I called Victor because I saw the reviews with five stars and I felt this would be the best service I could get but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results. He took about two hours and charge me $200 and I still didn’t get what I feel I paid for. I had, my back glass broken and I asked him to focus on the glass when vacuuming, but I was expecting to get the whole interior cleaned as this is supposed to be a detail Car Wash. When he was done and returned the car to me, I looked behind the seats in the backside and I found more glass so I had to call him to come back and vacuum that area as well. As he was vacuuming, I was finding more uncleaned and unvacuumed areas, and I also asked him to vacuum my glove compartment and other parts of the car that were not cleaned correctly. I also asked him to clean, some black stains that were left in there on the back side of the car from when I got the new glass replaced. He cleaned it, but was still not done right. I am including some pictures attached. He also said he washed my driver seat but when it dried, I could still see some stains on there. I was very shocked and very disappointed because other people have left very good reviews but for me, I felt it was a very bad service for the amount of time he took and the amount of money he charged me. Now, I still get pieces of glass falling from the top part of the hood, I will definitely not recommend Ideal Detail to anyone. I did call Victor to see if he could make it right a second time and redo the work and he said he wouldn’t do it for free. I felt I was ripped off, but he stated he did a good job! I brought my Scion XB in to get detailed and I was very happy and impressed with the job they did!! They were able to get all the stains out of the seats; I had a McFlurry stain from my kid and her friend from a few years ago on the backseat… When I picked up my car it looked so good!! It was my first time there. I didn’t have high expectations due to the recent reviews. The inside was barely cleaned. And what I mean by that is they didn’t clean or wipe down my center console or my radio or my dashboard. You could also tell that the vacuuming was done very fast because most of the crumbs were still there. In other words, they basically did a half aszed job over all. Although, the outside of the car was cleaned good. I went at 11 AM on a Wednesday so it wasn’t packed at all. Regardless of this, I still tipped them well.

It ok for a ok cheap wash . But don't expect a great wash and cleaning. If you get a deluxe for the inside done it will be done halfway through and spots left on the Windows the dash and doors will be left dirty still and yet the guys look at you mad when you don't tip them . Well shhh wonder why .

Kenneth is a joy to deal with - and he is passionate about cleaning the cars! He did an amazing job and went above and beyond, trying to remove some deep scratches that will clearly need some professional buffing. Make no mistake - this is no drive through car wash. Kenneth hand washes the entire car by himself, and he clearly loves what he does. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Only place I take my cars. This time was such a mediocre job. The car was dirty in the inside there still some garbage that did not vacuumed. The back was full of dirt. No wonder I see people when they go to their car they grab a towel and they clean themselves. I thought sure he has some issues. But now I understand. Waste of money

Wife tried her Best to surprise me... Paid $45.00 for a car wash and $5.00 Tip. $50.00 for a vehicle that looks like it was ran through without using a mitt or brush. Never been so disappointed in Dykstra's car wash. Vehicle from front to back inside and out not cleaned properly. I get it... it's been hot ! My wife got there as soon as they opened. This was the result with the team ready to go. It wasn't the end of day where they were exhausted from work and heat.... I have gone several times in the past. The level of Dykstra's cleaning has dropped dramatically! I feel it's getting worse and not any better. Come on team Dykstra's !! Your company is far better than this. I cannot be the only customer who feels this way....

I came across Mike's business trying to find a place closer to me in Ontario that was still open and able to take my car for detailing randomly on a Sunday afternoon. Mike answered when I called and was responsive and friendly so I decided to bring it in. There was plenty of parking around the building in a good location not too far off the freeway. He also does tinting and other services but since my windows were already tinted I just got the wash/detail done. I am going to be a regular whenever I need detailing services because they did a great job on my car! The shop was able to take me right away and I sat outside on a chair and waited - took a couple hours but they cleaned and polished it meticulously inside and out - carpets, vacuuming, the works, even washed under the hood and made it look sparkling clean and brand new. I'm very happy with the work done and would recommend Mike's shop to anyone in the area looking for quality work. Thank you for taking good care of my ride and making it look brand new!

Paid for the ultimate wash. Waiting about 1 hour with 1 car in front of me. Sat it the waiting area listening to everyone complain about the service. My exterior was still dirty. Rims were still dirty. The carpets were not washed. The interior was lightly vacuumed. And there was no car scent added. Don’t go here. You are better off going through a drive through.

I was disappointed when I went to this car wash because the advertised price was not accurate. The sign out front said it was $8, but when I went inside, the prices on the sign above were different. I decided to go with the premium express wash for $16.99, thinking it would include vacuuming, air fresheners, and armor all. However, the owner informed me that vacuuming was not included and would cost an additional $9. I decided to skip the vacuuming and just get the wash. Unfortunately, my car was still dirty after the wash. When I complained to the owner, he didn't seem concerned and brushed off my concerns. He even made sarcastic comments and asked if I wanted my money back. I immediately said yes and he told me not to come back. It's frustrating to receive such poor customer service and I will not be returning to this car wash in the future.

