Starwash is great and Marcos does amazing work! I've had two cars cleaned by him and they were so well done! I've already booked him to come do a 3rd cleaning. He has always been responsive, on time, affable and scheduling has been a breeze. Recently, our new, not so well trained dog, had an accident in one of our cars. Although we tried our best to clean it, we needed help. Now that Marcos is done with it, it's like it never happened. Additionally, given the urgency I had, he managed to fit us in as soon as I was free! He came out at 8am on a weekend to help us out. The prices he has charged me have been MORE than fair considering how hard he works, the duration of the clean and the way everything looks, smells and, feels afterwards! For as long as he'll keep taking my business, I won't be using anyone else!

They took me in as a walk-in and boy was I surprised! I had just wanted a hand-wash and interior cleaning on my 2006 Subaru Forester, and I can honestly say I’ve never had my car this clean, ever! The best and most convenient car wash in my city. I only wash my car at “ Westlake Eco Soft Touch” car wash once a month. I choose ceramic wash to enhance the vehicle’s paint protection and make it shine more. I am satisfied with the interior vacuuming, washing and ceramic wash coating. There is also a restroom in the guest lounge for guests to relax and watch the car being washed on CCTV, so you can see your car before it is finished. Alright

Have had a few car washes there before. Generally a good (though not great) result, but enough to come back. Brought our Honda Civic there at 4 pm on Sunday because we are going to sell it. (We told the staff there that the wash was important for that reason.) Purchased the RainX $40+ wash plus $5 tip and it came out awful! Streaks and left over dirt in multiple locations, filthy rain rails in the trunk (left open for cleaning at the start) and inadequate vacuuming. We had to do a lot of it over ourselves. Poor form Westlake Eco Soft Touch!!!

Phil was professional and honest, he did a estimate over the phone for interior and exterior detail and a bumper damage repair. I made an appointment based on a very fair estimate. In person, Phil went over the service again and pointed out something that would not be included in detailing. I add a few extra services like headlight restoration for full headlights and deep scratch repair.$80 extra only. The original estimate for $300-350. Bumper damage was $450 and 3 days to repair. When all set and done the car look like NEW and done on time. I received updates and pics of the service during repairs. Definitely recommend

I had hired Phil for a pretty sizeable job that involved restoration, detailing, and electrical modifications. He contracted two outside shops to do the restoration and electrical work. The restoration job was done very poorly and Phil ended up refunding me half of the paintwork. Upon reviewing my dash cam I was able to determine that the autobody shop he had sub-contracted left the doors open to their paint booth allowing contaminants into the paint, when shuffling cars around they had damaged both of my driver side wheels and rear tire - yet Phil refuses to believe the damage was caused by them. We provided both videos of the incident alongside an abundance of evidence showing negligence on the job.

Lim at DetailedByPrecision is absolutely the guy you need to get your car detailed and protected. I had a great experience with DetailedByPrecision! After the car dealer did a horrible job washing my car a brand new Black 2018 Honda Fit it was in need of some paint correction to fix the scratches. DetailedByPrecision did a fantastic correction paint job, as well as apply CQuartz Protection which added a beautiful ceramic coating to the car. I also asked him to apply the CQuartz leather protection to the seats inside the car. He did a completely thorough job, spending more time on the car to make sure it was perfect, and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. A free maintenance wash was provided after the initial coating. He was super thorough in what needed to be done, how long it would take, and kept in in the loop if anything came up like additional scratches that needed to be taken care of. Outstanding work by Francisco and Sergio! My car interior needed a miracle especially the cloth seats that were stained and filthy. I tried to cover it up using car seat covers because I thought I would never be able to restore them. I took my brand new car to this car wash, and unfortunately, it came out with scratches on the paint. Given that the car is new, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expect a car wash to take proper care and precautions, but instead, I now have to deal with unexpected damage. If you have a new or well-maintained car, I’d recommend being cautious. Hopefully, they improve their process to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

One of the worst. It took 30 seconds out of my 5 minutes for soap to start coming out of the sprayer. The sprayer had about a third of the pressure my home sprayer has. The hose was leaking on my arm and head the entire time and was anchored into the sidewall instead of directly above the car. So the far side of the car is difficult to reach. The tip is too wide angle so you can't get enough pressure to do anything. I barely finished a small car in 5 minutes with a minimal soap and rinse. Everything seems pretty dirty and in disrepair and they don't take contactless payment. I'm not sure why this place has any positive reviews besides the fact that the water is running. Oh yeah and the lighting was terrible so you can't see what you're doing

It’s been one year since the owner James detailed my 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO and I finally had a chance to come back for a maintenance wash. After one year, the ceramic coating on the paint and wheels still beaded up! The interior was cleaned and detailed. James spent a good amount of time cleaning up my kids back seat and we all know how a 5yr old can wreck a cars interior. Definitely recommend James to others in the Bay Area for car detailing.

