He texted me to show the progress, and I can't tell you how excited I was to see his work. My Lord, he blew it out of the water!!! She shines better than I could have ever thought possible. First timer, but definitely will be my last. I never write reviews like this unless it is needed. Paid 85 bucks for a detail. So many spots inside left untouched. Pictures below. The outside of the truck looked amazing. Let’s give credit to whoever took their time to do the outside. Looked so shiny. Couple spots left but that didn’t bother me at all. Inside I could automatically see they didn’t even run a rag through major areas like the cup holder where stuff spills. It’s a brand new truck it’s not very dirty at all. Still has that new car smell. They took a decent amount of time. I can’t complain about the outside. Amazing job. But the very dirty spots inside, I cannot overlook. Update: I emailed them as they stated on their response below but I did not wish to take it back to get it cleaned. I instead asked for a refund for the inside. No response. That’s their customer service. Don’t expect a refund for a bad job.

I wish I had cash on me so that I could have left a better tip but the men there did a wonderful job!

Brought my car to Keith. I had some water fall on my car from a job site. It was some sort of calcified cement water. I tried everything and nothing worked. Keith said he could take care of it. And holy crap his team and him did an amazing job. He took care of a previous issue I had from another detailing service and .y car looks like nothing ever fell on it. Definitely bringing my car to Keith for my detailing services. He will be ceramic coating my entire car in a few months. I can't stress enough how bad ass my ride looks after they got done with it. Amazing service! First, Juan was great at communicating with me to confirm my appointment and his arrival. He made great recommendations as to what my car needed and what the price would be which was very reasonable for the amount of detail he put in. The quality of his work was remarkable and the shine lasts for a month after a service. He used quality products that enhanced the paint without causing any damage and made sure i was satisfied with the results. I will definitely be scheduling my next service soon!

I live down the street from here. It was the 2nd time I came here. First time I had to go back because my mirrors weren't clean right. I didn't make a big deal out of it. 2nd time was an interior detail. I paid 140 plus 15 extra for ceiling cleaning. Last time I've went to car washes, they included the ceiling. So I paid 155 in total. I have 2 door car. I dropped it off at 9 am. He said it's going to take 4 to 5 hrs because the seat needs to dry. It actually should take 2 hrs if you have the plastic to cover the wet seats. They don't have that. So I came back at 2 pm and my car still isn't ready. I saw them working on other cars while my car just sat there. I get a call around 530pm that my car is ready. Since it was dark, I couldn't see much, so I left it alone until the next day. The mirrors aren't clean correctly. My seats were washed and cleaned right. My dash wasn't clean correctly. If you pay for a detail, I expect at least 100%, but no, I got at least 75 to 80% clean. Very unacceptable for time and amount I paid for a small 2 door car. I will never go again. Never get a detail. They do horrible jobs, and they take their sweet time and still don't do it correctly.

Mark did a great job with the ceramic coat on my black model 3. I took it to his shop and he took great care of the car and had it looking great! After a couple months I went back and he took care of it again and had it looking like it came off the lot! I’ll definitely be taking my car to him for maintenance! Great service!

I believe his name is Julio... the dj. I came in to address a paint issue on my custom painted hood scoop. I have a ghosted tiki since my car is done in a Hawaiian theme. He not only guided me on how to fix it he asked 2 other professionals, one a master painer and the other a veteran detailer. Came out like a mirror. Thank you very much for all the help. Not sure if the new guy who “cleaned” my car didn’t know how to do it because he left the large splat of sap on my windshield window and all the small specs of sap too. Also the car itself had bird poop stains and other stains all around that they didn’t remove. Also left my the inside greasy…25 bucks wasted. Not coming back.

Did a great job for $20. Maybe because it was slow, he offered to wash my car, armour all my tires and my seats, dashboard and doors and wash my floor mats. Inside of my car was clean especially since I have a dog, they got rid of the dog hair. They even found a $1 bill in my car or the floor and made sure to put it where I could see it.

The car wash damaged my car and ripped off part of my spoiler. The manager and employees wouldn't help me. They gave me the bosses email. He ignored my emails and messages at work. I finally get his personal number and he still refuses insurance information. The camera that recorded the incident is supposedly too soapy to see anything. How convenient. He also claimed the damage was caused because I brought in a damaged spoiler. The car is 2 years old and 14k miles. The spoiler was fine. Don't bring your car here. Any accidental damage will be ignored and no one is helpful.