Do not waste your money. Even it is cheap but that's what you get cheapest car wash ever. Hard to see on the pics but basically 6 inches around my hood and windshield still how they were before. NOT MENTIONING MY SIDE MIRROS ALMOST GOT BROKEN. I'm cancelling my subscription ASAP

It’s a good car wash but not worth the price of the highest one in my opinion. My windows still came out very dirty after going there a few times. There are employees in there that only spray down the driver side of your car. And I’m not sure if the spinning brushes are too strong for my car but they folded my front license plate. The picture below is what it looks like after I tried to bring it back down a bit. I had to cancel my membership after 3 weeks because I just ended up washing my car myself 😔

Your staff almost caused my car to be totaled I am pissed off! I am really upset the morning my car was almost totaled in the tunnel at Norco Quick Quack in CA. You can pull the analytics and cameras and see when I came in. Your young immature staff handled it poorly some idiot in front of me starting driving and braking in front of me we amost collided I had to brake in tunnel and almost got sandwiched by 2 cars. I want a refund or credit towards a free month because this is the 2nd time I had had major problems at that location. Have a manager contact because this is going on Google now.

I used this service twice and to my horror I come to find out that the address associated with this business is also home to a registered offender. I dare not repeat what kind of person I brought my child near. Please if you have kids use a different car wash.

I have been looking for a mobile car wash who is reliable and does a great job in cleaning my car. I used the services of Deets before but they are so expensive and unreliable. I am glad my brother referred me to Darwin. He is very thorough and very affordable. He does take care of your car and clean the interior of your car very thoroughly. Highly recommended!

Terrible Service! Took my car in with four perfectly good tires however my car was returned to me with a flat tire for which they took zero ownership over. Very poor management. Not a single apology, not a single explanation, and zero help to even get the spare tire on, instead workers and management mocked me and my bf who drove over to help me. Will NEVER return here again. I get that accidents can happen, but very poor customer service and terrible how I was treated/neglected for something they caused. Per the tire shop that resolved the issue , they broke the tire pressure sensor!

Excellent service. Jaime worked on my 43’ diesel pusher promptly. He answered all my questions(I had many…). He showed all the products he use. His work is very detailed and systematic from the roof to the tires. He even pressure washed my engine bay and 6 tire covers. Very hard working family business. Had Jaimes RV detailing install a Ceramic Coating coating crinkled and peeled within a few weeks he came out and redid the Fifth wheel several times now less than a year later RV looks worse than ever going to have to pay someone else to put their product on. He seems like a nice enough guy, but his product stink in my opinion I have pictures and have put them on the website of the RV. He stated to me the RV has to be done every year or you have to cover it. The RV is fiberglass and looks better without the coating. I would suggest you get the full name of the product he’s using and call the manufacturer before having it applied. When I called the manufacture of the name of the product he gave me. They said he was not registered as one of their installers get everything in writing. Including the name of the product he’s using I’m so sorry I had the product put on my 38 foot fifth wheel. I’ve had Ceramic Coating on my vehicles for years. None has ever looked like this.

This review is technically 2 reviews in one for IE Auto Detailing. In January 2023, I purchased the Ceramic Gold Package from Jorge at IE Auto Detailing for my new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I also purchased and had installed the PPF on the door edges, door cups and trunk ledge. The detailing and prep work for the Ceramic Pro package was great. The PPF installation was also great. Fast forward to April 2024, part of the warranty on the Ceramic Pro package includes the annual inspection. I was 3 months late but the Ceramic Pro coatings was still working well. The car was never waxed. I hand washed the car myself almost every two weeks as suggested by Ceramic Pro. The Lincoln Corsair was brought back for the annual inspection. I had IE Auto Detailing do the first thorough detailing work on the Corsair since the Ceramic Pro was first applied. The detailing work by IE Auto is just awesome. The Lincoln Corsair looks just as good the day the Ceramic Pro was first applied. IE Auto also repaired the the bubbles that formed beneath the PPF on the trunk ledge and repaired the PPF that began to lift on the door edge. The team at IE Auto Detailing stand by the products they use and their worksmanship. I was at first hesitant to spend for the gold Ceramic Pro package. After 15 months and two rainy winters, the Ceramic Pro Coatings still keeps the water beading on the car surface. I typically hold onto my vehicles 10-15 years. Time will tell if Ceramic Pro will last as long as I own the vehicle. I highly recommend IE Auto Detailing for the quality work and follow up support they offer. Jorge and the team at IE Auto Detailing are great and pleasant to work with. They do believe in customer service.

Got a bunch of quotes for Stek and Xpel and went with Jorge here at IE auto detailing. He uses Stek ppf and Suntek tint. Went over the options and gave me really competitive quotes for 2 Tesla Model Ys. Jorge and his team did a fantastic job on both cars. Went over his work and answered any questions and/or concerns before you drive off. Definitely coming back and recommending IE Auto Detailing for the future. Keep up the great work Jorge!
