego.

I always come to soapy joes for a car wash, the wash tunnel is fun with a lot of lights. this location is pretty quick and with a lot of vacuum stalls, typically they are almost full but a quick wait and you should get one. The vacuum is pretty strong so it sucks every thing out.

🛑 I just did an incident report at this location 816 N Second St El Cajon. Been a customer a long time, this vehicle is a newer model I had no issues prior. The machine was too aggressive with the pressure it was applying on my vehicle and I was stopped mid wash they told me to put in drive I don’t know if this had anything to do with it but be careful. 🛑 🛑 If they fix my bumper I will return as a customer I understand machines don’t work the way they’re supposed to all the time but if you damage a customers vehicle I would assume you would fix it if not then I’ll stop recommending and coming here!! 🛑

I wish I would have taken before picture. I took my other vehicle up here to get carpet cleaned and car washed. Haven't been cleaned since I gave it to my nephew in May. For the price, I couldn't complain about anything. I highly recommend

They literally blew out my tires, I asked the manager if they could give me any solution and they couldn’t help me at all. They blew out my both tires from the pilot seat and the tire from the rear door. They could not do anything, they would “look for help”. Do not come to this car wash!!

This place is petty bad. The machines are down or only partially working often. The spot free rinse is definitely not spot free. Maybe 1 of the blowers works most times. My wheels have been road rashed so hard in the unkempt guides. The "brushes" are never cleaned from what ive seen. There are some pretty angry people that go there too. I’ve been accosted a couple of times by irate people. Pretty sure I’m canceling my subscription this month.

I love this place I got my first car. All I have to say is.... WOW!! They always have awesome service and still do! I left the car wash feeling like I had a spanking brand new car!!! Thank you Romeo’s Car Wash for always exceeding my expectations, needs, and wants!!! ...This is my new car wash home!. For 30 bucks, they treated my car like it was priceless. When I pulled up I asked the guy what package would be the best to clean the inside of my car. It was pretty stanky and dusty in there. Gross. He said 30 bucks gets you interior cleaning, all the fun coating stuff on your car, vacuum and a scent. I was skeptical as Sidekick Big Bite had just had this car washed the month before at a different place and their idea of cleaning was different the interior was taking a dirty rag to everything. But in Romeo’s car wash they did it up real nice here. As well the stuff are super friendly good customer service, and they did an awesome job making sure all the stank and dust was gone. Like I said, this is my new car wash home. I really recommend this place for families and full time people to wash their cars here.

Worse place ever.today I took my car there for detail. They charged me $43 and after waiting more than 45 minutes I got my car back and it was still dirty like before. They just vacuumed inside, that’s all. So many scratches and bruises on my paint now. Not recommended at all. Please avoid it at all cost.🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Chase recently detailed my mom’s car & did a fantastic job! He got all the dog hair out that was stuck to the seats & basically everywhere! Why did I pay $26 for this wash? Not 100% that they care to actually clean you car unless your getting their overpriced “high end wash” they didn’t even wipe down the whole inside, let’s crumbs on the floor, seats door and dash. Listen they were quick and easy, I asked them not to clean the back seat of my car since there was a bunch of my work stuff back there. You think they would have at least spent an extra minute on the front since they didn’t have to do the back. Guess not. Listen I didn’t expect this car to be perfect when I was done, but figured they would at least wipe down the whole inside. Maybe that’s too much to ask for in this day and age.

I AM recommending Bravo’s PT to anyone and everyone! They are extremely thorough! With 7 grandkids and a couple of trips to other states, my car needed to be cleaned! My car looks better then when I drove it off of the lot. They even cleaned the gas dispenser part and the engine! It even has that new car smell! The wood parts look brand new! So do my tires. He even put some kind of coat on my pair to protect it! Definitely use them for a thorough, inexpensive detail!

These guys were super helpful!!!! I took my Tesla Model Y in to get the windows tinted. I know nothing about windowing tinting and every experience I’ve had with previous cars was always so mediocre. Chris, not only took his time to show me cars that had existing tints on them so I can get an idea of how my car would look but he also was extremely patient with me and showed me the scale of the range of shades for the tints. I was very indecisive and confused but they were so informative and helpful!! 10/10 recommend!

Romeo did a remarkable job on restoring my headlights. I didn't realize how much I needed to have them restored until the first night drive after he fixed them and that is when I realized how much brighter my headlights were. The finished product looks like I purchased new headlights. I have had my headlights restored in the past and one thing that Romeo did differently was he sprayed a clear coat to lock in the newly resurfaced finish. This should allow the lenses to stay clear and protected from future UV degradation. I highly recommend Romeo for headlight restoration.
