Went to this place because of the high reviews and satisfied customers. We had our tint done on all our windows for our car. The tint HAD looked professionally done which made us happy. After a couple of days, to our dismay, the tint we received had a defect on the front piece of our windshield as we noticed it while driving one day. When we saw the small defect we brought in our car to have them check it out and they said we would have to use our warranty for it which is ridiculous. That was a year ago when we had our tint done. Just today I discovered that a part from the inside of my car was damaged while they applied our tint that year. The other side of the car with the same piece isn’t damaged but the pictures I have shared here show both sides. It was damaged and we were not told of it. It looks like they used some adhesive to hold it in place too. This is very, very aggravating as it shows that amateurs were tinting our car and did not know what they were doing and LIED to us about it. If you get anything done to your car here PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING IN YOUR CAR, EVERYTHING.

Ugh I love this mister location most of their employees are so good-looking and always have good mornings I guess they get paid well they have good and nice employees I recommend here that's why I bought unlimited because this location is my favorite and someday maybe I get to marry one of the employees sshhhhh skkskskskks 🤣🫡 Amen god bless you all.

Had a terrible experience at this place. The employees never mentioned a limit as to how low a car can be in order to go trough. I told them to let me leave because I felt like my car would get stuck and the employees made me continue and my car got stuck on the “banana peel” and broke my splash shield and more parts of my car came off and they handed broken parts to me after they broke off my car. Only one employee showed concern and helped me while everyone was so careless.

Don't waste your time. Go to Mister Car Wash. I didn't get my work truck washed at this place because they were charging me $65! I thought it was outrageous, so I decided to leave. They told me a regular wash cost $11, but because my truck was too dirty, they needed to charge more. Instead, I went to a Mister Car wash in Tulare and got it done for only $10! I was even able to go through a second wash for free because the windows still had bug guts on them.

Employees always friendly ...say hello or at least wave! Many of the parts inside the wash area either missing or broken. Last roll dryer has been completely removed. Side roller brushes barely touch most lower cars.

$1 vacuum machine ate my money, even though I tried to put in another 4 quarters on top of the $1.50 that I already put in. Put in $2.50 to have a rinse/soap wash, I got water but no soap coming out of the spray hose? I don't use the overused broom brushes because they scratch the cars. But I should have the option to have soap come out of the spray hose?

I am not a fan of drive-thru car washes because my black car has been scratched at one before…. However, since this is a new location & I was in a rush, I thought I’d give it a try. First off, awesome customer service. Really friendly staff & she explained the services offered well. The wash itself was as good as it gets for a drive-thru… vacuums were strong! Easily accessible & overall a convenient location. Would come back here.

I had my BMW 740i, Honda Civic & Chevy Cruze washed here right when the place opened up. They were doing the premium free cash wash at the time for free! All cars came out pretty spotless & it even washes the bottom of your cars!
