This is the stupidest payment system I have ever encountered, to wash my car I first had to drive up to the car wash, but it started asking me for some code, I had to turn around. Drive around, drive back to the cashier, ask the cashier. What code does the car wash ask me for, and I can't pay with a card. The cashier told me that when filling up with gas, I can choose the function to fill up with gas and wash the car. Or pay at the cash register. I decided to fill up my car. But when I filled up, the machine did not ask me, and I had to After filling up the car, go back to the cashier and pay for the car wash separately. And then go to this car wash again. It took a lot of time. I have a lot of time for useless walking back and forth. I am very unhappy with this system. I want to say again that this is the worst car wash I've ever been to because I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for it to start up and do its job, and it didn't start up, and I had to wait again for the cashier to come out and explain how it works. It has a very stupid system where you have to push the wheel onto the button, but you keep jerking, back and forth, and it still doesn't work. I am very sorry that I spent, Here even my 14 dollars. Well, I spent a huge amount of time and nerves to figure out this stupid system.

This place is BUSY and for a very good reason. The Details Plus might be technically separate from the Rainbow Car Wash but they share the same location. We had Details Plus do an interior, exterior and engine bay clean. We drove our truck from Montana with our two dogs, so if you know anything about shedding dogs and Montana mud ... this was a project. Listen, it wasn't cheap but you DEFINATLY get what you pay for. Ive had "discount" details and Details Plus is FAR and AWAY worth the couple of bucks. WE added in the 3 year ceramic wax and when we went to pick up the truck it looked showroom new!! Details Plus even filled the small scratches around the truck and detailed the BED!! We are set now for a winter back in Montana with confidence that our paint is protected.

Very reasonable prices for the level of service and location. I’ve done full interior and exterior details here and am always happy with the results. Had my mustang detailed here a month ago with the 2-year ceramic package. They were able to take out all the swirls on the black paint, the car still looks brand new to this day. I spoke to the owner directly and he had great customer service, he was also able to take my car in the same day. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I recommend this place.

I’m not a car person by any means, but this car wash makes me want to be! The car wash itself was great and felt longer than others I've been to, with more passes of the rollers. There were two men at the beginning who scrubbed the front and back of my car. I appreciated the one guy who put in a little extra effort to try and scrub the bird poop off my windshield. The vacuums were pretty busy, and I had to wait about five minutes for one to open up. The vacuum itself was standard, but I was very impressed with the high-pressure air cleaning tool, the glass cleaner, and the complementary clean rags with a designated area for the dirty ones. The music was pretty good too. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience here and now I want to keep my car cleaner!

I hope my experience helps inform your decision. I recently visited this car wash with my new car, anticipating a simple clean. Unfortunately, when my car came out of the tunnel, I noticed numerous fine scratches on the body. These were clearly caused by the brushes in the machine. I brought this to the attention of the manager, but they denied any responsibility. This was disappointing, as I hoped for a more understanding response regarding the damage.

Love this DIY carwash. It's 6 dollars now for 5 minutes. They always restock their washing dispensers for foam brush, wash mode, and spot-free rinse. They even have an air dryer setting to blow water out of all the little crevices. Their washing wands are always working. I have yet to go to a stall where something wasn't working. They even have a detailing service if you want someone else to wash your car for you. Great service and super clean. I find this coin-op wash has more amenities than any others that are nearby.

This place is a scam. I’ve been signed up for their monthly subscription for a year+. I have had to call multiple times throughout my membership because they slip in a price increase (be on top of your bank statements). I recently had to call AGAIN, at which point they said that I was charged extra for using the car wash 3 times in 1 month. When I signed up there was NEVER a limit on my monthly usage. There has never been any mention of a limit through out my correspondence with this business. I’m done with this shady business. This business used to have a great local reputation. What the hell happened? Do not fall for their scam.

Classic Car Wash may be one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever encountered. I initially signed up 8 years ago for 16.99 for unlimited washes at the Saratoga location. There was only one stipulation. Unlimited washes for as long as I was the owner of the car, the plan could not be transferred. Reviewing my credit card statement it showed that Classic Car Wash arbitrarily increased the subscription from the original 16.99 to 19.99. Then from 19.99 to 34.99. Classic Car wash never provided any notification or consent. Classic "Bait & Switch". This type of unscrupulous business practice needs to be investigated by the Santa Clara District Attorney's Office and the California District Attorney's Office I called their Customer Service Department and spoke to someone named Sandra, who admitted that the rate was increased without consent and would not provide any type of relief. This individual could not provide any documentation or reason for the increase. I have spent thousands of dollars on detailing services at Classic Car Wash. This is how you treat loyal customers? ​

I was assigned this place by State Farm to get an estimate for an accident. Turns out they would only do an estimate if one drops the car off to repair. So instead of allowing for a potential customer's scrutiny and review, they want you to blindly commit to them before they even tell you what needs to be done. It seems a bit dodgy if you need to get business by trapping customers, instead of using your good work to speak for you. I asked State Farm for another shop.

100% hand car wash was exactly what I needed! Can be tough to find/see the first time, but worth the hunt. When washing, exit the vehicle and leave your keys with them. Pay for the wash in the gas station, but please tip the friendly guys working on your car. Or pay ahead, then stay with and drive yourself. Went on a Thursday afternoon and just 3 cars ahead of me - 1 was washing, 2 were drying. I was done in less than 30 minutes.

Honestly this was a decent car wash for the price. I used this wash for my daily ride to get rid of basic grime and dirt. The car is over 12 years old so my expectation was low. Nonetheless I didn’t see any major issues like damages or paint scratches as other reviews have mentioned. Overall this is a good car wash location.

I paid for shine&protection $24.99 but same as regular and the cleaning is not working!!!! No towel dry, no tire dressing , no air(I recommend everybody just pay regular $8.99 , don’t waist your money)

Solid 3 stars, the station was clean, carwash, easy access. But they do not let you use the bathroom, I understand the challenges a gas staiton bathroom has with vandalism, abuse, and cleaning, but it's important for me to have access and I avoid the stations with no bathroom access.

Located behind an auto-repair complex, this shop is dedicated to one thing: making cars look good. If you want to slide the back of your fingers smoothly across the car and get that satisfying “like glass” look, then look no further. If you think your car has been sitting too long and there’s no way it can look shiny again, talk to the people working here (owners) and you won’t be sorry. The detail was super nice but I’m incredulous as to how they got the black plastic parts of my car to look so dark and new again. Well done!

Exceeded my expectations! For $110 (+tip) express detailing I got my car clean and shiny outside, detailed inside - very meticulously done - no dust left in any crevices, and the dash was treated with some coating that now it feels like new and smells like new too. I came here to get my car detailed for the first time and it was the best detailing experience I have ever had. I have a white dog and his fur was stuck to everything. They clean your car right on the driveway or by the curb. They bring their own water. I was very pleased with the service. Actually I was impressed at the completeness and attention to detail given to just the "basic wash" (Express Super Clean). By luck I found pineapple car wash, they are a mobile detailer and I scheduled with their team. They were prompt, even started early. I paid for an exterior detail for my SUV and an interior detail and light wash for my tiny car. Their price is extremely fair and did great work. The interior job was great, pretty much spotless and they also removed a bunch of milk stains from my toddler. The close on my suv was well done and it shows. My pictures don’t do the job justice since it isn’t under the sun but my cars look great.