TLDR: I phoned James and had a ceramic coat done on my Mazda 3 hatch. Easy washes and compliments. You should got with James. Working with James was quick, easy, and fruitful. James was able to set up a coinvent date for me to drop off the car and was kind enough to hold onto my car for a bit as I was out of town. When I picked up the car, it was a night and day improvement over the condition I picked the car up from the dealer. The only way I can explain it is the color got deeper and bolder from oem. Simply put, the ceramic coat elevated the oem paint to oem plus. James also went over car care do’s and dont’s while I was picking up the car to ensure the coat is maintained properly. Washing and drying the car is a breeze now. And I have gotten several complements over the car since getting it back!

This place can be very busy at times. I like being charged 2$ for every wash adding more time if needed. My stall was filled with foam brush soap because someone forgot to turn it off? But I appreciate this car wash having places to hold their brush and pressure washer.

The machine took money only to find out the pressure washer was not working. There was no contact information anywhere to reach out to the manager or whatsoever. It was just two dollars I lost but yeah you gotta fix your machine or have some sort of contact information.

It's a fast car wash at a reasonable price. Especially if you do the monthly subscription. My only complaint is that when you go through the wash, the person just lightly sprays one part of the window. I don't understand the purpose of even spraying the car. If it doesn't do anything or if this is something I'm paying for, why is it half ass?

Ripped my front bumper off and lost one of my hubcaps somehow. Honestly no idea how it happened, this looks to be a touch less car wash, but at the end of the wash I noticed my front bumper off to the side. Some kind biker saw what happened and helped me try to reattach it but it was a lost cause. Attendants and manager weren’t helpful. I understand this is (hopefully just) a freak accident, but at least a refund would’ve been nice. Currently dealing with my insurance to figure out my options.

I visited Paul's shop due to a leak in my trunk, which caused mold to grow under the spare tire. Paul claimed the mold posed a health risk and diagnosed the leak as coming from the weather trim. Before even performing the service, he asked me to leave him a 5-star review. I’m GLAD I didn’t, as he provided a 1-star service. He then tried to charge me $700 under the table to fix the leak. I kindly declined and requested only mold removal. He claimed to make minor tweaks and messaged me via text and I quote “if I hypothetically didn’t do the job right, you are covered under your insurance”—hardly comforting for a first-time customer.. I later took my car to another shop, where they discovered the leak was actually due to frame damage, not the weather trim as Paul had claimed. It became clear that Paul values taking advantage of people for money more than maintaining a happy customer. Not only did he misdiagnose the problem and try to overcharge me, but he also failed to remove the mold. The other shop even took a photo of what Paul had supposedly “completed.”

Paul is amazing to work with. He is friendly and very upfront with pricing and the type of work that may be involved. Paul discovered additional dings on my car after he finished washing and asked if I wanted any of them removed prior to continuing with my detail. There were a couple of other scratches/dings throughout and Paul took the time to communicate with me each time to ensure I was aware of any additional work that needed to performed. Honest work ethic with great attention to detail -thank you again Paul!!

I had a serious issue with this car wash yesterday and welcome the owner to reach out to me. The car behind me hit my car inside the car wash while both cars were on the tracks. My car, and according to the owner of the car behind me, was also in neutral. This should not happen and the people onsite blamed the car driver behind me which is ridiculous as we were inside the car wash and no where near the entrance or exit. There is clearly a system issue as seeing other reviews of the exact same issue. The owner should fix this issue and perhaps train staff to space cars apart better. Very disappointed with customer service.

My husband only used the service once but up to now been monthly charging my credit card. So frustrated that have to call my credit card monthly to dispute. Called also Ducky’s express Daly City number to stop charging my card and I spoke with Leah. I gave the license plate of the car she asked for and she said to take it out from the system but up to now Dec. 2024 still charging my card. I’ve been charged every 22nd of each month and have to dispute charges monthly too. So frustrating to deal with them.

I called them a day ahead about restoring my headlights. They said it’s gonna cost $60-70 depending on the car which is reasonable. The next day I came and they agreed to do that for $60. 2 minutes later one of the guys said $60 is polishing only we can do coating and it’s gonna last longer but it’s $120. There is no point of polishing the headlights without finishing it with coating. Learn how to do business. If it’s $120 for restoring the headlight tell me that it’s $120 over the phone.

Skylar of G.T. Ceramic Coating & Mobile Detail worked a small miracle on my Audi S3. After my novice attempt at ceramic coating, my car's paint was a hot mess. He removed my mistakes and properly coated my car to an almost unrecognizable state. When I picked it up it looked like it had a brand new paint job!