Good local spot. I always come here for my car washes, oil changes, change headlights and when I need air in my tires. Customer service is good however they are sometimes no where to be found so it take a little longer for them to get to you. Nevertheless the job is always done. I would recommend this spot to others.

AMAZING JOB! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My car had mold, crumbs, dirt, smelled, andspilt drinks everywhere, gunk in my center console, and these guys gave me my car back looking and smelling like new!!! I tipped because they totally deserved it. The wait was most of the day but I didn't mind at all given how dirty my car was, and how awesome they left it. The price was very reasonable for the work done. Super pleased

I’m a big fan of helping out our newer generation of entrepreneurs. I happen to catch Alejandro doing what he does best for my neighbors cars. I saw first hand how those cars looked so I wanted to give it a try. Checked in with him and asked him to come detail my wife Prius. For context I have two kids (10,& 8) our cars are used for everything from groceries play dates, soccer, volleyball, baseball, small and big errands on a daily basis. We try not to leave a mess but with such an active life our cars take a beat. Alejandro and his crew came to clean my wife’s Prius. I was taken back at how clean my wife’s car was. Staff is friendly,, but the carwash does a really bad job cleaning your car. Took my wife's car and it left all the dirt in the hood, I thought maybe it was just a one day thing where the machine was not working properly. Today I took my car and it's even worst. Dirt dripping down all over. Too bad I was excited about the location.

It was harder to see out of my windows after they cleaned some of them. They did not clean the inside back or side windows. They did not open the hatch to wipe anything down. The picture of dirty tissue was a quick swipe of the inside back window. They did not vacuum the back seat or hatch area. Spiderweb on the side rearview mirror is still there. I had to go home and clean all of the windows, get rid of spiderweb and go to a self service car wash to vacuum my car. I paid for Silver Service. I recommend getting the $8.99 service instead. You get the same service for a much lower price. This way when you see how much wasn't done, you won't feel as bad bout the service you got.

This place just gained a loyal customer I just had one of the most pleasing experiences at Papa John's Hand Wash in Downey. Upon arriving I lined up like everyone else, when I got asked to move up, the guy behind me decided to cut me off, but to my surprise the owner Sam, was kind enough to approach me and remedy the situation. I didn't have to engage with the other driver at all. Sam and his crew were really helpful in answering my questions. I selected this location because it was recommended by my brother. We brought both trucks to get washed, and the service did not disappoint. The cashier was wonderful, and the men were just as attentive to detail on the trucks. Since this was my first time here, Sam was kind enough to guide where to pay. His willingness to assist, level of respect, and commitment to customers and customer service was up to par. I'm very appreciative of people taking a moment out of their day to make sure customers are taken care of.

I recently brought my vehicle here for an oil change and a brake fluid replacement. I can honestly say that this place doesn’t disappoint. Customer service is always great. Technicians and staff are always informing you on the progress of your vehicle. Not to mention the great prices they have versus dealerships. Had a synthetic oil change completed and wanted car wash after which used to be free but now apparently we are now charged $15 which is not a problem but apparently the $15 you’re paying for does not include vacuuming of the mats and you just a quick wipe down of the dashboard. I understand that things are expensive but if a full wash is not what we are getting then why not tell us so we have the choice to decide either half a wash or nothing at all.

Shame on this place. It used be a good car wash a few years back, I took my SUV this past weekend March-9-24 from a trip to Tijuana, since it came all dirty. And they charged me 18.00 and they didn't even wash my tires, And the guy was expecting a tip. Shame on this place, mind as well wash it yourself. Very bad service. Sorry guys!!

Terrible service!!!! The guy used the same rug with at least 3 cars! They just put a bunch of grease thing to make the interior look shiny but it’s actually disgusting. I specifically asked for them to vacuum the trunk which I had previously emptied, they couldn’t even do that right. I didn’t have another hour to stay there hoping they would do it right this time, I just left. I don’t even want my money back, this is not about money it’s about the principle. You wasted my time! Oh and I’m editing to add that I paid $25.00 dls for the deluxe wash, for some Reason the guy who was cleaning it didn’t even know, so every car is getting a basic clean up no matter what you asked and pay.

This place has the best service I have ever experienced at a car wash. The attention to detail is impeccable, they are fast without missing a thing. They are very friendly and I was in awe the entire time at how great of a job they were doing. My car came out cleaner than it was when I bought it.
